The system is at it's best when fully integrated with your website and when using Zoho CRM. Then the power of this platform is truly remarkable.
The template designs could be a little better! But we generally make our own anyway, but would be handy for 'quick' campaigns to have some nicer templates.
Just having our sales team being able to see 'opens' and 'bounces' within CRM when the marketing team send a campaign is so useful. It allows the team to follow up when the 'iron is hot' and also quickly notice if a contact has perhaps moved away from the business.

I'm very pleased with the helpful dynamic guidance and simple user interface to allow our organization to send out mass emails with a breeze!
Some features are shown in the free version but when you try to use them, you're asked to subscribe. I'd prefer not to see these features.
Sending mass emails from Gmail was hit and miss. With Zoho Campaigns we can do it consistently in a professional manner.
The power of the Campaigns is that it's integrate with all the other modules of Zoho One, like CRM. In the past I used other suites like MS, but Zoho One is the best in my opinion.
I'd like to have immediate sync for Accounts.
