Buffer makes it virtually effortless to post social media content on a daily basis.
There is nothing I dislike about this software.
We have solved the issue of forgetting to post to social media. Buffer allows us to schedule content daily, weekly, and even monthly. It is extremely easy to use!
I love that I can easily move around posts. Life comes at me fast–one minute, my day is free, and the next, I'm suddenly working late tonight. Being able to find and curate content in Buffer that will be posted when I want it posted is HUGE for me. I also love that Buffer lets me use the best optimized time , or I can set the time for whenever my message needs to be sent out. What a help!
I think there is room for grown in data and analytics. The feedback we get from Buffer isn't as helpful as I wish it could be–and honestly, in this day and age of real-time analytics, should be included (at very least in the paid subscription, which I use) for users of the platform.
Scheduling! My goodness, Buffer helps so much with keeping our schedule running, giving us alerts if a feed is out of posts, and helping keep my social media game taken care of.
Buffer's concept is simple and straightforward, there's no extra features that bog it down which is what I like best. If you want an easy way to schedule your social media posts, Buffer is that tool. I like the calendar view where you can see empty timeslots and the ability to schedule the same link across different networks but customize the caption.
I wish the analytics were better or that their new analytics offering was included in paid plans. Sometimes the posting page errors and I have to reload it losing what I was doing.
Retweeting with a scheduling, being able to see what posts are going to look like before you share them. The ability to pull images from a URL... It makes social media more consistent for me.
All platforms in one place. Analytics. Scheduling. You can do it online or in the app. And their support people are so fast at responding.
There isn’t one thing I don’t like about this product. I have used it for year. It does everything I need and more.
Getting the best posts out at the best times and making sure we stay on top and shave off time from the workweek.
I love that Buffer is an app and my phone and I can schedule social media posts for up to 3 accounts for free.
I have no dislikes about Buffer. I would definitely recommend to co-workers.
Ease of managing social media accounts
I like that it is simple and easy to use. Quickly schedule posts for weeks ahead of time.
Sometimes the images don't show correctly
We have been able to work together as a team to schedule posts.
Works flawlessly from my iphone, it lets me post immediately or set posting times
Nothing - works great - there is nothing I would change
Social media marketing
Buffer has a great user-interface for individuals and small businesses. I love that they have Quuu that integrates with it. It makes content marketing a breeze!
It is limited for larger businesses and can become cumbersome when you have a lot of channels.
It is great for scheduling social media for my personal channels to keep my online presence updated.
It does what it should: schedule and publish posts across social media. However, I must admit that one of the key factors is their beatiful, clean layout. Also, they're updating and working on new features constantly.
[Fixed] I could not tag separately for Facebook and Twitter. Now I can.
I save time on Social Media that I can dedicate in other sftuff.
I love Buffer’s ability to schedule posts in advance and let me immediately track the post’s influence through their insights tab.
I dislike that there isn’t more support built into it, like a feature that helps you figure out what time is best to post for your audience and when you’re getting the best interactions.
I have solved the issue of my being constantly connected to my phone throughout the day and distracted by keeping an eye on the time constantly to post during the times I should be posting.
