What do you like best about Tidio?

Tidio is one of the best tool for chat system. The good thing is they provide the free version where you can have a better experiance how to use Tidio, other great thing is the support from the Tidio. it was excellent

What do you dislike about Tidio?

one thing is pricing of Tidio it is little bit expensive when comparing to other projects. but the use case of tidio was excellent

The main proble is to solve the conversion with the customers

What do you like best about Tidio?

Almost all of the features provided are great with a user-friendly interface. I love the automation stuff with chatbots where most of my chats are handled by them. It's really a convenient and cost-effective chat messenger for me and my business. The bots employ AI solutions to recognize customers’ queries and act upon them which is perfectly awesome. They can also save abandoned carts, offer discounts, generate leads, and much more. Plus, they work 24/7, so you can get a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended to all my circle and friends.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Nothing yet but improvement is always needed as part of continuous success.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

My basic chat needs are completely fulfilled where chatbots are specially working day and night for me to manage my customers who need immediate response and help. I love the chat UI design which is user friendly and anyone can use it like a freshie.

What do you like best about Tidio?

Clean, attractive UI that allows for easy chat widget customization. Simple to configure its Chat Sequence. Intuitive Chatbot that is cost-efficient.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Nothing negative to address. Tidio is a robust platform.

"The Application of tidio is amazing for handling notification"
What do you like best about Tidio?

The App version of this Chabot is amazing for handling notification. I can see every activity on my website at anytime through its application that have easy interface. Tidio are providing very good features in low prices and most of them are totally free of cost. I really love to work with it. It is so cool that you can use it's free plan for lifetime without paying anything.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Although there is nothing which I dislike about this chatbot. But one suggestion I would like to share. I think there should some default templates for different chats i.e Barber shop, Electrical shop, Ecommerce. So any one can edit or redesign them accordingly.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a freelancer and today I setup Tidio chatbot on the website of my client. Tidio are providing very good features in low prices and most of them are totally free of cost. It is best to use Tidio when you don't want to pay something. My client is very happy on this choice.

"Excellent Product for Educators Doing Side Hustles!"
What do you like best about Tidio?

Tidio is really easy to use and looks great on the front end. I like that they don't limit the chat interface to a single website, which is great for my specific use case. I have the chat on my teaching website so that students and potential students (I am in higher ed) can reach out to me immediately. I also have it on my consulting website. I can monitor and get leads from both sources simultaneously. The price point is also really good for this option. I wish the email marketing was more competitively priced with Mailchimp, but Tido is more intuitive when it comes to segmentation and the fact any chat lead is added to the email marketing list saves a lot of manual processing. Works well on WordPress--easy setup and maintenance.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

So far, I do not dislike anything. I haven't had to use customer support. I haven't experienced any technical issues. If I do discover something worth noting, I will update my review.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to offer real-time chat with learners in my course at my university as well as my career coaching courses (for my consulting business) in real time increases engagement among these groups, which has improved my evaluation scores. Being able to simultaneously interact with both groups at one time from a single dashboard is great!

What do you like best about Tidio?

All of its features plus the price! The agent who got in touch with me and gave me the demo on how to use this tool went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Nothing as such- perhaps would know more as time goes on.

By having the live chat and widget system on our website. Extra points for being so cost-effective and easily customizable!

What do you like best about Tidio?

Very easy to install (WordPress), Customer support is one click away, and there is no need to find the website or wait long periods. I have tried other similar apps, but there is always a feature missing. I have used TIdio on over five websites and have had no problems yet.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

They were a few things in the past, but they are all fixed now. I would maybe add more. More affordable options would be excellent; there is a price jump in some cases when deciding what is needed.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have many websites to handle, and Tidio allows me to put all the social conversations in one place, so I do not need to keep jumping around from app to app, which saves me many hours a day.
