This platform helps us with collaboration tools to keep track of the project, such as the Gantt chart that allows having a better visual representation of the tasks and their performance, performance, management of expenses and resources, and creating reports and statistics in time-real.

At the moment, we have not had any problems because it is an easy-to-use tool, it offers us a variety of materials to carry out a successful project, and it allows us to manage the content and carry out an established plan to achieve the success of each task, organizing budgets, hours billable and non-billable and a communications panel to keep the team balanced and clarify doubts and propose new ideas.

It is a software dedicated to organizing ideas and planning projects, keeping track of work and tasks efficiently and helping to collaborate with team and staff, managing each resource and tracking productivity.

Zoho project provides a free version that is fully featured and easy to use. We can use this in collaboration with another co-worker across two projects so that we can manage them both side by side. The project budgeting integration with others is incredible. It is very simple and easy to manage.

It does not adequately integrate with other Zoho projects sometimes. Sometimes their UI becomes over-complicated. They do not have effective online support for businesses and organizations. They should increase the support for the customers. Sometimes they are just unusual resource management views.

There are tons of project management features that help us to manage our projects timely and quickly. They provide us with great templates with which we can easily design our projects and reports according to our choice. They allow us to customize than any other platform.

An organisation can manage its business processes in one place for its various branches. One can run their business at another location from one location with just a tap on their smartphone.

So far as a user of Zoho One, I haven't experienced any issue that would make me dislike the application. It has an easy-to-use interface, customer support is also very friendly and active.

Zoho One use advanced and smart technologies such as cloud and saas which helps in managing, connecting and automating business processes across the organization with centralized administrative control from one single console.

The simplest UI and UX experience is the key feature to keep the users attractive.

To be honest nothing was there to dislike the project tool in zoho.

Tracking projects with kanban solves most of my problems especially I am working with multiple tasks.

Zoho projects is the tool that provides many management features to properly manage and maintain projects for your organization and it provides logging systems to save details of progress of any project with the user messages and time taken which helps you evaluate total time and manpower needed to finish it.

Zoho projects helped us pull all our projects into one place for easier management, tracking, and communications. It also integrates well into our other Zoho products to streamline processes and maintain one set of data. Much easier and more organized than having separate project management that isn't integrated into CRM etc.

Interface is deep and seems complicated at first with a steeper learning curve, but this is mostly due to the product's capabilities so not really a "negative".

Being software developers, we work on multiple projects simultaneously. Zoho Projects is the best project management tool. Keeping track of all the issues, tasks and milestones is made very simple. We can also track the time that we spend on a particular task. It gives us so many helpful features. Assigning tasks to people with their description, severity, due date and so many other options, that it gives one a clear understanding of the task without much communication which saves a lot of time.

The only thing that I found difficult with Zoho People is that it takes time for a user to get used to it. The user interface should be improved, there are so many features that are not known by many users.

Managing multiple projects at a time is made so much easier and faster. Timesheets can be managed easily which are so much helpful for tracking time we spent on a task and calculating the budget. Helped us to complete our tasks, fix issues and complete milestones on time.

I like how it enables one to customize task's more than other platforms. Also I like how it works so well for sharing information between the teams. Has user friendly interface. Can easily create many projects at the same time since it's very easy to switch between projects. It's very cheap and useful.

Sometimes it invoice function seems useless sometimes.
