It's incredibly simple to use and can be shared within the whole team.
Some things can be long winded, having to create a button then the email for example. But once you use it a couple times you become used to the process.
We didn't have any marketing in place before Hubspot, being able to schedule social media posts is a huge benefit.
I love that the platform not only allows you to post to social media and interact easily but it also helps with drip campaigns, email marketing, and learning.
You do have to put in some work at the beginning just to learn all the ins and outs.
I no longer have to log into all social media channels every day. I love that everything is in one place.
I like the ability to customize emails, forms and create automated workflows to decrease the amount of work our Sales department has to do to nurture a lead.
I dislike that there is no way to create an automated email without using a template. I would perfer to work from scratch in many situations, in order to custom tailor our marketing communications to our clients based on certain qualifiers. I also wish there was a way to more effectively rotate the contact owner equally, instead of it being randomized. We are often finding that MQLs and SQLs are not being equally divided between the contact owner.
Using the HubSpot Marketing Hub, I've been able to automate more tasks that our Sales department would otherwise have to waste time on, including phone and chat time with customers. The Form flexibility has allowed me to gather pertinent information about our clients and then provide those details directly to our Sales team via the Slack API, so they never miss a lead.
I like that everything is in one simple hub. I don't need to work between 2-3 different clients or software. I stay in the hub and get stuff done!
I wish it was easier to target subscribers who did not open a particular email, then try sending that to them again. MailChimp makes this easier. Having the ability to create more variants - I know hubspot released A/B testing, but other ESP allows multivariant testing. I dislike some of the reporting. I do love how everything is in one hub. It makes my job so much easier.
Problems solved - the ability to track ROI from our email marketing efforts. I am able to streamline reports and make edits on the fly. I think the software is great overall, I do love that Hubspot offers so much training and customer support. Anytime I have a question, I reach out to them and they get back to me ASAP. It really helps my day to day and allows me to visualize what we're doing from a marketing standpoint. Not many other software can help do this. I would like it if there were more resources for some of the more difficult problems like setting up different form fills for landing pages, right now we are tracking everything as one and it's not as efficient as it should be. Maybe this is due to me being a new user, not entirely sure, but I hope I find a solution soon!
The Social Media tool within HubSpot Marketing is our key management platform for our LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts. Having a single calendar to manage our content scheduling as well as having pre-set time settings ensures we are pushing content daily at the appropriate times. It also enables multiple team members to work on social who can focus on the content while leaving the time to post for the tool to handle. Finally, the Clone feature provides automatic re-send capability for our top posts without having to re-write the content; thus saving time which is always a challenge.
I would like to have the ability to write content and select multiple social media channels to send the content without having to redo the process for each social media challenge.
As HubSpot Marketing is our primary marketing tool it saves us considerable expenses in having to purchase an additional tool for social media; obviously this is a nice benefit to save operational expenses. This tool is also allowing multiple marketing team members to create new social content and easily post without having to learn a complex social tool. Overall, we are saving time and money while offering an opportunity for our entire marketing organization to create social content.
The best about HubSpot is being able to have multiple accounts connected. Also being able to schedule multiple posts and to clone them in different accounts.
The thing I dislike the most is not being able to tag people from Linkedin.
I'm able to save time by scheduling the posts in advance.
All the way they help and support what you need to do. b000
i didn,t face any issue yet.as a suggestion i would like to recomend colour change
increased my traffic and automate my work and easily reached to my customers
With Hubspot it's easy to monitor the quality of all our marketing operations regardless of the channel they're being conducted in. Hubspot's landing page configuration templates are very comprehensive.
The catalog of email templates is too simple. You can't manage predictive sales processes as you can on other marketing and SEO platforms, which shows that Hubspot is not focused on the sales application, but on marketing.
Hubspot remains one of the best acquisitions when it comes to working with research and market segmentation. We like that it can be applied to achieve high results in marketing analytics and SEO management.
It is very effective in ensuring that our products are marketed at the right time. Customers receive our marketing emails from time to time on the update of our products. We have won many clients since we started using this platform.
This platform works well and I have not experienced any drawback from the functionality and the services it renders to our organization.
It helps us on updating our customers on our products. It also gives us feedback from our clients on how our products should look to fit their needs.
I cannot praise HubSpot enough for my fellow product marketers! The data that the tool provides for every piece of communication is invaluable to my job. The tool is simple enough for me to do exactly what I need, and if I ever need to make some modification to a template, I'm able to do so without any background in code. It's this combination of simplicity and breadth of features that really helps HubSpot standout. Unlike other bloated marketing automation or CRM tools, the HubSpot design team really knows how to put their users front and center. It's a beautifully designed software that puts what matters front and center. I also have to give kudos to the product team at HubSpot. The throughput in which they push out new features is impressive given the massive scale and complexity of the product. They have a roadmap and they deliver on it! I'm a big fan of HubSpot and I can't recommend it enough.
The data that you can get from HubSpot is robust, but I do wish there were easier methods to cut data at the user level.
HubSpot allows the Marketing and Design teams to collectively manage our company's marketing site and it's information architecture. We can quickly spin-up landing pages, blog posts, eBooks, and so much more!
