Super easy to install on my Wordpress site and configure
I haven't found any real dislikes so far. There is a limit to the chatbot functionality on the free version but the service still works perfectly well and Tidio is certainly worth the few euros if you are looking to increase chat automation

We cannot quickly know on our dasboard which license we have. It is really missing information. It should be written in Large if you do not have a license and its renewal date.

The automation - hands down. I use Tidio all the time and suggest it to my clients for its ease of use and excellent support. I've not used it yet with shopping carts but I can really imagine it being awesome - will definately test it out.
Their own customer support chatbot should have the option to initiate a chat with an assistant in its menu, but when I start to talk, someone does reply so it is initiated - its just a bit confusing sometimes though.
It was just an issue with the package on my account.
The design customization is excellent even in the free plan. The chatbot works like a charm, and we couldn't be happier with Tidio's support team. Also, the pricing is fair.
