the integration between marketing tools with the rest of modules in hubspot (Service, Sales). Also, because I mainly work with workflows, I really like the integration with them
I really don't know now specifically what i dont't like about it. But, most probably, I would like to have better ways to organize things like Forms and Files, but mostly because I need to work with others, but this is not a big deal actually.
It is helping me to deliver a better quality of leads to our Sales department, to be more focus and granular at the same time. Also, thanks to the integratiojn with workflows, it is very easy for me to create automations that make things easier for the rest of my colleages.
i'm using the sales module and i just enjoy the templates and the customer's management abilities and tracking. the added insights about the leads with the clearbit integration, the direct link to the company's website. it's a great tool.
i really have nothing bad to say about hubspot. just recommended them yesterday.
It helps me understand the entire picture of my marketing activities. How many prospects i gained in the pipeline, what are their stages, what is my most successful channel, marketing optimizations i should take, it helps me with sequences and scoring, and hand them off to our sales team. we work closely with the sales team based on Hubspot signals. this is an incredible tool
It has everything a company needs to manage content, reach out to clients and all the marketing tools we didn't even know we needed.
Sometimes it becomes slow without notice - other than that, love it!
It's been solving our design problems because honestly sometimes I have no idea or out of of ideas, then Hubspot recommends or helps me/us.
The ability to save footers for different audiences and drag and drop them into the email is a time saver when creating similar emails for different audiences. The clone function also helps with this. The landing page creation is easy to use and the fact that all the answers and contacts get automatically saved in an exportable list works great for creating leads lists.
I wish dynamic fields existed within Hubspot so that instead of having to clone emails with slightly different information and uploading a new list, all we would have to do is include the dynamic field with various options and within the "send and review tab" different contact list spaces would appear for each list or the various dynamic fields. Overall a very good product. Also if, we could A/B test for the subject line or copy content, slowly sending and aiming to maximize a KPI, automatically sending the best version based on the decided KPI, and sending the bulk of the emails 1 hour after the scheduled email. That would be amazing!

I love that you can build landing pages to start off a customer journey, and then follow it up through an automated workflow, and make a complete and uniform experience for your customer. I also love that hubspot integrates into our company customer database and we can market to warm leads as soon as they become service ready, and all of it can be automated which makes it easy to implement the features. Set it and forget it, until you have to run the report.
It's a little tedious to keep correcting errors that happen multiple times throughout the lifespan of a workflow.
It helps my team of 2 handle a huge workload because of all the automation available.
What I like most about HubSpot's Marketing Hub is the integration of all our channels, as well as the grouping of assets by campaigns. I use HubSpot every day in my work, it's the tool I use the most.
When I am updating a contact the last field in the lower left pane is covered by the save dialog box, as it occupies the entire lower part of the screen.

I've been working with Hubspot the past 4 years and I'm always surprised how they get better everytime! Features always being fixed and upgraded and awesome customer support.
There are still some limitations in the creative part, for examples in the creation of landing pages.

HubSpot is a foundational necessity for any efficient marketing team. It's intuitive and super powerful, and I use it all day every day to drive our marketing strategy and tactics. Basically, if I can imagine a marketing automation/task, HubSpot can do it. It's well-designed, extremely user-friendly, and there is documentation to support everything imaginable. The support is excellent as well - when I need help from a HubSpot rep, I always get a quick and helpful response. HubSpot integrates seamlessly with SalesForce, and I can easily manage the integration without assistance from a SalesForce admin.
I sometimes struggle to generate the exact reporting I need, and the business unit functional still needs improvement (for example, need the option to clone an asset and assign it to a different business unit than the original - this exists in some areas of Marketing Hub, but not all).
HubSpot drives our automated digital marketing, marketing analytics, social media management, lead management and attribution, and more. It's a huge benefit to be able to manage this all in one place, and to be able to automate a lot of manual processes.
