Segmentation and automation on the marketing campaigns outcast other tools. I have used zoho campaign for an year to train my marketing team, it had all flexibility and customization option to match our strategy and ops.
May be the UI need more optimization. It would make the tool better for everyone who is less trained on the platform. Integration between bigin and crm was confusing
It solved my automation needs. I can configure workflows easily which needs manual intervention earlier. I never worried on the recurring mail flows it took care of them.

Zoho Campaigns makes email marketing easy. I have used a lot of different email marketing services and Zoho is one of the better ones if not the best. They all off shortcomings, but for the price, you can't go wrong with this one.
I wish that the forms could be two columns and have the design more customized to our brand. I don't even use their forms because they are too ugly for our website.

-Readymade templates are available which you can include in the workflow to save time. -Easy way to manage the database of all leads at one place. -Estores can be connected & linked easily. -Also provides support to add Google Analytics with your campaigns (which is amazing since Zoho already have their own Analytics platform).
-Campaign approvals take time (~30 minutes). -Some servers drain it out as spam. -Workflow page has tonnes of functionality jammed in, not a clean cut UI as other Zoho products.

There's genuinely nothing to dislike. Too easy to use. Easy to log in and very easy on the pocket. Helps to deliver the best customer experience. Few functions are limited but you can customize and design it according to your need.
