"Quite An Effective Social Media Sharing Tool"
What do you like best about Buffer?

The ease of use is phenomenal, especially how one can draft a single post for all three major Social Media sharing platforms -- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. Also, it makes it very easy to track the engagement on your content in the form on reports and analytics. The team takes feedback very encouragingly. I'm happy that they've also added Instagram as a Social Media channel as well. Overall, it's doing what it says.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

The tool isn't really seamless, gives errors out of the blue. The support isn't the best either. A lot of things could be improved regarding the robustness of the product. The tool is also very pricey for no reason, I'll be making a switch as soon as I get a better deal in the same price. Pay around $10/month just for the basic plan. Perhaps if they can price the same one around $5 a month it would really make sense to use this tool. Apart from these minor drawbacks, it's good enough.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Social sharing across the three major platforms from one place, one point. This is the only major benefit I've realized till now. I believe the team has a lot of scope to improve this product and add more features in alignment with the problems Social Media marketers face currently. They have Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram right now, would be great if they also added channels such as Google+, Pinterest, Quora etc.

What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer is very affordable, and makes it easy to queue up and track my social media posts. It feels fun and rewarding to add something to my feed, and then check out the analytics to see how well it did. Buffer also analyzes your feed to determine the best times to post your content, based on your audience's engagement.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

You're limited in the free version to the number of different accounts you can post to, but it's a great way to trial Buffer. One thing I wish you could do (which you can do in other software like Hootsuite), is reply to post Comments.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Buffer, I spend much less time on posting to social media, because I can post to multiple feeds at once. Buffer helps me be more accountable with consistent posting.

What do you like best about Buffer?

One of the reasons I use Buffer is because it allows me to have an enviable convenience to send or publish content on multiple social platforms. In addition to this, if I have any questions about the program, there is no concern about, since it has relatively efficient support in terms of case resolution. Another element to highlight is that it is very easy to use, the free version is very complete but for a more dynamic and totally powerful functions the paid version is the ideal one, besides its cost is not so expensive.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

A small headache of this program is that it would be ideal your reports to work best, I explain, the idea of having a complete report is that you get a proper analysis according to the social network or platform where Buffer is being executed, what happens is that The analysis is not complete, what Buffer did to solve this mishap was to add a report analysis tool which is paid, which makes it a bit difficult for people or companies with limited budgets. Another triggering factor is that the price structure, although it is not expensive in general terms, there are functionalities that must be acquired by canceling these costs.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The marketing department is using this tool to manage social networks with a lot of professionalism. It has also helped us to have a significant reach of the publications, having a resounding success when programming with certainty the content in each social network. We are happy to have a program aligned to the development of online and digital marketing.

What do you like best about Buffer?

I enjoy that there are multiple social media platforms that I can use through this platform. They are easy to connect to and manage. I really lik that they offer a free membership that you can essentially stay with forever. However, as you grow you will find you do need the additional services. The good thing is that there are lots of upgrade options that range in price.e

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I was having a lot of difficulty with automatic publishing. When I requested additional assistance I was pretty much told to figure it out myself (it was said professionally but not very helpful...what's the point of 'contact support' if they don't actually assist you). The pricing to upgrade also jumps drastically for the different packages. if there was just one think in another package you needed it can increase your fees a drastic amount.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was using Buffer as a social media organizer. Where I can manage what's going on in all platforms in one place. I was also using this to manage my posts and scheduling of posts. Therefore, I would say that my main business solutions I was trying to achieve through using this program were; organization and planning when it comes specificall to social media.

What do you like best about Buffer?

- easy to use interface - scheduling functionality - analytics provided - can add RSS feeds and share things easily - you can add images

What do you dislike about Buffer?

- they send way too many emails (sure you can unsubscribe, but this is annoying) - you can't directly connect Instagram with Buffer (you have to IFTTT to do this) - can't view Twitter feed - pricing is expensive

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use this to schedule social media posts beforehand. I have a calendar for posting and I can schedule all the posts all at once in a day for the month, and then not have to worry about updating social media constantly. I like that I can not only schedule the day but the time as well. Buffer has allowed me to experiment and optimize my social media posts.

"Clean, Concise Social Tools at an Affordable Price"
What do you like best about Buffer?

To be honest, we've reached a point where most social media management tools all share a similar set of tools and features that are to be expected. Buffer's killer advantage is their no-nonsense, clean and to the point take on what a social platform can be. I can curate content from my usual sources directly within Buffer, add content to queues across the major networks, and set up post automation based on user activity and engagement patterns. Dead simple and it works.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

This simplicity comes at the cost of some flexibility, but nothing feature breaking. Some of the monitoring tools and functionality could be a bit more robust to allow you to follow conversations across designated hashtags or accounts, however I'd imagine this functionality might come at the cost of some of the simplicity that I love.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Daily overhead for our business social accounts has dropped to next to nothing. I can curate, schedule, and post all of my content for the week ahead with about an hour's time the week prior. This puts some time back into my schedule which is nice, but the most important thing is that Buffer allows me to ensure we maintain a consistent posting schedule for our audiences across networks.

What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer- the strong feats of this product is the ingenuity of the product design and the forward-thinking features of the product. The product is very streamlined to fit both new and experienced marketers etc. The product reflects the needs of the market, especially the rapid changing social media landscape and Internet 3.0. The price is also very fair for each tier, and the product is simple enough to use for individual needs or a company. The customer service and platform support is a very high touch experience, and is a plus. The product is also fun, in having aspects like gif usage and image creation tools. At the same time, while it is a "fun" product it is useful in providing analytics and insights to help hack or optimize the social marketing experience. Buffer is a smart product!

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Buffer has a similar feel to Salesforce CRM, and some aspects seemed forced in trying to replicate their platform. Buffer lacks the customer service components of Salesforce, but leads the user of their products in that direction with the way the analytics and monitoring tools are set up. I also dislike that the design in using the product can feel overwhelming with so many options, at times. This is a similar complaint to Salesforce, but I understand that both are smart products that are trying to appeal to users with varying levels of experience.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Business problems solved using Buffer include: research and analytics on how and WHY to optimize posts in a certain way, having multiple social media tools in one place, having a calendar streamlined for social media and specific to mobile and social media marketing and having social ads, campaigns etc. aggregated in one place

"Over Priced, Bad Service, Useless Features"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Really not much when it's so expensive but it's fairly easy to use.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

This App is double what it should be priced at! Way too expensive, who's going to pay $1200 US a year to post to a few social media accounts?? Service is awful with unanswered correspondence and condescending responses. So may bugs & problems and unused features that they want us to pay for, STAY AWAY there's much better available for you money and we should know as we've been in the industry for over 20 years.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can schedule social media posts, just like Apps at 1/2 or 1/4 of the price.
