The intuitive chat bots can actually take care of your customers before you come around. Chat bots come in handy when you are not always around and available to attend to your visitors.
I have yet to identify a feature on Tidio that's not helpful.

Tidio is really easy to use and looks great on the front end. I like that they don't limit the chat interface to a single website, which is great for my specific use case. I have the chat on my teaching website so that students and potential students (I am in higher ed) can reach out to me immediately. I also have it on my consulting website. I can monitor and get leads from both sources simultaneously. The price point is also really good for this option. I wish the email marketing was more competitively priced with Mailchimp, but Tido is more intuitive when it comes to segmentation and the fact any chat lead is added to the email marketing list saves a lot of manual processing. Works well on WordPress--easy setup and maintenance.
So far, I do not dislike anything. I haven't had to use customer support. I haven't experienced any technical issues. If I do discover something worth noting, I will update my review.
Being able to offer real-time chat with learners in my course at my university as well as my career coaching courses (for my consulting business) in real time increases engagement among these groups, which has improved my evaluation scores. Being able to simultaneously interact with both groups at one time from a single dashboard is great!

The plan structure is a little annoying, the bots are triggered by a lot of non-customers looking for my contact info to solicit me and they use up your plan

I never miss leads, previously people would login and browse without buying but now I'm able to intercept them while they are shopping and assist with any questions
The robot limits, would be nice if we got at least double the figure for automated robots
I don't miss business leads, with Tidio people are able to Shop outside office hours and we're able to assist them first thing in the morning when they leave their details.
Tidio is fantastic for interacting with your customers. Being able to offer advice / sales talk to them while they are browsing is great. The setup is super easy.
There is a bug when trying to integrate woocommerce where it says "enable the API", but its already enabled.... Other than this nothing I dislike as it still works.

Nothing so far it's never failed. Sometimes the chat disconnects if i'm using the app on the phone. But i'm not sure if is just the customer who leaves the site.
I can tell when a customer is on my website and see if they are reviewing my proposal.
It is very easy to integrate, and then the mobile app is amazing allows for very quick replies - also the ability to actually see what page website users are currently on
There isn't really anything that has come up so far that I can say that I dislike. Maybe the fact that removing tidio branding is not included, but the frontend looks better than a lot of other products
Reaching customers, previously all customer queries we took were through email, but in 2023 email is a dying form of communication for todays consumer who wants immediate answer satisfaction
It is so simple to install. You just have to copy the code and put it on your homepage. And you can see a nice chat icon appear on your website. It is customizable and you can greet your visitors however you want.
There is nothing that I dislike about Tidio.
I am a designer and I used Framer to launch my design portfolio. For designers its really important to add a contact button on their homepage. After some time nobody was contacting me because no one wants to write a lengthy email. So I decided to add a chat Icon so people can simply talk to me whenever they want to.
This is by far the best chat integration that I have used. So many options and automations. Really makes everything a lot easier. Would give more than five stars if I could!