- Workflows are easy to setup - Everything is user friendly - Easy to show to clients - Smart ways to setup leadflows - Very good support from Hubspot by chat
- Limitations in forms - Lack of integration with some social media management tools
We automated the whole marketing funnel. From automated emails to follow up with the account managers
I love how interconnected features are for campaigns. From email campaigns to social media posts, landing pages to contact forms, we can tie all our marketing efforts to the same campaign then analyze results. Plus they seamlessly connect to our contacts. I also love HubSpot's educational materials. From blog posts to the annual INBOUND conference, HubSpot training is top-notch!
Wish there was an easier way to see the images tied to an add when analyzing performance. Same with previewing social posts on the calendar view.
Integration of our marketing efforts and campaign tracking. Also above mentioned benefits of education and training.
The biggest benefit of HubSpot by far is having all your marketing tools in one place, making it easier to manage your assets and contact information, as well as reducing the additional risk, cost and admin that come with using a combination of different third party tools to achieve your marketing needs. Instant support is available through phone, email or online chat. The academy provides useful videos on how to use the different tools and you can usually find answers to your questions in the community forum. There are also plenty of blog posts that provide how-to guides on all the different bits of functionality. The interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Reporting on email performance is limited so I am currently exporting data to a spreadsheet in order to report on the specific metrics we need. Another limitation is the way folders are organised within the different areas - landing pages and emails can be organised into sub folders but you can’t have sub folders within forms and workflows. Also, it’s possible to view the number of times someone opens an email but this info can’t be extracted and would be very useful info for lead scoring and retargeting. That said, if there is a feature missing that you need, you’ll usually find someone else who has requested the same feature in the community hub, and it’s possible to up-vote the idea. If there are sufficient up-votes, the idea will be considered for development.
Marketing automation to improve our comms and make processes more efficient. Compared to other platforms, HubSpot is a very flexible and powerful marketing automation tool.
It's easy to use, you have all the necessary marketing tools at hand. No need to go back and forth. No need to choose several different marketing platforms because HubSpot offers all the necessary tools.
I like all the aspects of HubSpot. Except for the loading. Sometimes the marketing Hub takes too long to load
I use it for marketing purposes of our company. We schedule our social media content, we create landing pages, forms, email marketing campaigns.
A month after migrating our site onto Hubspot's platform, I still find something new and useful everyday. I especially enjoy the lead notification capabilities, how they integrate with Slack, and the ability to report from nearly any angle you can think of. Definitely provides metric-based content strategy and inbound activity guidance on a consistent basis.
Nothing considerable to speak of. I was initially frustrated with some of the website WYSIWYG Editor's idiosyncrasies... but that lasted about a day and I just needed to get used to them. Now I prefer HubSpot's editing tools to CMS platforms I've used in the past.
Hubspot makes it far easier to trace leads back to channel source than ever before. The CRM and related account information capabilities are second-to-none. The reporting dashboard customization ability is extensive. The article/post/page-specific metric readout at the bottom of each main editable area is efficient and very convenient.
I like how the data talks to each other, so I can see what content leads interacted with before they became a deal. The CRM integration with the content and marketing activities are gold, but be sure to set up the campaign correctly in the beginning and learn the tool so you can get good reports at the end. It's not set it and forget it.
I'm not sure why HS is getting rid of the draft mode of uploading a blog post from Google doc. I love this feature. Hoping I can paste a new blog post easily from a Doc file with the other method of creating a post. This will save time with formatting the post.
Figuring out which posts are performing well as far as views and conversions. I can easily see what emails people are clicking and converting with. I can see what subject lines are getting opens. I can see what campaigns are influencing deals and revenue.
Hubspot has a tool for nearly every aspect of our marketing initiatives. Yes, the SEO tools aren't as good as SEMrush. Yes, the ads tools are more granular in Adwords (as I'd hope they'd would be). However, when it comes to the interconnectivity of every major marketing facet (outside of direct mail, and there's integrations for that), Hubspot is the go-to for omnichannel marketing.
The reliance of software lends itself to a complete disregard for direct mail. With the malleability of Hubspot's properties, we're able to patch together a solution (physical products are a big part of our marketing, as a promotional products vendor).
One single source for all marketing tools, and the connected reporting that stems from it. No longer are we using an ever-growing marketing stack. Hubspot, and a couple other tools relevant to our industry.
From Hubspot I allowed you to perform multiple functions, it is a good application to start with all the Marketing processes that one requires and wants. At the time of campaign creation, A / B tests, creation of landing pages for web pages and the same emails for shipments
I still do not find anything negative to the application
At the moment I have handled the application well and have implemented other actions. It gives me advantages in all marketing issues and push up management for marketing efforts
I really love that hubspot uses a local programing language that allows you to interact with the html structure based on users selections inside a website, landing page, mail editor, etc.
What i dislike of hubspot is the accesibility to files or folders while i ended to edit a landing page, like if i exit the editor i lose the order where i started editing landing pages one by one or is just hard to access a folder again and clicking again the number on the page result.
It helps me with my development code, for example when i need to do some logic on javascript but sometimes there's a moment where i don't know how to solve the problem so i realize that Hubl has a logic side when i need it.
The design tools that hubspot offer allows to quickly mock up, discuss with team and set up custom looking landing pages, emails and more, it really saves a lot of time and it offers everything needed to capture leads easily.
Some of the design functions can be expanded to make it even easier to customize material. Also I wish there was a way hubspot could assist in helping set up emails in a way that reduces the chances of having them go to spam or promotions for gmail users
its very easy to be able to have control over the companies CRM from one platform and easily work on marketing strategies with a team in a common platform
