Functionality, ease of use, support is very reactive.
Rapidly increasing cost, but I get it. Starting a subscriber list doesn't always equal sales in the beginning. The user interface isn't the prettiest.
I am able to communicate with my subscribers, grow my numbers and create automations to make my business run effortlessly in the background.

easy to use interface makes it easy to design newsletters, verify domains and send awesome content to our clients.
They answer the chat and take the time to resolve the issue. It offers me room to grow my business and plenty of information to improve what I am doing.
It takes time to get to know it in order to unlock all capabilities. This is not a criticism of the platform. It is my own limitation as an operator. Perhaps a few minimalist, ultra-simplified step-by-step checklists for some things would be helpful.

Everything is so user-friendly. And when I have a question, they get back to me quickly and with detailed instructions.

Using MailerLite to create and send email marketing campaigns is quite simple, both to create landing pages and to schedule automated email flows. And all for a very affordable price.
I would love to see MailerLite include a CRM system among its features, for better management and use of the contact base.

The free version is very inclusive and offers many opportunities for email marketing that similar platforms don't include. It's easy to sign up and get started, and the interface is intuitive.
Price goes up after a certain number of subscribers. Also, the automation feature is good but lacks some functionality for more advanced automations and triggers.
It's making it easy for me to connect with my audience and nurture them, while being able to automate my welcome sequence and set up a/b testing etc. It helps me grow my business.
MailerLite's UI is one of the most comprehensive I've seen. When I have a question using one of the email blocks, sites or pop-ups, they are quick to help with a smart answer. But I don't often need their tech support because of the extensive amount of tutorials available. At every turn, I'm continually impressed by their platform and support.
Newley added features sometimes have a bug or two, but not a big setback. Seems like they beta test and resolve issues over time.
The platform is a huge time-saver due to its ease of use, and wide range of offerings. I can do so much more than email marketing with MailerLite. Their intro fee structure is way more affordable than competitors for my startup business.
Automations are included in the free plan. Everyone else charges you so this is a great option for those just getting started with email marketing and marketing funnels.
Nothing. I've tried pretty much all of the other email marketing services but none can compete with Mailerlite. It's the gold standard.
