Surveymonkey is very easy to use, with an intuitive layout, easy to understand instructions, and excellent features, even in the free version! I general get by with the free version unless a larger project requires more features, and then it is easy and affordable to upgrade my account for the time needed on that project.
Honestly, only the name of the software. Sometimes it is hard to build a professional survey on a platform called survey monkey. Though for a price you can get a different link name as an option.

Customer feedback, improvement
This is an easy, breezy way to make surveys. If you haven’t made one before, it’ll walk you through. I’ve made silly surveys for my students and even had them create one. It is an easy way to get students more comfortable with technology.
I don’t like that it asks about other surveys once you complete one. I couldn’t tell you how many times my students take a random survey and are off task just because the site asks them to.
This is an easy way for formal assessment for my students, but it seems fun to them. Additionally, they can tell me their opinions on what we’ve done in class.
Easy to use, simple, user-friendly, gets the job done.
A bit restrictive as to color/image templates.
Rather than snail mail major donors a printed survey, we created a survey in SurveyMonkey and emailed it to our donors who have email addresses. This streamlined the process, made it quicker and more efficient and saved time and money.

I like the fact that if you’re screening a large audience you can choose to either stay anonymous, or not. Also, like I’ve said before I love the fact that the companies receive the results almost immediately.
I like how recognizable the brand is, I feel comfortable submitting my opinions to a brand that I trust.
The only thing I dislike is when the surveyor asks repetitive questions, but this is not SurveyMonkey's fault - although I assume there could be an attempt to filter that.
SurveyMonkey allows my University to accurately and quickly get the temperature of various topics around the campus.
Clean interface, easy to use, customizable, and unique. We use it often in our school district, staff-to-staff, staff-to-student, and occasionally student-to-student. It allows users to get creative and make unique surveys on any topic.

It has helped in professional development settings as a teacher to give feedback about what is going on in the school and how satisfied the teachers are with the things that they have.
The ease of use. You simply click the link in your email, navigate to the survey page (no need to login), finish the survey, and you're done in a matter of minutes (or seconds for the short ones).
There are ways to get around the 1 survey per 1 person, but I'd like to think most users aren't going to waste time doing that.
We often use this after company events to get feedback/concerns on how it went, how we can improve. We've also used it for Parties to judge outfits and to answer questions about the Company as a whole.
