I have worked with almost 40+ Clients. We make campaigns very frequently and almsot every day. Love all the features like SMS, Push and now there are reviews too.
Just one thing that SMS service is offered in only few countries. Rest all is good.

I se no downsides for now, really helpful for me.
It solves customer personalization and hyper-segmentation. Very-targeted audience triggers.
This integrates beautifully for the optimization of the buyer journey. We have been using Klayvio for about 2 years now and are really happy to have made the switch
Nothing - this is a really solid solution and the Klayvio team is responsive
We use this to optimize add to carts and cross sales for our email list. We have seen increases in cart sizes as well as higher return orders
Email marketing, SMS marketing, product reviews.
Nothing as such I can dislike about Klaviyo.
No problem as I can think of & it is benefiting by tracking all the customer email & phone numbers for our product announcement & email marketing.
One key tool I enjoy using on klaviyo is its amazing segment feature which allows me to effectively categorize clients. This becomes very useful in unveiling eCommerce trends particularly with first-time buyers. The uses of integrating a loyalty program are almost invisible; it helps to improve our marketing strategies. Workflows are also a cinch to introduce, which is useful when you think about adding them for critical steps like abandon cart situations and welcome emails.
But, the gif creating option on Klaviyo is a little restricted in my opinion. It would be also great if they could add more interesting moving objects that attract attention to demonstrate our products in email campaigns and thus make the companies who intend to improve their relationship with customers use the service.
Klaviyo is one of the companies that has been highly impactful in helping us resolve our gaps in communication with customers. It has greatly enhanced our outreach when effective, thereby increasing customer engagement.
We have never been able to segment and target so specifically until we started with KLAVIYO. Over half of our business income is directly attributed to our email and SMS marketing efforts. To say we rely on KLAVIYO is an understatement.
The billing isn't the easiest to understand. They base it off of active profiles and usage. It seems like it would be one or the other.
The days of blasting out emails to your entire lists are over. KLAVIYO allows you to customize your marketing for the receipient and it makes an incredible difference in terms of conversions and postive interactions.
The flows, you can automate your email flows very easily. Even creating campaigns are easy and can send email easily. Customer support is also good. It also offers SMS marketing feature.
It's little bit expensive, they charge you to save your email profiles/contacts.
I have used Klaviyo on ecommerce site for automation email and also to send our subscribers a promotions email of products.
I really like the flows and email automation and also the signup form we created for our website.
No, there is nothing to dislike in klaviyo. I find everything perfect.
the email automation and forms for website. We generated great revenue with signup form.
The free feature is plenty for a small business
Contact pricing is quite expensive compared to others.
Klaviyo is letting me send SMS marketing to my customerss.
It is such a software which can be used even by people who are not so tech friendly. Also this is a cost friendly software. You can consider it above other softwares available in the market.
Nothing as such to dislike. It just needs to be more error free when it comes to updating some fields. There is no more cons about using klaviyo. It's the best marketing automation software.
It is helping to build a strong customer data platform which helps to segment customers accordingly. It is a powerful analytics program and allows accurate omnichannel attribution.
It's easy to use, has a lot of different templates, and it's easy to integrate.
So far everything seems to work, there is a good customer service. I have nothing bad to say about them.
It's an easy integration for every ecom business. It has a free version where you can try out the software in the beginning. As long as you grow as an ecommerce, you can grow together with the packages. Which is a legit strategy!
Klaviyos reporting can go into great detail, integrations are avialable with many other vendors,
Customer support is great, once you get to it. Waiting in chat can be very frustrating when needing help with a business critical item.
Sending segmented campaigns, triggered automations that can continueing generating $$
I value the simplicity of creating an email with the flow editor. I like the simplicity with which you can update email corroborations and funnel emails, plus the good integration it has with Shopify. In order to make the distribution lists we have with us, and also the automation, expand and easier to manage, we can link Klaviyo with all the marketing tools we use in Shopify. Figuring out how to start a new campaign or where to find or develop customer information lists is pretty easy. It's complex and packed with features that make it possible for us to customize our marketing to the most current business circumstances. The automation of the mail distribution network is excellent. Klaviyo exhibits the usefulness of planning in order to target an audience in various time zones, such as missed carts, arrival streams, etc., as you reflect on the norms of your internet marketplace.
It is feasible to have added a mobile responsive alternative when creating e-books, this would have been more helpful. We would like to incorporate loyalty points at the bottom of the page of personalized emails. PostScript integration could be improved. Most of the diversity of creativity can be seen quite limited in the email sender.
