The best thing about SurveyMonkey is that it supports audios and videos. And you can track live results as well. The data analytic tools is user friendly. You can make effective business decisions accurately.

There is nothing that I don't like about SurveyMonkey.

Creating surveys is really criticial to our business. Creating surveys on SurveyMonkey is extremely easy as you you don't need to understand the logic as it does everything for you in the background.

The ease it provides to create the survey with different available options and easy to publish the surveys is awesome just on a click of button.

The UI can be made more customer attracting with more attractive visual representation of the different surveys.

It's very customizable and versatile. They also have great API integrations and amazing customer service!

Not much! If I had to say something, I would say maybe sometimes the documents that are uploaded to the questions are corrupt and could not be downloaded. That's usually annoying because we would have to reach out to the survey taker/applicant.

Collecting application and survey responses in a systematic way! I also love how we can download the responses into a spreadsheet so responses can easily be filtered and analyzed.

The website is sometimes glitchy and has a lot of ads.

This software is easy to use and to set up for your team, you can get excellent feedback using this software and the elements it provides within it. I would highly recommend using this should you have any surveys to be done.

There could be so much more done with this software if feels like they should be offering more than what it is. I would recommend that they get innovative and come up with something unique to their business.

Getting anonymous feedback from your team or your customer base for that matter. Most people don't like to offer up the truth when it comes to their feedback where survey monkey helps get you around that.

Sometimes answers are not always straight forward yes or no, or likely or unlikely. I think it should have an area for you to elaborate with a NA but explain why you chose that particular answer.

Employee engagement is sometimes low when a team member sends out a survey. But if we are allowed to use a survey monkey, people will tend to answer honestly without identifying.

Well, it does have a subscription package to unlock its full potential. Me being in college, I don't have a lot of money to buy the use of a survey form that I'll be using for my college projects and conduct data analysis.

It provides an ability to create different dashboard for the moderators on things like, online meetings, training, reasearch works to seek feedback. Customization is easy and can create dashboard very quickly. It has extensive reporting capabilities and possibilities to custom dashboards features.
