The personalization of the CRM and all the data
I love everything about Hubspot, and I'll would love to see more reporting
It is all in one place and it's accesible form all the team
Hubspot Marketing hub is great. I love it.
I have no complaints about hubspot marketing hub
Customer targetting, automation, segmentation, ad and campaign tracking, team access to tools and resources, search, all of these things are wonderful for us and it's great
HubSpot marketing hub has made creating landing page, forms, email campaigns and CTAs a breeze. It is easy to navigate, the support team always has an answer and we are able to report on our success!
Sometimes the limitations in creating workflows leave us stuck.
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to see engagement with the customers/prospcets we are contacting. It also has been able to help us see the success in our campaigns.
The ease of use and the exceptional staff is what I like best about HubSpot. This platform will walk you through setting up an email, landing page and workflow and if you get stuck, you can contact support multiple ways to get your answer or advise on what else to try.
Product updates and the lack of communication about them.
Bringing in qualified leads and showing us the journey the customer takes on our website. It allows us to know what our customes are looking for and how we can help them answer their questions.
The ease of use, it' is a great tool for marketing and sales
I enjoy using the systemm do not have
the automation and the ability to track the emails
I love that all of my campaigns are in one place and I can report easily on performance and KPIs to my leadership team.
The data connectivity can sometimess be a challenge when connected to a homegrown system.
Holistic Campaign management. Reporting for executives.
Intuitive. Modern. Easy to use. Focuses on the metrics I need to drive results. Reporting dashboard are growing in functionality. HubSpot is LIGHT YEARS ahead of my previous Marketing automation system, and gives me a 360 view of the customer for Marketing and for CRM purposes for my company. I have used HubSpot at two companies and it feels like the platform made not only for this generation, but for the next! There's nearly nothing that seems antiquated but instead I'm often thinking I wish I had more time to really focus and optimize in all the possible ways. Hard to imagine working for a company that doesn't use HubSpot for future job opportunities. INBOUND is also Top Notch!
I wish we could throttle our email sends over multiple hours, instead of sending large sends all at one time. This would helps prevent our call center from being overwhelmed by customers calling in all at once from the email that goes out.
My previous marketing automation platform was incredibly manual and challenging to get data on basic things. HubSpot provides a 360 view of the customer that was not available previously.
The email marketing tools! i am an email marketing nerd and love the ab testing, ai tools, graphic choices.
Creating reports. sometimes i feel the drag and drop can be a bit confusing and harder to use than other platforms I have used before.
Its an all in one platform so I feel that all my work is consolidated in one spot and not silouhed across different campaigns I am running
Marketing Hub is super intuitive and very easy to use.
The fact that you can upload 1000 contacts without an email address - but can't manually create one without.
It allows us to keep all of our marketing activities in one location..
I love how easy the social media calendar is to use.
I honestly don't have any serious dislikes
It makes social media management really simple and easily accessible for everyone on our team.
Having one central location for all marketing platforms like email, social, web, etc.
The designing capability could be lacking but that also could just because I am not great at coding and creating new modules.
Having a single platform for all marketing needs
I really enjot the email marketing and landing page features.
I would enjoy a bit more creative freedom as it relates to design possibilities.
Email marketing headaches are solved for me by Marketing Hub.
HubSpot is a user friendly product -very easy to understand and navigate. They take regular feedback from their customers and actually implement it into their products on a regular basis.
Like every software, sometimes there are bugs. I've mostly had issues with formatting.
Automation! We went from a very old school way of marketing to an automated, inbound way of marketing which saves time and money. No more spreadsheets! I love their advanced reporting which is something we lacked.
Having all the information in one. The HUBSPOT academy and my partner to help me make the best out of it
Convincing my sales team to use it, it's always hard to talk them into it
Having a 360 perspective of the hall información and data around my customers and campings !!!
The best thing I like best about Hubspot Marketing Hub is defining the DCJ (Digital Customer Journey) and has helped us automate our processes for advertising Social Media Management
There is nothing that I dislike about Hubspot Marketing Hub, I have not had any issues.
Hubspot helped us define the Digital Customer Journey (DCJ) for our customers and partners.
Marketing Hub is intuitive, easy to use, and incredibly powerful for the SMBs that I with on a day-to -day basis. The new AI functionality has made it incredibly easy to create, tweak and deploy content across a variety of platforms.
It's not HIIPA compliant (yet). but they're constantly adding new features and solutions, so if there's something that isn't there yet, chances are it will be soon.
Marketing Hub ties together all of the elements of our work for clients and for our own company. It saves time, integrates well with other solutions, and provides and all-in-one solution for most of our needs.
ease of use, intuitive platform that makes it effective.
Some use cases cannot be done, like unlimited loop in workflow. custom html email.
Automated emails, nurture flows, campaign management, fast follow up.
The capacity to endlessly customize CRM records and workflows. Also, the new social media studio has greatly improved the efficiency of our content strategy.
There's really nothing I "dislike". However, my biggest want for the Marketing Hub has been better assistive tools. With the introduction of AI, I see this being met.
I am a one man show when it comes to digital marketing. My company's data integrity is also poor. Having HubSpot's Marketing Hub gives me the capacity to accomplish all the roles I fill and allows me to build and maintain a strong data "source of truth" for our goals.
Integrates seamlessly with sales hub and allows collaboration between marketing and sales.
Integrations with tools we use aren't always available
Hubspot is allowing us to connect, vet, and communicate with our prospect pipeline at scale
it integrates all of my work and data in one place.
Somtimes it van be very slow and hard to navigate but customer service is great.
It puts everything in one place and it hleps me see how all of my content is performing all at once.
