Tidio is a completely comprehensive chatbot for your website that is so seamless to integrate and set up. Both customer-facing and company facing have a great interface, are very intuitive and offer amazing options for customization.
The only thing I don't like is that I's harder to change the colors of the chat to better fit my website but even that doesn't really matter to the overall functionality.
Tidio is solving my direct-to-customer conversations. Since my business is fairly niche, I got a lot of questions but Tidio is great because I can either answer them live or set up a flow system that can answer the questions for the customers.

I like the layout and the fact that it is free. I also really like the fact that it includes chatbots for automated responses and that it is very easy to customize.
It is a shame that it requires a paid plan to access all the features, but also quite understandable. I wish there was a way that customers could close the chat when they are finished and that it would delete their chat history.
I don't need to be available to chat with potential customers twenty-four seven, which really takes the stress out of having a website. It is also a pretty good looking chat.

I like that I can talk with my customers and help them with their orders from my clothing shop using Tidio without having to do an email or call which takes more time, and I can talk to them with my mobile app.

Lack of WhatsApp, Twitter, and Telegram integration. However, I am aware that they are close to releasing these features, which will hopefully be happening soon.

We found that building a AI/ Question based flow was ( though initially daunting ) quite manageable and in just a few hours, we had built a stepped process by which we could lead website visitors through a series of questions and provide the appropriate responses.
We have not found a downside as yet - it performs admirably compared to its majot competitors.
Tidio has allowed us to minimise the effort of our chat operators by providing answers to FAQ's without human intervention.
The dashboard itself is very user friendly, and the prices are very reasonable aswell. The automated robots are also a feature I use very often that cannot really be found anywhere else.
There aren't really any downsides that I've encountered; it has managed to solve all of my problems for now, but one thing I wish they'd add is a dark mode feature for iOS versions.
