"Really useful tool for chatting with customers, very quick customer support"
What do you like best about Tidio?

I like the design and that I can adjust the design and the way the chat looks like. We rarely experience technical issues and if even the customer service is very helpful.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I would like to be able to remove the 4 images pictured in the live chat widget. I would also like to be able to avail of the discount which seems to only be available to users who aren't long-term customers.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can chat with visitors that visit my website. I can have multiple operators. I am able to provide my customers with information immediately which makes them more likely to contact me again.

What do you like best about Tidio?

Instant notification to my devices which makes it easy to connect with customers. Useful for my iPhone as well as on Mac. Integrated with Shopify.

What do you like best about Tidio?

Ease of account creation, ease of website integration, and powerful features for small businesses just starting out. The customization and features are top notch

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I wish it had better integrations with enterprise tools like Slack. I have to have their app to be able to respond while on the go. I fear the app might logout or go inactive and I miss important leads.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I want a very low barrier way for potential customers to reach out and ask questions rather than rely solely on email or phone communications.

What do you like best about Tidio?

Tidio has helped us close a gap in our communication system. We've noticed a significant increase in customers connecting with our team via the chat with Tidio, and we've been able to help people with their questions/issues faster than ever before.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Tidio has a lot of features, but it might be a little overwhelming at first. I liked the visual builder for chatbots, but it was still limited in several ways. Furthermore, their pricing structure is intriguing - with three distinct "plans" each starting at $18/month, you're looking at a significant monthly charge if you want quality chatbots, several operators, and the ability to send emails.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wish I had more control over each chat administrator's account as an administrator. I basically had no control over everyone's accounts after I set them up. So I couldn't help someone who kept forgetting to post a photo (well, without actually logging into their account with their username and profile). However, this isn't a deal-breaker; it simply means that I'll have to be in regular contact with each user to keep their profile current.

Breaking the ice in terms of shipping. Tidio lets me uniquely communicate to international customers, that YES we do ship to your country and possibly offer an incentive like a discount code.

The chat-support is very competent and smart

What do you dislike about Tidio?

IP-blacklisting is missing to exclude yourself from being shown as visitor. Visit-time is no accurate. Both are showing "Visitors on your site at the moment" that aren't there. If you try to contact one it still will not recognize that the visitor is gone since minutes or longer.
