Hubspot on the whole has been a great marketing automation platfom for us which supports the CRM, web and deals. Emails: eveloping the new tempaltes and using the WYSIWYG editor has been the best one to use LP: Ease of editing and usage of the preset modules is one of the major things i 've like with ease of themes downloading|
Hubspot system is lacking in basic e-commerce functionality that other platforms have at a fraction of the cost. limitations in the form editors

The simplicity of use when creating dynamic experiences for individuals and centralizing efforts without much backend infrastructure. It is a great way to manage digital infrastructure and CRM tasks.
You really need to understand the ecosystem to make sure you are creating infrastructure that will continue to be impactful. Otherwise, a majority of your efforts will be repeated or duplicated.
Understanding our current contact database and the level of engagement they have with us as a brand.
The customizability of emails and the simplicity of creating emails is excellent. Also, the social media publishing and analytics tool is very helpful. Reporting is also great. I use HubSpot for the majority of my marketing efforts and it's a singular hub for all of my efforts.
Sometimes email formatting can be spotty (in the edit version vs. the test email/live version) but this is easily fixed.
It's helping our company to effectively market our product and services to our clients through email, social, landing pages, and analytics. We only recently started our marketing efforts and it's proven to be an effective tool. We've seen action taken, such as the downloads of our guides and/or registering for our webinars, and we've had leads push through to our sales funnel because of it.

When scheduling emails, would be nice if we can input the time instead of choosing every 15min intervals
We primarily use HubSpot Marketing for EDMs, and this solves one of our main Marketing goal that highlight beneficial for us.
I love that the platform continues to evolve and the constant release of helpful features. It's an easy tool to navigate and when you have questions there is always extremely quick support. I am in the hub daily, so it's important to me that it integrates well with my daily activities.
Sometimes the options seem a little limited and the analytics are a little lacking based on the type of reporting I want.

The templates for emails are very easy to use and send
