Tidio is one of the best tool for chat system. The good thing is they provide the free version where you can have a better experiance how to use Tidio, other great thing is the support from the Tidio. it was excellent

The App version of this Chabot is amazing for handling notification. I can see every activity on my website at anytime through its application that have easy interface. Tidio are providing very good features in low prices and most of them are totally free of cost. I really love to work with it. It is so cool that you can use it's free plan for lifetime without paying anything.
Although there is nothing which I dislike about this chatbot. But one suggestion I would like to share. I think there should some default templates for different chats i.e Barber shop, Electrical shop, Ecommerce. So any one can edit or redesign them accordingly.
I am a freelancer and today I setup Tidio chatbot on the website of my client. Tidio are providing very good features in low prices and most of them are totally free of cost. It is best to use Tidio when you don't want to pay something. My client is very happy on this choice.
From a pricing standpoint, Tidio is excellent. They are very reasonably priced, with great tech support and very good features.

Tidio is really easy to use and looks great on the front end. I like that they don't limit the chat interface to a single website, which is great for my specific use case. I have the chat on my teaching website so that students and potential students (I am in higher ed) can reach out to me immediately. I also have it on my consulting website. I can monitor and get leads from both sources simultaneously. The price point is also really good for this option. I wish the email marketing was more competitively priced with Mailchimp, but Tido is more intuitive when it comes to segmentation and the fact any chat lead is added to the email marketing list saves a lot of manual processing. Works well on WordPress--easy setup and maintenance.
So far, I do not dislike anything. I haven't had to use customer support. I haven't experienced any technical issues. If I do discover something worth noting, I will update my review.
Being able to offer real-time chat with learners in my course at my university as well as my career coaching courses (for my consulting business) in real time increases engagement among these groups, which has improved my evaluation scores. Being able to simultaneously interact with both groups at one time from a single dashboard is great!

Very easy to install (WordPress), Customer support is one click away, and there is no need to find the website or wait long periods. I have tried other similar apps, but there is always a feature missing. I have used TIdio on over five websites and have had no problems yet.
They were a few things in the past, but they are all fixed now. I would maybe add more. More affordable options would be excellent; there is a price jump in some cases when deciding what is needed.
I have many websites to handle, and Tidio allows me to put all the social conversations in one place, so I do not need to keep jumping around from app to app, which saves me many hours a day.