If you are adapting your email marketing strategy to a new platform, it won't take you long to learn how to use Klaviyo because its interface resembles those of other email marketing tools. To get beyond templates and generate marketing traffic, you don't need to have coding skills or have had a lot of experience in the area. It includes automation, fixed templates and a variety of layouts that is enough to distinguish your commerce. Klaviyo meticulously takes into account each of the organization's requirements, including first-class customization.
What I like the most about Klaviyo is that it's a very user-friendly app that allows us to send SMS and email marketing. We can also reply to our consumers based on the messages they send us,
What I dislike from Klaviyo will be the way to obtain data because it can be slow when we're trying to filter a lot of date from a campaign. Besides that, we like it.
Klaviyo allows our company to handle email and SMS marketing in a smooth and easy way. We can also follow up with our consumers regarding the offers we're sending it. It
Klaviyo is one of the best for eCommerce email marketing platform that I have used so far. The automation is user friendly, you can personalize newsletters or email by just clicking and dragging content.
For me there's nothing I dislike about Klaviyo. I used it for the first time and already I know what to do just by looking at it and reading stuffs like FAQs and they have support team that can teach you and guide you all the way.
I was working as email campaign manager for ecommerce startup, I used Klaviyo to create engaging email content and newsletters. Klaviyo helps me a lot and very user friendly, just click and drag.
It helps a non-CRM focused professional confident enough to use and make insightful and meaningful decisions.
The sign-up forms have a lot of options but I wish there were more customization options.
take data from many internal sources and organize them in a way to manage customer communications.
The ability to easily set up actions based on user behavior has been super helpful in making sure that we are sending emails to people who are more likely to open them.
I would like to see the new template editor built out a little more. A layers panel would be good to filter through sections.
Klaviyo has helped us use better practices for email marketing. The resources they provide are great for learning. And as a result we are sending less emails and making more money.
It helps to manage communications and emails sent to customers. Also, we can manage mailing lists.
I don't have any complaints. The tool is very user-friendly.
Mailing list and marketing campaigns.
It's ease of use and plenty of integrations
Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy with certain features
It's helping us connect with our newsletter audience more
The best feature of Klaviyo would be the ease of usage like drag and drop features in email templates.
The tool mainly focuses on email marketing only. There is no option for running ads and sometimes there is issue with facebook integration.
It is helping my organization to nurture the leads and convert them into customers and generate around 35% of attributed revenue for each month. This is helped us to reach more regions and potential customers.
The tools available for users segmentation and customization.
Sometime it is not relly responsive, i mean the temaples pages load really slowly.
It is solving the email marketing problems, with there features rich tool,
We have found Klaviyo to be a fantastic tool for all of our email marketing requirements. We were given excellent bundles, and we could set up numerous email marketing campaigns simultaneously.
I never disliked anything about Klaviyo but the integration with the sending domain was very hectic at first so if you have a little knowledge of DNS records then you are good to go.
We needed a powerful email marketing tool and tried a couple in the market and klaviyo's results were exceptional and it also offers good ready-to-go templates for emails.
I love how many different platforms and apps that klaviyo integrates with. We can have all of the marketing apps we use with Shopify combined with Klaviyo, so our lists continue to grow, and automation is simple to set up and analyze.
as of right now, there is nothing that i dislike about Klaviyo. Maybe if there were instructional videos on how to initially setup some flows and automations that would be helpful ?
We have taken our e-mail marketing to a new level with Klaviyo by sending out a lot more segmented emails offering different types of promotions and coupons to various segments of subscribers. We love the dynamic email capabilities.
The Shopify integration is great when pulling products for email campaigns and various blasts.
Klaviyo is a bit expensive, especially if you have a large number of profiles to manage.
Very great at pulling out the analytics from each specific campaign.
Easy to set up static and dynamic lists of subscribers/customers to communicate to via email and SMS.
Cannot handle multiple brands/stores, and reporting functionality is limited.
It sorts customers into different lists we communicate to and tracks the success of each piece of communication we send them.
I love how easy Klaviyo is to navigate. The features are relevant and work seamlessly with other apps we currently use for post-sale flows and CS.
I do wish Klaviyo had more integrations - my only complaint.
Klaviyo is currently solving our issues with regards to guiding customers through the purchase flow, as well as catching customers who have not completed check out for one reason or another.
Klaviyo is much better than any other email marketing platform I have used. It is very user friendly and continues to adapt to technology shifts and advancements constantly adding new features!
The only thing I dislike about Klaviyo is the random glitches that are experienced in the theme editor.
Klaviyo is a all in one platform allowing us to create a relationship and community with our audience. It allows us to personalize the experience for each user.
The email builder is much quicker, easier, and more intuitive than MailChimp, and I love that my email & SMS campaigns and journeys can be combined.
Reporting dashboards and displays could be improved for sure.
We didn't have any customer journeys set up, very little automation, no SMS. Much better marketing stack now.
