Not that there is anything least useful. I would just like to see more in-depth troubleshooting message boards and/or articles from Supermetrics.

Connection issues have been an issue for us in the past and it makes us hesitant on the quality of information that is given. However, this occurence isn't too often.
Supermetrics solves our reporting needs by being able to connect multiple platforms to our CRM to uncover metrics that we wouldn't be able to without it. It allows us to look at our ROAS and Cost per MQL.
Supermetrics products and tools are invaluable to me and my clients. The software is intuitive and allows me to spend more time delivering insights rather than connecting the dots between data sources.
I don't really have anything to say on this front. Any issues I've had with the software have been resolved quickly using their extensive support documentation and wonderful support team.
Supermetrics has allowed us to export historical Universal Analytics and GA4 data to our BigQuery instance where it can be merged with other data sources, have calculations performed, etc. It's saved us so much time and effort that has been able to be directed to actioning on insights.
After comparing a lot of different tools I found that it is best option in terms of cost and it is also easy to use.
Sometimes a trial is activated without a clear reason.

More connectors and also aggregation of data from different connectors. For example at present we can have data from different social media channels but not aggregation in term of engagement or customer acquistion.
It's simplifying the data collection, management and analysis from various sources which helps the organisation in strategic decision making.
Super accurate data, support is great, and they constantly improve their services. Their integration with Google Sheets works brilliantly, and filter options also allow you to automatically clean data while importing it. Brilliant tool!
They can do a better job of explaining errors that users can run into. Their pricing can also go steep pretty quickly as you start utilizing the platform more and more.
Data was present in multiple different platforms and silos. Utilizing super metrics, we were able to clean up data, import it, and utilize it for analysis and dashboarding from multiple sources in a single google sheet. If you don't want to spend thousands of dollars on building complex dashboards that keep breaking, this is a great alternative that requires substantially lower resources.
The tool is easy to use, allowing me to connect to multiple clients' Google Analytics and Google Ad accounts. The ability to pull data into Google Sheets in the format that I want and set automatic triggers to refresh and pull new data in has saved me about 5 man-days of reporting a month. Such a lifesaver! It's not cheap but it's definitely worth it's weight in gold. Support is also responsive and helpful whenever I encounter any issues.
The tool is not cheap, but it is worth the investment.

Supermetrics is super useful for gathering marketing data from different platforms into one location, e.g. sheets or looker studio. It has personally saved me hours from manually going into each marketing platform (e.g. Google / Facebook) to get the relevant data.
I dislike that very occasionally, especially with large data sets sometimes the queries can take a long time to load but it is worth it in the end.
Firstly, it saves hours every week to get the necessary data for daily optimisations. Secondly, It is super useful for reporting as it updates automatically with the previous day's data every day. Lastly, we use it to manage budgets as we can generate how much campaigns will spend by the end of the month based on a query of how much its spent for this month.
Managing information hasn't been easier. Supermetrics lets you connect all your data in a single place without too much effort. You wont want to get back into some other tool, Supermetrics can do almost everything for you with just a bit of time!
Sometimes the loading times can be much longer than expected just by trying to load the tool without accessing any data. Some connections don't exist or are only working on beta. On some occasions, you have to update data manually, and some of those times, you need to delete specific duped data instances.
Connecting different clients' databases into a single place to display data visualization in the most accessible and totally friendly way without inserting each database individually. By doing so, information from any place, Ads, Linkedin, Universal Analytics and GA4, just in a couple clicks to an spreadsheet or looker.
