What do you like best about Tidio?

Tidio is the best chat bot we've used and we've used several different ones. The best part is you can create your own bot and incorporate photos, custom discussion pathways, web visitors don't even have to type their question, they can select one of the text bubbles that best describes their problem or the subject they want more info on. You can check out our chatbot at curbsidelaundries.com It did take time to build the custom chat bot, but now it is like an employee/ sales person that fields questions day and night. You can also use a simpler premade bot if you want too.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

It'd be nice if you could have more operators (users that can log in) without having to pay for each one. Also, the system wants you to have multiple operators that are live...and it is a little bit of a challenge to have the system send external e-mails. We were able to rig it so it lets us know about leads and e-mails our sales e-mail account, but I would like the system to be able to e-mail web visitors stuff and e-mail us with specific info to specific e-mail addresses, then we could use this form to e-mail us at support. It seems like limiting outbound e-mails is a way to sell more operator licenses. But I'd be willing to pay for outbound e-mails, it'd make the chat bot a lot more powerful. THis is still the best chat bot out there that I've found and the bot creation tool is incredible and easy to use.

What do you like best about Tidio?

I was one of the early beta testers many years ago. What i like the most is that they do hear their customers and improve the service month by month. The app has grown so much and keeps offering value.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Probably the connection to whatsapp might be the final stapple, alas not necessary at the moment since the messages go directly to the area you need to. So it's cool for now.

What do you like best about Tidio?

It’s simple and straightforward to setup the chat, and most of questions our clients have can be answered quickly. I also enjoy the fact that the app sends live notifications for site visitors and chats.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I would like to have more capability on mobile, and also the possibility to edit the chat responses and sequences via mobile. I would also like to be able to incorporate videos.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

The features Tidio offers provides are solving problems related to time management. Instead of having to chat with site visitors, Tidio provided logical responses.

What do you like best about Tidio?

We are using Tidio as a chat platform between our Operations Department and the volunteers who are participating in Civil Protection programs. It has helped us in so many ways during our operations. Support team is truly very supportive and active! Fast, reliable and easy!

What do you dislike about Tidio?

There are too many ads about adding new subscriptions, the start page has unnecessary information and navigation is not good when it comes to changing from the main page to our chats.

Better connection with the volunteers on the road and better communication between the operations department and the volunteers. Instant video and pictures from the field of action.

What do you like best about Tidio?

The ease of use, intuitive menus, and customizable look of the chat on the front end really sets this apart from the competition for us. The free features make Tidio a fully functional product, but the pro features are highly useful and valuable! So no matter your budget, Tidio will not feel like you are being 'forced' to upgrade to a plan that has features you do not need.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

There is not much to dislike about Tidio honestly and have to get nitpicky here. Being able to mark customer service notes about a customer or conversation would be a beneficial feature that is not present. When you log in, it encourages you to connect your email and social media channels in order to have a centralized customer service hub. Useful for some people, but not for our company.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers are far more likely to use a Live Chat solution than look up our contact information and call our phone number. Tidio has improved our customer retention and response time. We are able to assist more consumers due to the ease of contact and communication, the quality of service is higher as we are able to directly link consumers to products, solutions, etc.

"Great way to easily connect with clients"
What do you like best about Tidio?

We integrated with WordPress, and the process was super simple. No technical knowledge required and signing up was quite painless. As a small business, the freemium model works very well, and we have definitely received some requests for calls that turned into business. It's free, and we are making money from it, that's the best of all worlds. As her business picks up, I do see that we will have to go to a paid model, and I am OK with that.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I did find the pricing models a little confusing. I've also struggled to find out what the difference is between what I get with a paid model and what I get for free. Would be nice to have a clear, concise timeframe for when I am going to have to upgrade. There are other little quirks here and there, but overall this product is amazing.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving two main problems for us. The first and most important is that it gives us a way to connect with our clients. We are able to offer live chat from a desktop computer or mobile device. The second, equally important, is that we are able to use the chatbot and capture leads. We have clients that are requesting phone calls, which becomes business.
