"Great way to organize, schedule and repost on multiple platforms."
What do you like best about Buffer?

Having the option to view, then re-use past posts that have been successful in terms of reach, likes, comments, etc. is very helpful. If I am slow on content, I can tap into my post archives easily, and reshare a piece of content that I know performed well.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

The tool itself is sometimes glitchy. If you press outside of the content box when writing a post, you lose what you've been working on.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling social media posts, staying consistent.

What do you like best about Buffer?

I love scheduling a post for a time when I won’t be available to do it myself.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

The pricing for premium is just a tad too high.

It lets me schedule posts early on so I don’t have to take time out of my day later on at a less convenient time to post.

What do you like best about Buffer?

This tool serves its purpose when scheduling posts for social media. I like that I can program everything at one time and know what the layout will look like once it posts.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I don’t like that Instagram posts aren’t automatic. The reminder is helpful but I would prefer that it posts without me manually having to do it.

It helps me to stay organized and timely with all of my social media outlets

It’s a much easier to use platform that other social media scheduling outlets, such as Hootsuite.

What do you like best about Buffer?

There is a free trial period that gives us time to explore (and also a free limited version). This app looks like it has a TON to offer besides the based connections; this is enticing b/c there's so much it looks like I will be able to do by working with Aplets recipes. Many professional reviews say it is easy to use so I am hopeful I just need to get past a beginning learning curve. It is one of the less expensive social media managers around, and while fairly basic, it might do what I need!

What do you dislike about Buffer?

It isn't very clear how to use it. I am still trying to understand the options and how to correlate the Aplets recipe. It does not look like you can connect Youtube to Facebook very easily; I think there may be a way with Aplets Recipes but I am still investigating it!

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing social media so we can schedule posts on Blogger and have it auto-posted to Facebook, Twitter, etc. This will save me time and also let me spend my energy on tasks that can't be automated. I have been having difficulty with other applications getting thumbnail images to post and this is a great benefit for Buffer.

I like that you can control four accounts for free.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Sometimes there are glitches when posting -- the post fails to well, post, and you're not aware until the post fails. This often happens with LinkedIn.

It's allowing us to easily manage our social media accounts under one umbrella.

What do you like best about Buffer?

It takes little time to post to multiple social media sites, and even customize the message for each destination page, using Buffer. The web browser plug-in is a great tool (although it doesn't work all the time).

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I experience glitches with Buffer every few days, and have had trouble with Buffer not supporting certain social media resources -- had trouble with LinkedIn, in particular, for example.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was a problem not having enough time to visit and post to every single social media page; it was time consuming and inefficient. Other tools had a high learning curve, exacerbating the problem. With Buffer, it's quick and easy.

What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer is a tool that allows someone who has to manage a bunch of social media account for multiple clients (like I had to) some level of 'set it and forget it', with reliable, consistent posting at pre-scheduled times during the week (with the paid account). If you are organized enough to be consistent and remember to schedule your postings, this is a really helpful tool to stay that way.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

It's a hit or miss with the suggested times for posting -- algorithms, and all that, you know your clients best, and different targets and industries need posting and different times.. if you rely TOO MUCH on the automation, it can be to your (and your clients') detriment. Also, I've had some issues with spell check, but that might be a thing of the past (and maybe not a problem if you are a better speller than I am. :-D).

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Buffer frees up your time if you are a social media manager, or even just trying to stay on top of your social media game for your own business. You can be assured that you hit all the needed holidays, etc, with your social media posting. If you have the paid account, it can be really helpful with that sort of thing, because you can schedule pretty far in advance.

Buffer is easy & intuitive for both first-time and seasoned social media managers. While other platforms might be better suited for a large, built-out social media strategy, Buffer gets the job done and is a reliable tool for scheduling and basic analytics.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

While Buffer is great for managing the basic social media platforms, a larger, more strategic company or manager might find it to not have all the bells and whistles that might help them take their social media to the next level. I've found other platforms to have more in-depth analytics and capabilities when it comes to going above and beyond across ALL platforms and channels.

I used Buffer to schedule social media posts in advance and in real-time. I also used Buffer as a basic social media analytics and reporting tool.

What do you like best about Buffer?

I like that I can schedule for all my sites at the same time. If I want to switch things around it is easy to do. It is also easy to post the same thing for several sites at the same time-- being able to pick and choose which ones I want. I also love the analytics that come with each post that is made.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I do not like the calendar view for the site. I wish they had a calendar view for all the sites on one. I can look at each one separately but I want an overall view of my upcoming social media, not just on one. I think this would make it a lot easier to see the big picture. I also do not like that Instagram does not post automatically.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me plan a head. Instead of having to set reminders to randomly post I can post a head of time and have it go out the time I want.

I love that I mass schedule tweets then shuffle them up so they aren't redundant. I also like the layout of the platform on the desktop and the simplicity of posting on Instagram with the app. I also like the Pinterest scheduling.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I dislike the number of queued post limitations and the image download limitations.

Keeping profiles active on a consistent basis to keep our company top of mind in our B2B industry.

Buffer has an extremely easy and straightforward user interface, so it's quick to connect accounts and begin posting and scheduling content in minutes. The best part of Buffer is the analytics available. When you are running social media campaigns, measurement is a key to success, and Buffer's data is always a huge help in decision making.

I have no complaints about Buffer, it works for us!

How I can use it from anywhere. It's easy to learn and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Hootsuite is one step above Buffer in that they offer more options across multiple accounts. I liked Buffer to start out with, but use Hootsuite now.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving social media scheduling. I took over our Mobilization department's social media for awhile and was able to use this platform from anywhere I traveled, and schedule posts across time zones.
