I find the work in supermetrics super practical, easy, and intuitive. It greatly facilitates the construction and management of my databases. the variety of connections
sometimes I have difficulties with connecting data from adobe analytics and facebook, but I understand that it is a problem with the platform itself and not with supermetrics. I would recommend reviewing the update schedule system.

The connectivity has been less than reliable. I have had to open numerous support tickets because your API and Facebook/Google were not refreshing. It was incredibly tiresome and left our clients thinking less of us.

SuperMetrics is the beating heart of our reporting dashboards. We save countless hours on reporting for our clients by automating dashboard population. I haven't found a tool as useful or user friendly as SuperMetrics.
The load times are somewhat of a hinderance with larger dashboards, and occasionally requests will time out or incorrectly render in PDF exports in DataStudio. But 9/10 times the tool works as it should.
SuperMetrics helps us automate reporting from platforms that do not have a native link to DataStudio (Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), allowing us to provide holistic reporting to our clients in one easy to read dashboard.

Quick integration and scheduled querying of data in the google sheet environment. This helps me to visualize the data and use it for important business decisions without spending too much time on data collection.
Sometimes there are query errors, which appear mostly when more people from the team work with the same queried data. Working with supermetrics as a team could be definitely improved.
Querriny of social media data, podcast data, google analytics and connecting those together. Important is also scheduling the queries, so we have every morning fresh data, prepared for vizualisation.
Supermetrics have all the plugins and connectors i need to do my job and track all of the results across social media and marketing platforms my company/client uses
The interface could be a little better, ux speaking. I Belive it could be better if we had a more fluid interface; sometimes, when adjusting a query, it can not load the query details and kind of create a new one over the last. It can be frustrating sometimes.
We are looking over all the marketing data channels across the organization and creating intelligent reports and dashboards for performance status and market results.
I use data connectors to Data Studio. I really like support and a wide range of services that helped me to reach company goals. The price is very low for that kind of intelligence.

I finally could look at the data like I wanted to see it. It has helped me to better understand my marketing performance and save a lot of budgets. Now I control all marketing flow in less time. I liked that I could visualise data from Facebook Ads and other channels and then blend it into one report. Big time saver!
The number of connectors and queries providing all sorts of customisation options helps when we need to analyse campaign data on a granular level. Without this we wouldn't be able to do the thorough job we're known for.
The interface has changed drastically which was our biggest issue in the past when we had to manage our queries. It could still be improved with support options.

Some metrics aren't available through APIs so cannot be pulled in, sometimes large data sets time out so can cause some manual diagnostic
