It was a very easy platform to adjust to, from someone who has only used a small number of CRM softwares. Great live support functionality with knowledgable helpers.
Custom reporting is great, however the in-platform scenario reporting could use improving, in terms of layout and ease of use.

However, that doesn't mean that a more experienced person can't use the more advanced features of this tool. What I would like to highlight is the customer support, where they were able to help me with my problem within minutes

I am the Senior Power BI developer at my company and after using and experimenting with many different online report developing tools, I have to say that Bloomreach has outdid themselves with their campaign analysis ad hoc reporting tool. We are now able to see so much with our marketing data by using this platform and it is very easy for everyone to learn.
I feel like the least helpful part of Bloomreach is their is so many categories when searching for reports and dashboards. I feel like they can be more simplified.
Bloomreach is solving the problem of connecting everything together and it is bridging the gap between our customers, third-party vendors and our data. The reporting tool is outstanding and very easy to learn for beginners.

I can't think of any major faults or minus point, perhaps updating their documentation so it is more clearer from the get go.

The UI is informative, and the toolset is easy to use. You can do a lot with the solution, for example, reporting and email communication. Compared to other solutions, the data is more prosperous, as it connects with how customers behave.
I don't like that the email template system is either custom all the way (but not very fun to use) or restricted with default code skeleton (but easy-to-use) drag-and-drop UI.
With Bloomreach solution, we can reach the customers in real-time and give them a personalized experience according to their lifecycle. Our clients' business performance has gone up since utilizing Bloomreach.

Too complex reporting, the interface seems too broad and struggle to connect the data for the customers attributes.

Some of the more basic tasks are more complicated than they need to be. For example, in order to receive a notification when a batch of vouchers is low, you have to create a whole scenario with new aggregates, customer filters, thresholds, create a template with dynamic content. Every other ESP we've used has simply asked for the emails that want to receive notification when the vouchers fall below a threshold we set.
Integrating all of our marketing channels into one solution so we have better visibility and control. It's also our CDP so we have comprehensive data for personalization.
I really love Bloomreach Engagement. I can send emails, SMS, push-notifications or set up weblayers from one tool. I very much appreciate their efforts to educate clients through Bloomreach Academy. Their technical support is also very helpful.
The surveys function could be improved. That's all I can think of right now. Bloomreach strives to continuously improve and develop its services. They're great!
Bloomreach Engagement becomes the heart and brain of the marketing department.
I like how user-friendly the tool is and how I can drill down data all the way down to the customer level. Creating and improving a customer's journey can be unique and simple drag & drop or click away. I also like how the tool interacts with itself and how you can use the different tools/features across multiple product integrations.
I feel that the Bloomreach Academy can be more in-depth and incorporate more used cases and training scenarios on each topic offered especially for users who for example. are not coders or have a dev background. The training should allow any user, no matter their background to confidently use all aspects of the tool. Also, look at improving the support structure once the integration/onboarding phase has been completed. Give your customers for example - 5hrs a month free for assistance with projects/used cases/ products etc.
