I'm using Supermetrics since 3 years and this wonderful tool helps me everyday for my reportings. I can create dashboards (on data studio) or just extract data in a sheet. Very Useful. I can not do without it
Sometimes the requests are missing/not working (but it is mostly due to the API of the platforms). Maybe, more templates could help :) Or predefined requests (for facebook insights for example)
I need to report each month the social media activity for our clients. In the past, the team downloaded the data into local sheets (and we lostlots of files). Now, the job is done automaticaly.
It gives us access to all the platforms and can easily combine data across all platforms. As a result, I would say it helps me a lot, not only in work and save me a bunch of time.
Sometimes queries are slow, and sometimes the access got denied, which I hope the team can fix so that we can all use this convenient tool smoothly without andy holding back.

I use Supermetrics to automate my advertising reporting on Google Data Studio. The time saving is enormous compared to Excel exports and greatly reduces the risk of error
I love the ease of setting up the tracking you need. I also love the many options and additional products I can integrate for all tracking purposes.
Daily tracking on google sheets requires a higher monthly cost when I am sure most people would love to track their data daily on Google Sheets.

The ability to link all of our ad data together has been invaluable. The connectors are easy to use which means that gaining insight in one place is much easier.
Sometimes some of the connectors have a few issues, but generally, there aren't any major blockers.

I wish that it was cheaper, but I understand that the good does not come cheap. I also wish it were possible to keep more services in packages that could include more services at a discounted rate.
I am able to keep a more historical backup of my information regardless of changing policies or measuring standards over time on external platforms like Facebook. I use Supermetrics to feed Google Data Studio with other services it wouldn't normally accept.
