What do you like best about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

"The first thing we noticed was the ease of use, where the intuitive user interface allowed for a very straightforward scenario and email campaign set up for our team. Online support was very fast. We had consultants always on hand to answer queries and setup scenarios, analytics and dashboards that we couldn't figure out ourselves. Each member of our team went through an intensive training via Exponea Academy, which unlocked our understanding of the Exponea tools on hand."

What do you dislike about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

"Very few complaints on our end in terms of the application itself. The only shortcomings we found were a few hiccups during the initial integrations, especially with SQL, that could have been a little smoother, however once that was squared away, everything else was smooth sailing."

"Exponea helped empower us to personalise and optimise the omni-channel experience for our customers, as well as website communications driven by in-depth customer behaviour analysis. Specifically: - Releasing use cases to increase the lifetime value (LTV). - Expanding other areas of value Exponea can bring based on analytical insights. - Utilising omni-channel communication: Email, Social Media Retargeting, etc. We wanted to complement the tailored service provided by our sales team and Exponea enables us to do this. It was a very easy platform to adjust to, from someone who has only used a small number of CRM softwares. Great live support functionality with knowledgable helpers.

Custom reporting is great, however the in-platform scenario reporting could use improving, in terms of layout and ease of use.

It gives me as a marketing automation specialist a great number of possibilities and flexibility. I have great experience with many of the customer support team where they do their best to solve my issue.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

The integration with facebook & Google Ads is very limited - i am referring to the identifying ID's use.

Integrations with many platforms which makes the work of other departments easier. Being able to create custom integrations is very appreciated.

I like the most how simple is interfWhat I like most about it is how easy this work environment is, especially for a beginner. Everything is clear and easy to follow. However, that doesn't mean that a more experienced person can't use the more advanced features of this tool. What I would like to highlight is the customer support, where they were able to help me with my problem within minutes

What do you like best about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

I am the Senior Power BI developer at my company and after using and experimenting with many different online report developing tools, I have to say that Bloomreach has outdid themselves with their campaign analysis ad hoc reporting tool. We are now able to see so much with our marketing data by using this platform and it is very easy for everyone to learn.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

I feel like the least helpful part of Bloomreach is their is so many categories when searching for reports and dashboards. I feel like they can be more simplified.

Bloomreach is solving the problem of connecting everything together and it is bridging the gap between our customers, third-party vendors and our data. The reporting tool is outstanding and very easy to learn for beginners.

They went absolutely above and beyond to help me with my issue in regards of connecting an integration in BloomReach with MSSQL hosted in Azure. Their team went full effort and we tried a bunch of things. The communications was solid, clear and swift. Resulting in a success story. Thanks everyone

The UI is informative, and the toolset is easy to use. You can do a lot with the solution, for example, reporting and email communication. Compared to other solutions, the data is more prosperous, as it connects with how customers behave.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

I don't like that the email template system is either custom all the way (but not very fun to use) or restricted with default code skeleton (but easy-to-use) drag-and-drop UI.

With Bloomreach solution, we can reach the customers in real-time and give them a personalized experience according to their lifecycle. Our clients' business performance has gone up since utilizing Bloomreach.

Sometimes it takes more time to respond, but I didn't have any critical problems.

This review is for Mohammed in Bloomreach Support. He always responds promptly and thoroughly, instead of just sending me a link to documentation to figure it out myself. I learn so much from our chat sessions, and appreciate his patience and knowledge.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

Some of the more basic tasks are more complicated than they need to be. For example, in order to receive a notification when a batch of vouchers is low, you have to create a whole scenario with new aggregates, customer filters, thresholds, create a template with dynamic content. Every other ESP we've used has simply asked for the emails that want to receive notification when the vouchers fall below a threshold we set.

What problems is Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrating all of our marketing channels into one solution so we have better visibility and control. It's also our CDP so we have comprehensive data for personalization.

I really love Bloomreach Engagement. I can send emails, SMS, push-notifications or set up weblayers from one tool. I very much appreciate their efforts to educate clients through Bloomreach Academy. Their technical support is also very helpful.

The surveys function could be improved. That's all I can think of right now. Bloomreach strives to continuously improve and develop its services. They're great!

What do you like best about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

I like how user-friendly the tool is and how I can drill down data all the way down to the customer level. Creating and improving a customer's journey can be unique and simple drag & drop or click away. I also like how the tool interacts with itself and how you can use the different tools/features across multiple product integrations.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud?

I feel that the Bloomreach Academy can be more in-depth and incorporate more used cases and training scenarios on each topic offered especially for users who for example. are not coders or have a dev background. The training should allow any user, no matter their background to confidently use all aspects of the tool. Also, look at improving the support structure once the integration/onboarding phase has been completed. Give your customers for example - 5hrs a month free for assistance with projects/used cases/ products etc.

Content automation, promotional automation, high-level segmentation, onsite and real-time messaging, in-depth reporting, product awareness, and recommendations, creating unique customer journeys.
