the customizable options for designing and implementing strategies
The entire surveys module. Very limited, even in basics like look and feel.
communication with my customers. highly importante
My favourite thing about Bloomerach is that everything can be adjusted and adapted to the specific situation. I also really appreciate the customer support, which is at an excellent level.
I would appreciate more templates that I could use for specific use cases
Thanks to bloomreach we can work better with our customer base. We can segment and analyse it based on its behaviour.
I like user-friendly interface. Also i like i can make realy detail reporting of our campaings in one tool and share with other colleagues.
There is nothing i dislekes on Bloomreach
Email communication with our customers and performance of our eshop. Also we use fot customers data.
Easy to build customer journeys and analisys afterwards
There is nothing I dislike or find inconvenient.
Solves issues with collecting and managing customer data, and thanks to that we can target the right customers
The customer service and support, the versatility of the tools and features included, the possibility to personnalize your customers' journey, and the precise reporting that it allows
The lack of a no-code AMP option when designing emails can be limiting, but it can be circumvented by the use of both emails, weblayers and in-app messages. Hopefully it will be a futture addition to the email designer.
Bloomreach provides us with a very intuitive engagement platform that covers our needs in terms of CDP, ESP and marketing automation, with the added benefits of web personalization
It is easy to use but difficult to master. Unlike other, cheaper alternatives, here you can/must do everything on your own (reports, segmentations, etc). This way it takes you longer to work with it, but you get more control.
Usually, it's small stuff, like saving e-mail templates with undefined variables is impossible. Lately they added in a new update, that when you clone campaigns across workspaces, it switches all settings to default. I did not find it in any documentation and our campaigns ran for two months with incorrect tracking data.
Mostly CRM, we send direct mail, e-mail, push notifications etc. We also use weblayers and experiments, but for these we hire an external company. By having it all underneath one program, we can better optimise and plan future campaigns.
Events processing is the best that we can find. The speed of the platform to calculate millions of events in a fraction of second will speed up team processes. Platform UX, UI, automation are simple the best. Hard to make it better.
We could customise different projects with different colours or themes to quickly identify the brand you are working with.
Speed in designing automations, a/b testing, and analytics reporting out of the box. Complete business insights and engine recommendations
Quick support, a lot of possibilies with the software
Price, thats all I can say againt bloomreach
CRM, emailing, a/b testing, banners, datamining
Bloomreach is ideal for managing sophisticated multi-channel campaigns across different user segments. Scenarios are easy to set up with a little bit of training, they are able to be very complex allowing your company to achieve any goal you have set to achieve through CRM. Also, how easy it is to create amazing-looking emails without the need for lots of in-depth design knowledge. They are simple to set up and run as part of campaigns.
The only thing I dislike is the learning curve when starting off with Exponea, however, they offer great online training sessions. These cover all of the basics as well as more advanced courses. The Exponea team is also always on hand to offer support through their live chat or their knowledge centre
Bloomreach is helping us expand our onboarding and in-life CRM. As a service where we can't predict a customer's need, Bloomreach has allowed us to remain front of mind through targeted campaigns
Clear work with users data and events and easy orientation.
Complexity of evaluation and working with expressions and running aggregates.
Duplication across projects to speed up our procesess.
Their support team, and their attitude towards the users, always willing to help.
I would like to have more courses available for users in order to take advantage of all the feautures available.
They are working on the granulated access to team members.
Bloomreach support is fast and easy to reach
We still haven't got the data we need in Bloomreach (not Bloomreach's fault though) so we are still working in two MA-system which is a big dislike
Problems with the platform, bugs are fixed fast
Exponea is a super flexible tool that gives you an in-depth view of your customer behavior in time. And act upon this behavior with full automation. Their people are also really supportive and helpful in helping you get maximum from the tool.
They are mostly e-commerce-focused, so sometimes it requires a bit of creativity for other businesses.
- Customer insight - Marketing and process automation - Personalization - Improved key email metrics - Sales boost
The flexibility of the software is second to none, you are only limited by your imagination really and obviously the expertise to execute it!
