Seguimiento de tareas y Cronograma a modo de gantt, muy similar a un programa de proyectos que uno preparar de manera manual a traves del excel para ser presentado en reuniones de gerencia.
Lo menos útil son las funciones de importación de proyectos de otros portales, sería bueno flexibilizar esas funciones a fin de el traslado de información se de de una manera mas corta.
Resuelve problemas de atraso de fechas o incumplimiento de plazo al momento de asiganr tareas frecuencia y que se traducen en cuellos de botella al momento de gestionar el tiempo del equipo.

They have quite a lot of apps required for an organization. I liked Zoho payroll. It is simple, clear and user friendly. Also, Zoho people where managing organization structure
I didn't like Zoho Projects as it has many bugs and not having basic functionalities. Not clear about the product roadmap unlike ClickUp
One app for single organization fulfilling all business purposes
Zoho Projects is a project management software with a user-friendly interface, customisable project templates and workflows, collaboration tools, built-in time tracking, and reporting and analytics features. While it has limited integrations and a learning curve, it can still be a valuable tool for teams looking to collaborate and streamline their project management processes. In our span of usage of 1 year, it has performed well for us.
Zoho Projects offers all tools required for project management, but this tool has certain limitations too. It provides limited integration options to other software, and also the mobile app features are limited.
Zoho Projects is best at managing all the projects running in our organisation smoothly and seamlessly. We can easily track the workflows in the project and manage the users and their access, assign them new work and follow the work progress. Tracking the time consumption in workflows also helps improve the team's efficiency.
I liked how visually appealing and colorful the platform is. It's nice to have everything in one spot and can visualize the progress on projects. Comparable to Basecamp
The only downside of using this system is that the visualization tools can get confusing in my head. Sometimes the charts and open tasks arent as intuitive as other platforms
Having all your notes and tasks in one central location is very valuable to me. I like being able to visualize my day and tasks that are on the horizon.

The user interface is quite simple as compare to jira and zoho projects does have the all the reports be it burndown chart or sprint velocity report.
I dont feel any downside apart from the pricing plan they offer.
The main problem in our company is to manage team projects and there we got rescued by zoho projects. Now we are good to go with bugs tracking, release deployment om time.
The calendar is intuitive, and customization is excellent in Zoho. The collaboration features are good. It also supports multi-project management, hence is cheaper for smaller teams.
The UX is not an area of strength for Zoho, but it's one of their worst Zoho projects. The sign of a good Project management tool is intuitiveness, but Zoho Projects is not intuitive at all. Especially after using Trello or Jira, you won't go back.
At ForeignAdmits I used it for Task management, Tracking and reporting across non-tech teams. It did benefit with no limit on the number or projects to collaborate across many teams.

Ease of Navigation. Its easy to find the tasks projects as its stacked properly. Reports, Dashboards are customizable. Ability to customize if the main positivity of the app.
Sometime the search doest reflect the information that we need. If theres a dummy keyword (*) that can be used to search a particular tasks where we dont know the full name of the task it would be better
Managing Tasks for CLient under different scopes. Its easy to track and assign tasks to team, which inturn helps productivity and minimise the time take for a task to be completed.
ZohoProject offers more and better features for our project management needs that solves end to end problems. Its like one place to track everything and anything around project management.
Sometimes the milestone tracking configuration gets improper, but that i wont put in 'dislike' list.
The time taken for tracking all aspects of the project is much less with this ZohoProject which makes team collaboration more productive.
there are many options which I like but there one feature which I like the most is, there are two options for logging time you can either start a timer while working or you just log hours as per your gut feeling
Overall its a better software, but the one thing that is a huge TURN OFF is that it takes too much time to load the homepage and sometimes crashes and you have to re-load it again.

The thing which I like about Zoho projects is that it helps me in maintaining my efficiency of completing the task in a given time frame with its time tracking feature. This software is easy to integrate with other Zoho softwares and helps us in tracking the progress and maintaining the productivity of our team.
Well, in my opinion, this software has two things to dislike: First, I found the user interface is a little complex to use. Due to so many features available in a single dashboard, we often miss crucial points attached to the task. It is a bit heavy software which requires a large bandwidth and internet. So if your internet isn't stable, it may sometimes lag and take extra time to load. I generally use Zoho connect whenever this happens to me.
We use Zoho projects daily to keep track of our time spent on our day to day tasks which helps us in analyzing the productivity and efficiency of our team members.
