I really don't dislike anything. It does require a bit of learning for the more advanced features, but they're all on YouTube, and Customer Service actually answers the phone and helps me right away.

I love that is it more in-depth than other programs I have used. I appreciate the competitor analysis, the keyword ranking tools, the domain analysis and more.

I do not like some of the limitations such as having a keyword limit if you are not paying for the highest level.

I am not a customer anymore but when using, it helped me solve website issues, ranking issues and content issues.

My Favorite is the Social Media Poster. I have the option to either schedule ahead or make a post on the same day to all our business accounts. This truly helps to keep us organized.

I like that they are able to show you what words are performing well and which ones aren't. It allows you to choose which keywords to focus on as you write articles and further expand your site. They also monitor your site for any errors which gives you the ability to get things fixed before they become a problem.

I use the free service so it is obviously limited in what it can do, however, I feel like based on what I receive, it would be hard to justify using the paid service.

I can see how certain keywords are performing which allows me to focus on building them up even stronger, or if they aren't doing well I can focus on other keywords that may perform better.

Link Building tool of Semrush is difficult to use; it's not friendly for the beginner level user. They should consider making the interface more user-friendly so that a newbie can also experiment with it.
