Managing all our digital marketing activities from one place
Pricing is super high for small businesses
Digital Marketing Management
I appreciate how intuitive the interface is. Their are a large array of useful features. I also have had a great experience with their customer support. While I have not had to contact them often they were attentive and professional. Overall the ease of implementation and integration aspect of the Hubspot Marketing Hub is amazing and why I use it often.
I have not come across any dislikes with the Hub and I have been a long time user so that is a plus!
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping to solve the issue of underdevelopment. The ease of use of the social media management tool in particular makes productivity better!
I love that you can manage your marketing campaigns all in one place. So from strategy like SEO to contentmarketing and analytics, you can find and use everything within HubSpot when set up correctly.
That you are restricted to using smart forms only if you use the landingpages within hubspot.
We have all our clients and input within one system so based on that input I can specify my marketing work within the marketing hub like e-mailmarketing.
It's very easy to use; the UI makes it such that it's pretty self-explanatory.
There isn't a reporting attribution model that accurately reflects our daily sales as an D2C ecommerce store.
Workflows are helping us create fine automated journeys for our customers to get them what they want when the want it.
I've used many email and marketing campaign platforms throughout my career and HubSpot's at the top. The ability to manage everything from UTM building, landing page and form metrics, attribution tracking natively in the campaign object, and more creates a seemless view of how integrated campaigns are performing.
I'd love to see WHICH workflow or user made a change to a contact record or why the "system" made an update to certain fields. Lots of digging and questions out to support to find what may have gone wrong.
Email, landing pages (Website), forms, custom UTM tracking, and more all in one place. We use it in conjunction with Salesforce.
They have a lot of features and have a good and ease to use and to integrate.
I think that the price its a little high
We had a problem with getting data from our customers and now with Hubspot we can get a lot information about our clients and future clients
The user interface is by far the best part of all its tools. It is intuitive and the UX is today's standards (not like other competitors including AEM / Marketo). They also have great support and knowledgebase.
Pricing can get challenging because of all the add ons and the charge per contacts.
It's bringing together many tools in one place and creating a centralized place for sales and marketing to look at every effort.
The Hubspot Marketing Hub is pretty self explanatory and simple to find the answers to questions concerning functions if needed. We use this daily for our customer service needs and it is one of our most helpful tools we use.
The only downside I have experienced so far is the app for mobile devices is not as user friendly and customizable as the web browser version.
The Marketing Hub is solving the issue of having data in multiple locations- it brings everything into one spot to view easily.
I love how easy it is to navigate and use HubSpot Marketing Hub. It is user friendly and has all the features I need in a platform like this.
I haven't found anything I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
We have been cleaning up our contact and company data with Hubspot through properties and parent and child associations. I also like how Hubspot finds duplicates automatically for you and you can clean those up with ease as well.
It is easy to use and self explanatory. It makes scheduling social posts super easy.
I can't alwasy find the person I want to tag in a LinkedIn post.
Automation and Scheduling
I really like how it stays on top of trends in the email marketing world and makes my life as a email marketer so much easier. They stay on top of trends and make sure that we're staying compliant as a business.
I'd love if we could track leads based on what audience the contact is a part of. This would help me determine which lists are leading to higher conversion rates
They are solving the problem of integrating lead forms with our MAP & then CRM. The integrations with Salesforce really blows me away and I love how easy it is to use and learn.
I love the ease of use and the organization of the platform. It makes creating landing pages, email campaigns, scheduling social campaigns, website pages, etc. very easy. The customer support chat is also great, any questions I have are answered within minutes!
I with the SMS came with the marketing professional.
It has solved the need to use multiple platforms. We are able to have our CRM, marketing email, and socials all in one place.
HubSpot's Digital Marketing Hub is a comprehensive and integrated suite of tools for managing your online marketing efforts. From SEO to content creation, lead generation to campaign management, HubSpot provides almost everything a digital marketer needs in one unified platform. A real standout feature is the ease of use. The intuitive drag-and-drop campaign builder makes it simple to create workflows and automation between multiple tools. This saves a ton of time compared to configuring integrations across standalone tools. Reporting and analytics are another highlight. The centralized dashboard gives you key metrics across all channels and funnels, allowing for easy monitoring of what's working and what needs adjusting. The customizable reporting functionality is also incredibly useful for understanding campaign performance. Overall, the power, convenience, and support of HubSpot's Digital Marketing Hub make it the ideal one-stop shop for managing and scaling your digital marketing efforts. Customer support is easy to access should you run into any trouble. This tool helps you streamline your martech stack with easy implementation.
I don't have any negative comments about Marketing Hub.
Marketing Hub lets me generate the data I need to keep on top of our overall marketing performance. It's easy to control multiple avenues of our digital marketing strategy on a single platform.
