A couple of times a year I need to send out surveys to my customer base. I have found Survey Monkey to be one of the easiest to use of the options out there.The ability to collect payments and create something that LOOKS like it belongs with my business is really helpful. I have used others where you can just tell that it isn't as polished and that is not the case here. I can use it for a variety of things from signup for upcoming classes to collecting feedback on the website. Lots of features for most anything you can think of.

So for me, the one downside would be the pricing. I am a small business, and only send a couple of surveys a year, so for me spending almost $500 a year seems a bit steep. I would love to see a way to be on the free plan but to add features a la carte. A lot of the features I don't need, and would be willing to pay on a case by case basis for things like accepting payments or uploading files because I just don't use them that often. There is just a huge jump in price from the free plan for a lot of features I don't use.

For me I need a professional looking survey for my customers when I am seeking feedback on a design or providing customer service. I like that it integrates well with my branding, and is easy to use.

Its extremely easy to use, to submit your review, and to rate all of the necessary components. I also like how it breaks down nicely into sections to make each part easier.

Nothing, its pretty user friendly, not complicated, and straight firward. Anyone can easily figure it out without any training or prior knowledge. Very helpful especially for people new to survey software.

It helps our organization quickly identify how the staff is feeling - its especially helpful during the pandemic to gauge how people are feeling about returning to a physical office, how safe they feel, and what could be improved with working from home. Also it can be anonymous, allowing people to open up more than they would, if it were not anonymous.

This amazing tool helps in collecting data through confidentiality and customization. The analysis of data is done in multiple ways such as through tables, graphs, and diagrams to enrich the results of the study. All this is not tedious at all, rather it comes as fun.

It doesn't allow the integration of other surveys. Besides, it does not allow altering the packages if it is wrongly selected and purchased. So, it needs more flexibility in customization and purchase.

It eases out the whole process of getting feedback. It also makes it easy to reach out to a large audience through emails. Tracking is also another advantage that comes to facilitate the gathering of information.
