The zoho campaign I liked the most was zoho assist
What I disliked was that it had to download the program to work

I have mostly used it for news campaigning for election awareness. It was an internal election process. It helped to to reach out to my people easily.
I like the ability to review previous visits with customers.
I wish there were a screen for the mobile app showing tasks and events for an entire week or even just multiple days at a time.
I am able to easily track visits to customers with Zoho, which is a benefit. The business problem was effortlessly reviewing previous customer information.

Zoho Campaigns is a comprehensive email marketing manager. It's easy to use, has great reporting, and integrates with other Zoho products. It offers a user friendly and intuitive interface and support is always a chat box away. Highly recommended.
I'm very particular with how my email campaigns look and feel and unless you have html technical skills (I don't) Zoho can be somewhat limited when it comes to design.

As a Zoho One user I get so much for my money! Zoho Campaigns is easy to use and since it effortlessly links to my CRM I can easily see how my campaigns are performing making my marketing more efficient.

Email editor is limited in its usability. Such as not being able to change "Button" colors or resize images.
Being able to integrate with Zoho CRM is giving us the information we need to contact prospects in the right manor.
I was exhausted with all other free email marketing software where I have to spend hours to create a neatly designed form and it's like hell to get a just signup form if you don't know coding, but here everything is one page. I love the way they placed code for all button trigger,signupform,website code and wordpress code and a lot which makes work very fast. I also love the campaigns and automation which I love to give 5 out of 5 because they are all just there for us for free:) To conclude, I just love the Zoho Campaigns and a kinda proud that this is an Indian Company
I felt some frustrated with some button not working. It also sucks while loading for something after I clicked the button, because I am not able to know whether I pressed it or not. One more thing, sometimes it is showing embedded code generation failed to generate. Button for popups is also not working when I added the code into my wp site posts. Everything is fine, but it would look great if you can use some rich design interface.
I am running an e-commerce store and also an affiliate site, so I always in need of connecting with my subscribers. This is the best for getting very near to my subscribers, creating automation and workflow when I am promoting sales.

The system provides a wide variety of options for creating engagement with customers. Impressive for a free account compared to other CRM email apps. Templates are simple to use and present a professional looking finished product.
Not as intuitive as some other available apps but once the user becomes comfortable with the process flow this issue disappears.
Better communication with customers. Migrating from another competing app, it remains to be seen if Zoho is all that it appears to be.

The ability to "dashboard" all past efforts, for as long as organization allows, is key to utilizing Zoho Campaigns and learning from past tests and campaigns.
The product is very unique and thus not user friendly at first, learning curve is really steep but support is there to help. Feel free to ping support often - they are very friendly and quick with assistance
Original goals are to do marketing campaigns and email marketing efforts all via the zoho campaigns dashboard and tools. While leveraging from our extensive contacts database used in Zoho CRM, the campaigns module makes it seamless to market to these same people throughout the sales cycle. Ours is an extensive non-impulse B2B sale and thus has multiple touch points and contacts over time in order to stimulate and close a sale. Generating these touch points with the campaigns module is more efficient than outbound telephone dialing which is how we did this effort in the past.
