i don't dislike anything so far, but if anything, it is how timers overlap

I have realized that organizing my day is an essential part of doing work, and that's who helped me a lot to do so

The time taken in completing a task or a group of tasks and for a day is detailed, makes me how much I needed to improve.

Nothing much to dislike. It helps to make ourselves efficient.

Im an architect and I needed some things to be done for a day or so. Zoho helps me keep track of my pending works and even makes me connect with my team and coordinate well and well.

Time tracking has always been a challenge for me. So, Zoho projects sorted my issue and i can see all my pending tasks, project updates at one place. I can keep a track of all my projects and can prioritize my work as my teams work.

Mobile app is lil slow when compared to web version. Features are all good and upto the mark. Flow need to be understood to add new users, client users. It took some time for our clients to understand and

Tracking multiple projects at the same time. Clients tracking the tasks and that can avoid multiple calls to the teams. Connecting with team and understanding if there are any slow downs or hiccups in tasks.

First of all I love the Interface of Zoho Projects

It takes bit longer time to open the site sometimes.

I've been using Zoho Projects for a couple of months now, and I love it. It's easy to use and has excellent functionality. It is user-friendly, intuitive, and works well when working as a team. The ability to integrate Zoho Projects with every other Zoho's app is a time saver. I am using Zoho Project in pair with Zoho Invoice and the possibility to export timesheets to create invoices automatically is perfect for getting all the administrative tasks done fast. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one project management software.

I've found that creating a client in Zoho Invoice doesnt automatically export it to Zoho Project, it duplicates that client in my invoice app. Though I've noticed that creating a new client in Zoho Project first is a work-around, i'm looking forward to new updates to fix that issue and synchronize clients in between those two apps in a more intuitive way.

I have perfect control over my projects. I can better manage tasks and issues to meet deadlines. I save time and I am much better organized than I used to be.

Its simpleness, configuration capacity, and the way the components are set, make it a highly user-friendly platform.

Sometimes you have to refresh the website to have the correct task view whenever a task is moved between the main task list or different projects.

We have found a new way to manage our development team, accommodating their daily tasks to prioritize even though we have plenty of tasks open and new ones being added to the queue. Another important tool we have taken advantage of is the timer, for us to know how long every task is taking to be finished and what is making them take longer than what the plan said.

The application is light and the system intuitive. The possibilities are endless. It is an essential tool for project management.

No offline application. If your connection is lost it is not possible to work.

Easy to use. Intuitive, great price for the product. We like to use of other tools in the suite, like Zoho Socials. My staff like the accountability and email notifications.

I'd love to see more accessability for certain venders to access some of the data, like time logs. It would good to allow the transfer of ownership as we had an admin set it up and now can't remove her.Really don't have much negative to share!

Keeping on time and on track. Both Clients and staff are in the loop. We like the notifications and the ability to drill down with task, sub task, etc.

The onboarding and setup guide is not user-friendly and is confusing.

In our business, we offer accounting and taxation services to our clients, which means we have multiple tasks which are recurring in nature. In addition to that, they have complex interdependencies. And many of the times, similar jobs need to be set up for different clients. Zoho project makes it easy to manage all these complexities with ease.
