What do you like best about Tidio?

Tidio is a completely comprehensive chatbot for your website that is so seamless to integrate and set up. Both customer-facing and company facing have a great interface, are very intuitive and offer amazing options for customization.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The only thing I don't like is that I's harder to change the colors of the chat to better fit my website but even that doesn't really matter to the overall functionality.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tidio is solving my direct-to-customer conversations. Since my business is fairly niche, I got a lot of questions but Tidio is great because I can either answer them live or set up a flow system that can answer the questions for the customers.

My EComm business almost always requires a person who can answer questions or walk users through the buying process, but we can accomplish all of this and then some with Tidio.

Nothing. It's amazing.I guess the mobile app could be a little bit easier to use...

What do you like best about Tidio?

I've used Tidio Chat for a while now and love it! It's straightforward to use, and the support is always excellent. The company is great too - they're always happy to help and answer any questions you have. Overall, I highly recommend Tidio Chat for anyone.

I love the fact that it's free, but you can add extra features which allow the app to grow with your business.

Occasionally Facebook messages can be missed or not correctly sent to Tidio

Tidio allows our customers to contact us directly without using the phone, which saves everyone time and resources and allows us to upsell in a way you couldn't do over the phone.

"Extremely easy to use"
What do you like best about Tidio?

I like the layout and the fact that it is free. I also really like the fact that it includes chatbots for automated responses and that it is very easy to customize.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

It is a shame that it requires a paid plan to access all the features, but also quite understandable. I wish there was a way that customers could close the chat when they are finished and that it would delete their chat history.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't need to be available to chat with potential customers twenty-four seven, which really takes the stress out of having a website. It is also a pretty good looking chat.

Having all channels in one place is great and really allows us to keep on top of everything.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I would say price is the only downside to the product once you go above the first tier, we would love some of the other features but not within budget yet.

Keeping us organised and on top of customer support which is a crucial element to our brand, priding ourselves with speed and quality of help.

What do you like best about Tidio?

I like that I can talk with my customers and help them with their orders from my clothing shop using Tidio without having to do an email or call which takes more time, and I can talk to them with my mobile app.

I don't really have a lot of problem with the tidio software but maybe some more integrations would be nice. Otherwise it's very good and I love using Tidio for my business

What do you like best about Tidio?

The Customer Service offered The NLP system is very advanced - pretty mindblowing to me!!! Great API Documentation Reasonable Pricing Overall great company to work with!

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Lack of WhatsApp, Twitter, and Telegram integration. However, I am aware that they are close to releasing these features, which will hopefully be happening soon.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating live chats, saving time spent on manual replies and no longer needing shift-employees to be online 24/7. Integrating with all major CRM services is also very useful for collating contacts.

What do you like best about Tidio?

We found that building a AI/ Question based flow was ( though initially daunting ) quite manageable and in just a few hours, we had built a stepped process by which we could lead website visitors through a series of questions and provide the appropriate responses.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

We have not found a downside as yet - it performs admirably compared to its majot competitors.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tidio has allowed us to minimise the effort of our chat operators by providing answers to FAQ's without human intervention.

What do you like best about Tidio?

The dashboard itself is very user friendly, and the prices are very reasonable aswell. The automated robots are also a feature I use very often that cannot really be found anywhere else.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

There aren't really any downsides that I've encountered; it has managed to solve all of my problems for now, but one thing I wish they'd add is a dark mode feature for iOS versions.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tidio has solved a lot of my issues with past providers. Besides those, I'd say that the number one thing I benefit from is surely the chatbots; they help me get a lot of leads!

There are many upsides to using Tidio, such as their affordable price offers and the number of functions they provide to make your company look even more professional and organized.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

It may happen that Tidio's integrated chatbot could sometimes provide wrong answers, but considering it's an AI, it's outstanding. As it still does its job and helps us reduce the number of employees needed to provide support to all of our customers.

Not much, although I'd love to get Tidio's developers' attention to the customization features, such as more themes for the employee point of view of Tidio.

i dont see any dislike thing,so every thing are good, mayby they only need to blod font option to make some parts of fonts bolder more like 600 or bold or bolder

Upsides: Tidio is perfectly designed and supported by experts of all genres. I love the type of support that their employees give when in need. Tidio compares much better to competitors.

If there's one thing I'd change about Tidio, it's only the prices. Everything else is perfect, in my opinion, and worthy of recognization, a nicely done job by their developers.
