It was quick and effective. The team is very friendly and caring.

Email previews are amazing. Both the one available as you create the mailer, as well as the test email ease to send out.
If there was one thing I'd like to be able to do, it would be to easily resend a previous mailer - specifically to one or two people who incorrectly signed up.
As a company that sends out Mailers only once or twice a year, its easy to see where and when the last time a Mailer went out. Its also easy to duplicate a previous mailer, and make simple changes.
I love Mailer lite as it's really easy to use but at the same time a powerful way of connecting with our clients. Anytime I've had issues they are quick to help me resolve the problem as fast as possible.
honestly, I can't think of much. The only downside I find is because they aren't as popular as Mailchimp, there are less integrations with other services but I haven't personally run into any issues with that.

I have looked at more than a few autoresponder platforms. MailerLite gives me everything that I need at a price that I'm happy to pay.

I wish there were a few more price points available for small businesses starting out. It would be nice if the integrations for taking payments were more available.
We are able to create landing pages, forms, newsletters, and more very quickly. We can set up templates to help us work faster as we create new products to showcase and using our templates means that our clients know what to expect from us every time they interact with our landing pages and emails.

Mailerlite's interface is easy to navigate. Creating campaigns, forms, and automation is always a breeze. But what really sets it apart from the rest is its awesome support team. It's like having access to all the goods but with a free plan.
I wish there was a way to save customized blocks. Not a deal breaker but it would be cool to have this feature.
Streamlining email campaigns.
ML has tools not featured in other ESP systems. Customer service is very responsive. Payment plans are VERY competitive with other ESPs LOVE the auto-resend feature.
Load times of campaigns can be frustratingly slow. When reviewing "Sent" campaigns...initial window limits to 25. Pull down to show 100 is nice...but those 100 revert to 25 once any of them are "copied" to Draft status. Lots of back-and-forth clicking which seems really redundant and pointliess.
We send out unlimited emails to a pretty good size list.
The helpful staff. I had an issue and they were patient and worked through it with me.

My template was set up by someone else and wouldn't allow me to insert an image. I got that resolved.

MailerLite has been very easy to get started with. Their API docs are excellent and we were able to integrate MailerLite with our website quite quickly. Providing a double opt-in feature for subscribers added via API was a solid bonus. When we had questions, their customer support was fast and friendly and they consistently unblocked us. Our overall experience has given us the confidence to use MailerLite further.
So far everything has been smooth, though we have only just begun using MailerLite. The one feature we most wish was on the 'Growing Business' tier is the custom HTML editor (it's only available on the 'Advanced' tier and up).
As a software startup, MailerLite provides us with email marketing and subscriber management functionality. By integrating MailerLite with our existing website (through their API), we save development time and can move faster.
The range of content blocks available to visually format emails is fantastic and they are easy to customise to help you achieve the look you are after. And their technical assistance is always available, and friendly to converse with. Thanks Jen!
Unfortunately, not every country formats things the same way... like dates. It would be helpful to be able to set a format for date/time to match the region.
Maintaining multiple lists/groups and keeping them in order so we can target the right audience in our emails.
Support and simple panel. I like that it's a simple tool and you can get started quickly. I recommend to my friends and they are satisfied with everything. Good job MailerLite :)
More email and website templates. I would love to see more automation examples and case studies. The new version of MailerLite is more expensive and you have to start all over again (statistics on previous shipments will disappear). This discourages you from moving to the new version.
I create websites with registration for webinars. Everything works smoothly and I can launch a new campaign within an hour. And with each subsequent one, there is a request, because I click "duplicate" and make small updates.
I've been a ML user for four years now. It is one of the best digital platforms/products/services I have ever purchased. The interface is intuitive, the final product is always slick and clean, and the customer service is hands-down the best online customer service experience I've ever had. They're like the Chick-fil-a of online customer service. I've moved my website to their platform, which saved me hundreds of dollars a year, and I'm in the process of moving my online store to their platform as well (integrated with my website, which it wasn't before). I highly recommend ML to any solopreneur who is looking for a one-stop-shop for customer management/nurturting, website hosting, email services, and a basic online shop platform. (Full disclosure: I am currently still using their Classic platform – they recently released a new version and I have not yet migrated there because I have everything I need in the Classic platform.)
There is literally only one thing I wish they would change: There is no way to update customers' email addresses. From what I understand, this isn't possible because of the structure of their system and how clients' "files" are "built" in their system. The email address serves as the main piece of information about a client, and everything is connected to that, so changing it isn't possible. So far this has not caused any problems for me of any kind, so it's not a big deal to me in the grand scheme of things!
Before I started using ML, I was using another client management platform that had WAY more bells and whistles than I needed. Doing anything on it took me forever because nothing was intuitive and all the extra features confused me and always made me wonder if I was doing everything right. Using ML has also allowed me to get rid of two other platforms (and monthly expenses!) by giving me a place to house my website and sell my digital products. While it takes time to learn any system, I feel like the learning curve with ML is way shorter than with other platforms, and I can whip up a landing page or email campaign in mere minutes now when it used to take hours. Money saved + time saved = happy solopreneur!
