Zoho Projects gives all the features like ticket management, issue tracking, gantt & reports, milestones and document sharing which are all the features needed for project management.

Zoho Projects is overall excellent; nothing to dislike about it.

Zoho Projects is useful in Project management for tasks management, issue tracking, documents, etc. It is beneficial and reduces the time to track everything on paper.

The project set up and reports.Also the support team is great. They had multiple setups and it is great for admin and managers with the help of Gantt reports. I totally liked it.

Wish it had more time tracking, I was looking for integration with Zoho People but it takes too much time to integrate. Wish it had more integration with other time tracking/monitoring softwares.

It has made my work easier to see my team's progress on each task/project and since it is an Indian company the cost is reasonable and not as expensive as Monday.

Zoho Project is one of the smart tools with which we can easily manage multiple projects. Just like other Zoho projects Zoho CRM is also quite simple & easy to manage. The project updates, tasks, and comments are just one click.

In my opinion, Zoho Project should have some more depth like JIRA. Also, I think Zoho CRM should have a better UI and the dashboard should have some more details.

Zoho Projects helps us in project management overall saving a lot of time wasted in managing multiple Excels and other documents. Also, the communication channel is shrunk and all updates and easily accessed.

the GUI and the functionalities provided in the project management tools are good & user friendly to use it, we could able to learn ourselves the product in effective manner without any assistance, if you could provide adding the more email and sub tasks in free version it would have been better for a small organizations like us.

tracking of our tasks and small projects has become easier than earlier, I use to maintain in Excel & could not able to handle it centrally, but the Zoho project has solved this heardle

It is allowing our development and project management teams to customize their projects by creating their own templates, fields, and reports to suit their project needs.

I like its UI and interface the most. I can manage projects easily with Zoho projects. I can add multiple projects and quickly create tasks and manage them. I can view the tasks in the calendar, which makes it more accessible.

Although It is an excellent software for project management, but it took me some time to understand it.

Zoho Projects helps a lot to manage projects in businesses. I can add team members, assign tasks, and discuss with the team member. I can view reports of the project charts and make corrections as needed.

It is a great tool to use for projects, in our team, we use it to map out our goals and what needs to happen. So we can adequately gatekeep and make sure we hit our targets.

Getting lost in this software is pretty easy; the navigation feels a bit off to me. But that might be a personal preference.

Also, in the mobile app also you will get all the functionality. You can create Stories,Task, Sprints, backlogs and custom statuses also as per your requirements.

you can't get a single view in Gantt chat for multiple sprints/Projects. The Zoho support is not that good; we have to send multiple emails for a meeting, the SLA improvement is required.

In the organisation level, it helps our field agents to track their projects on their mobile phones itself. It's help us to improve the productivity of our staff and clear visibility on our projects and Sprints.

Zoho project provides a free version that is fully featured and easy to use. We can use this in collaboration with another co-worker across two projects so that we can manage them both side by side. The project budgeting integration with others is incredible. It is very simple and easy to manage.

It does not adequately integrate with other Zoho projects sometimes. Sometimes their UI becomes over-complicated. They do not have effective online support for businesses and organizations. They should increase the support for the customers. Sometimes they are just unusual resource management views.

There are tons of project management features that help us to manage our projects timely and quickly. They provide us with great templates with which we can easily design our projects and reports according to our choice. They allow us to customize than any other platform.

An organisation can manage its business processes in one place for its various branches. One can run their business at another location from one location with just a tap on their smartphone.

So far as a user of Zoho One, I haven't experienced any issue that would make me dislike the application. It has an easy-to-use interface, customer support is also very friendly and active.

It also integrates well into our other Zoho products to streamline processes and maintain one set of data. Much easier and more organized than having separate project management that isn't integrated into CRM etc.

Interface is deep and seems complicated at first with a steeper learning curve, but this is mostly due to the product's capabilities so not really a "negative".

Being software developers, we work on multiple projects simultaneously. Zoho Projects is the best project management tool. Keeping track of all the issues, tasks and milestones is made very simple. We can also track the time that we spend on a particular task. It gives us so many helpful features. Assigning tasks to people with their description, severity, due date and so many other options, that it gives one a clear understanding of the task without much communication which saves a lot of time.

The only thing that I found difficult with Zoho People is that it takes time for a user to get used to it. The user interface should be improved, there are so many features that are not known by many users.

Managing multiple projects at a time is made so much easier and faster. Timesheets can be managed easily which are so much helpful for tracking time we spent on a task and calculating the budget. Helped us to complete our tasks, fix issues and complete milestones on time.

I like how it enables one to customize task's more than other platforms. Also I like how it works so well for sharing information between the teams. Has user friendly interface. Can easily create many projects at the same time since it's very easy to switch between projects. It's very cheap and useful.

Sometime loading takes time when switching options in the Zoho projects web portal. Zoho tech support is an issue and resolution takes time. Bugs take time to fix.

Centralized visibility of all projects across organization. Licensing is also not very costly as compared to microsoft projects.

Problems like managing projects and employee performance metrics and project completion matrics, locking time hours in each project, and finding bugs and issues removal effciency.

It helps to create and manage projects, creating tasks for individuals and teams. As well as tracking bugs. We can even have a mobile app to track the project on the go.

Few bugs are there like sub tasks can't be created for a main task which is completed or in progress. And adding the work hours manually is cumbersome when 50or 100 tasks are there.

It's a cost effective tool to manage projects and it's handy as well. Mainly a sweet tip for start ups and medium scale orgs to manage their projects efficiently.

It is not that I have disliked it, but the project management could have the help guide.

We mainly use it for the timesheet submission, the benefit seen from the management team's perspective.