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes many of our day-to-day processes easier, more streamlined, and less open to user error as we automate processes that otherwise can be very manual.
Not HubSpot's fault, but many of the social features are difficult to use with the newest Meta updates, primarily for well established Facebook pages that may have varied ownership.
This is solving many very manual tasks for us, and ensuring that we can better plan into the future for many of our initiatives.
One of the greatest benefits of HubSpot is its "all-in-one" capability. It comes ready with the majority of the tools you'll need for a cohesive marketing and sales CRM and marketing hub - which really comes in handy when you're trying to move quickly as a marketing team vs. waiting on others outside your team to help you set up new tools, landing pages, dashboards, etc. For instance, when we needed to quickly set up a new customer portal (something that would typically require a lot of dev time), we were able to use HubSpot Landing Pages and Forms to get that ready to roll in a matter of days.
HubSpot does typically require many hands on deck to keep it running smoothly. It's likely that at least one person will have to spend most of their time maintaining the instance and data quality. You'll also need buy-in from developers up-front to help you get data tracking in place.
HubSpot is our solution for scalabiltiy and being ready for the unknowns of future growth. If you're a growing business, you'll have the essential infrastructure you need for 6 months, one year, and multiple years down the line, so you can scale without having to rip and replace tooling alongthe way. For marketing teams, that's peace of mind.
Object alignment with salesforce makes it easier to align sales and marketing
the custom objects hard to setup and troubleshoot.
easily create landing pages and alignment with marketing metrics
The Hubspot user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Navigating through various features is straightforward, making it easy for both beginners and experienced marketers to utilize the platform effectively. The clean design contributes to a positive user experience, allowing users to focus on their marketing strategies rather than grappling with complex interfaces. From email marketing and social media management to lead nurturing and analytics, everything is seamlessly integrated. This comprehensive approach not only saves time but also enhances efficiency by eliminating the need for multiple disparate tools. HubSpot Marketing Hub's automation capabilities are a standout feature and are very easy to use. The platform allows for the creation of intricate workflows that automate repetitive tasks, such as lead nurturing, email campaigns, and content distribution. This not only saves time but also ensures consistency. The platform offers a vast knowledge base, community forums, and responsive customer service to assist users at every step. We were guided throughout our implementation with weekly meetings with a Hubspot expert. Our marketing team uses Hubspot every day.
While HubSpot Marketing Hub is undeniably powerful, the cost can be prohibitive for small businesses with limited budgets. While the basic features are user-friendly, mastering the more advanced capabilities of HubSpot Marketing Hub can take some time. The learning curve might be steep for users unfamiliar with marketing automation platforms, and additional training or support may be required to fully harness the platform's potential.
Streamlining my marketing efforts and enhancing overall efficiency. Simplifies the often complex world of marketing by offering an all-in-one solution, eliminating the need for multiple tools. Automation features help me save time and maintain consistency in lead nurturing and campaign execution. The powerful analytics provide valuable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
I think Hubspot Marketing Hub combines everything needed to manage my marketing channels. The platform integrates easily with my native ads platforms and is easy for managing email marketing projects, lists and social media. Lastly, the ability to easily pull together reports and dashboards has made it a plus for our team. I think the landing page builder is also extremely easy to use and makes edits seamless.
The data reported in Ads does not correspond with what is in the native platforms. Also, social media data is not very accurate but gives some sort of an idea.
Hubspot marketing hub helps me pull reports and analyze them effortlessly. This helps me make better marketing decisions. It also helps me manage my landing pages better, which in turn helps provide better front-end experiences.
I love being able to filter contacts based on actions made in emails, which helps me to create lists.
I would love if we could add forms on emails, just like on landing pages instead of having to add buttons/ links to it.
Beig able to shceudle social media posts ahea dof time while being able to create & manage emails, landing pages, forms and marketing data all in one place
The design tools are incredibly intuitive and easy to use—as someone with close to no knowledge or experience in coding, the learning curve for creating emails, email templates and CTAs has been rather smooth. This gives me so much more time to focus on designing beautiful marketing emails without worrying too much about coding. The tech support team has also been very quick to assist, and the scope of their support is exemplary.
This is not a fault on their end since the HS Marketing Hub is already quite an amazing product, but since it's relatively new compared to other systems, I think there's still room for some features to be improved/added, and that would require a larger userbase to help with pointing out blindspots. (I usually use the community hub to try and figure out whether certain specific features do exist, but sometimes it's just really too specific for where the userbase is at presently).
My very first experience with CMS was with a rather outdated system, which was intimidating because it wasn't intuitive and somehow felt like any misclick would cause things to crash. HS Marketing Hub solves this by smoothening out the often steep learning curve when it comes to CMS, especially with the HS Academy as well. The HS Marketing Hub is deisgned in a way that gives me confidence in making changes and experimenting.
