Very intuitive platform and robust capabilities to execute our onboarding email sequences, platform emails and re-engagement emails to bring back the dormant users (This is still WIP)

There is not anything in specific that one can dislike about Mailmodo. They are introducing new capabilities very often so most of my concerns are addressed.

Using Mailmodo's dynamic AMP mails, we are able to see visible improvement in email CTRs, which is impressive. We are getting nice feedback from client side, thus our emails are remembered!

We use it to confirm orders and to recover abandoned carts as well. We also use Mailmodo to notify customers about new product launches, send newsletters, product recommendations, and more case

The lead form feature is the best feature they have

Nothing as of now looks fine, and I haven't faced anything

It's given the lead form option and helps us to generate leads from the email itself

Creating and sending AMP emails

The best and most sought after feature is AMP!!! never heard something like AMP from an email platform. Most of the time, our users doesn't want to click and move out of their inbox. Scheduling a meeting without going to another browser amazes me! The other thing I love about MailModo is Smart Trigger and now I can send transactional emails!

Connecting my own SMTP and limited templates... I'm sure team is very responsive and hope they will consider this!

The first thing, my users donsen't have to leave the inbox to fill the survey or schedule the meeting. Second thing, it's extreemly cost effective for transctional emails.

Mailmodo is an easy-to-interact email marketing platform that is easy to deploy and use for daily campaigns. The AMP feature stands out as a USP to increase email engagement rate and read rate. The customer success team of Mailmodo is proactive and helps us use the platform to its full potential. The email-building template is a neat drag-and-drop dashboard that is self-explanatory and easy to use for first-time Users.

AMP email is limited to default widget in the application, would like to see some customisation here.

Mailmodo makes email marketing easy for everyone

AMP Feature - I think this is a mailmodo exclusive. It's easy to integrate into an email, it's easier for the customer to complete a certain action (filling out forms/booking meetings/shopping) within the email itself. Tried multiple tools - mailchimp, klaviyo, omnisend, etc - but none of them have this feature. Plus, it's priced better compared to other tools (which can start to become really expensive when you scale)

I have to use a separate tool for SMS, but I've been told that SMS integrations are WIP. And I don't know how possible this is - but I'd love it if there was a way for me to migrate to mailmodo more seamlessly, I'm talking about templates specifically.

Mailmodo as a platform is self explanatory for any teams to use. Once the domain was setup on the platform, we were able to roll out AMP emails and see gradually increase in engagement in our emails. Despite being a lean startup, their customer service desk is ready to help us with the campaign reports and platform queires without hesitation

I dont have much to dislike, initially we were missing few integrations, which were sorted later.

By using mailmodo's email marketing tool, we have seen measurable impact in terms of significant improvement in CTR rate, click rate, open rate and read rate. The platform allows us to run AMP email which use interactive widgets that can improve the above said parameters. The supports guys are always available for a short call or whichever medium is convenient for us.

The time take to warm up the domain in mailmodo took us long time. But since this is a generic process for any platform that is shifting to a new email marketing tool, it is acceptable

Mailmodo has a easy to use interface to send interactive and attractive email content to do prospect reach out. The support team is helpful in guiding us on any queries that we come across. The AMP email format has been engaging especially for android users who tend to interact more with such emails.

The platform has a drag and drop email template style that is very easy to use. The support system is top notch!

It helps us with email campaigns

Mailmodo is one of the most accessible platforms for sending AMP Emails. Now users can interact with the Forms Embedded within the email client. It reduces browser redirection and is as faster than any regular email provider.

Limited customisation options on the email templates. Often, AMP Fallback Templates aren't delivered to the user's email client, as shown on the email preview page.

We used to send feedback forms on service ticket resolution over email. The conversion rate of the non-AMP surveys was poor. AMP Emails load the email faster, and also the conversion rates are three times more.

Easy to use, super intuitive, and hassle-free. Easy set-up. Great scope to integrate with a lot of different tools like Hubspot and Calendly.

Very new to using this product, too soon to review this.

The major pain point was to get the email recipients participate or engage with the email, which has been made easy by Mailmodo.