Some basic things such as being able to view the email you've sent to the customer - this is basic functionality that exists in all kinds of tools such as MailChimp, Campaign Monitor and more relevant HubSpot. So far it seems to not be available which is a bit of a miss.
Numerous. The ability to view our customers interactions with the business and being able to act on that, reduction in time administrating data, running reports etc Time saving is probably the biggest benefit to date
The innovative approach. Frequent releases with new features. Great support via chat directly on the platform.
I am missing the changelogs and the possibility to revert the last saved version (something like GTM workspaces). (but like this option in scenarios where it is)
Personalized emails, event-driven push notifications, full customer journey management, and data aggregation on the customer level from multiple data sources.
Flexibility. The tool does not only provide many direct solutions to many different challenges, but also gives you a spectrum of different tools to create your own custom solutions to many different situations. Just amazing!
Super deep data analysis is a challenge because of the way data is handled, but on the other hand, this provides super-fast calculations, so it's understandable.
Everything from basic BAU campaigns to sophisticated omnichannel retention and reactivation strategies. First, we started with mostly basic tools like emails and SMS but later on were able to add custom website experiences to the mix, new channels, etc.
Grat pro-customer support which helped us solve the issues
Nothing, all was great, the support chat with us for a few days
Problems regarding our push notifications on clients mobiles, and the technical side of the problem
Bloomreach is helping retail customer experience to fuel business growth. They are disrupting the market and becoming a major player by acquiring top-notch brands. From having powerful and personalised recommendation engines to running emails and segmenting the audience, their platform is helping companies to plan for the future and be already ahead of their game.
Reporting and analytics require high-level knowledge and again one must take Bloomreach's own course which comes with an extra price.
We have suggested Bloomreah to a lot of clients and they are generating good results in their revenue. Benefits realised from this platform are countless: Acquiring more customers and smarter data Increase in revenue from personalised emails Personalised suggestions to segmented audiences
Exponea is a fantastic tool with endless potential permutations and the ability to dissect and disseminate data throughout your organisation giving you that nirvana of single customer view and omnichannel experience along with all the other buzzwords marketers love to throw around. Exponea is infinitely scalable, the API is very simple to work with and connects with pretty much anything with very little effort, even the most obscure software platforms, given the correct development, will be able to connect and communicate with Exponea. Effectively you're given a blank sheet of paper and you use all of the tools within the toolbox to produce and create your CRM specifically for your business. It genuinely is an off-the-shelf software solution that morphs into a bespoke application for your business.
Exponea is sold as a 'tool for marketeers' and whilst that is true it should be noted that that is like me selling you the best car ever, taking you to the garage to pick it up and opening the door to a floor covered in parts and saying 'there you go the best car you'll ever drive'. The point is that Exponea is a tremendously powerful toolbox that requires a lot of configuration and set-up for you to start experiencing the benefits it will bring to your business. That's not necessarily a bad thing but it's more to make you aware you won't be logging in and running reports and gaining insights from day 1 - unless you spend a ton of money on consultation or development to get you up and running before going live within your business. There are a couple of basic limitations which I know they have in the pipeline, for example being able to view the specific email you sent to Customer X seems to be a stretch currently - which given the likes of MailChimp, Campaign Monitor etc all manage to do in one click seems a weird function to leave out. I mean why would you want to know what you sent to a specific customer wouldn't you rather see the generic template with a ton of dynamic code in it?!
Actually understanding our customers. We've currently only implemented the email triggers, campaigns etc and integrated it with our internal systems. However, we are about to embark on web layers and stretch the capabilities further. We have numerous API connections which is all adding to the view of our customers and starting to allow us to tailor experiences for our customer base. Currently only scratching the surface but we have a clear plan and are confident Exponea is able to deliver on everything we need it to do.
I like to have the opportunity to customize anything with javascript, css or html and mixed with the AI of Bloomreach has.
Sometimes load of some scenarios or projects is kind of slow
I've solved a lot of metrics and data results for my clients, and I can help them to have a bigger view of their goals
