The ability to integrate a lot of different apps while being easy to use, so we can reach our customers via email, WhatsApp, Facebook and much more.
The only downside I have noticed recently is the ability to use dynamic URL for our WhatsApp communications, and a few other features not yet implemented regarding the new WhatsApp integration with HubSpot

There is nothing I dislike about HubSpot!
HubSpot helps solve any problem that you could have if you are in marketing/advertising. There are so many free resources and tools available. Love free things!
The ability to schedule posts, which means I can have a calendar of content, simple template ability for email campaigns, workflows & sequences.
Not much really, creating landing pages can be a bit cumbersome esp when inserting CTA's and changing the links of the CTA's.
Reports - I can view the CTR, Open rate and clicks for each email. Allows me to monitor how engaging the content is and where I can improve.
Hubspot allows me to integrate all of my social media tools at once and track my data with ease.
Hubspot does not easily allow for individualization or personalization when posting on multiple apps
Hubspot gives me the tools I need to schedule, track data, store information and post consistently on all socials. Helps save time in my day.
The ease of use and the access to the analytics to gain a deeper understanding of our users..
Sometimes it is a little confusing when formatting blog posts.
Hubspot makes it easy to post to our blog and to use the analytics to see how well the posts are performing.
I think it does everything. And any time I have a question, I can call Hubspot's incredible support team or go to HubspotU for help. My current job and my most recent past job use Hubspot. I love the marketing integrations.
There really isn't anything I dislike. Generally, if something is hard it's because I don't understand how to use it. Once I learn, it becomes another great feature.
Solving everything. The Sales sides lets us go big or small, with individual tracked emails or with mass emails. Social integrates awesomely. The dashboards are great.
I like that its very user friendly and the communication with the Hubspot support team

I can't think of a dislike other than maneuverability of the educational portal. I tend to lose track of my active lessons...but that may be just user error!

Honestly I've used mostly the content section of HubsPot to publish content & edit media and blog-related stuff. That being said, the platform is very user-friendly and intuitive, with high personalization possibilities that makes it worth using.
Again, I can't say much about the overall hub, but regarding to content & media, I feel like the formatting system and the image uploader and finder could be more user-friendly
It is very helpful with the content management of websites and data collection regarding our marketing strategies - regardless of points that could improve, it helps collect and understand important data
It's easy to get in contact with customer support, and easy to make the platform do what you want it to do. Editing is easy.
There needs be a better way of tracking lists and sorting through contacts. It's very cumbersome.
We were previously in a WordPress site that was clunky, not easy to edit, and was really finicky. Hubspot is streamlined and can be easily accessed by our team.
I really like the ease and practicality. Being able to follow up and do so many tasks that I perform in my routine straight from a platform brings productivity and agility to my day to day
I would like to be able to carry out some actions within the campaign that are not possible today, such as following up on the opportunities generated by the campaign.
I can track all ads in one place, I can create different worflows to manage and nurture leads. Beside that make my day more productive and i can resolve problems with other areas.
I use the Hubspot integration with Wistia, and it helps me tie wistia views to closed won deals. This has helped my team prove the power of video for prospects.
I wish that the data pulled into hubspot on a company level and not just on each individual contact that viewed content.

See the different accounts compared to other social media. Being able to control the different websites, while also being be able to see our customers grow within our company
Now I would say there are sometimes hard to understand the new updates or the help page because sometimes the language it addresses it doesn't help until you have to call the HubSpot support
it is solving our updates to our website controlling the schedule for the social post and helping us with when and what times it is good to post on that day when our followers will be on the media

Lack of design flexibility for various templates, the templates are limited to what is possible
A big problem solver HubSpot offers is the social media bulk upload tool. The images are scaled to the correct size requirements for each platform I use.

I don't like the limitations in design and not being able to certain things with forms and landing pages.
One central place for social posting - being able to view social posts in the new updated format. I wish IG was better connected though so one could post longer videos.
