I like the design and that I can adjust the design and the way the chat looks like. We rarely experience technical issues and if even the customer service is very helpful.
I would like to be able to remove the 4 images pictured in the live chat widget. I would also like to be able to avail of the discount which seems to only be available to users who aren't long-term customers.

Tidio has a lot of features, but it might be a little overwhelming at first. I liked the visual builder for chatbots, but it was still limited in several ways. Furthermore, their pricing structure is intriguing - with three distinct "plans" each starting at $18/month, you're looking at a significant monthly charge if you want quality chatbots, several operators, and the ability to send emails.
I wish I had more control over each chat administrator's account as an administrator. I basically had no control over everyone's accounts after I set them up. So I couldn't help someone who kept forgetting to post a photo (well, without actually logging into their account with their username and profile). However, this isn't a deal-breaker; it simply means that I'll have to be in regular contact with each user to keep their profile current.

IP-blacklisting is missing to exclude yourself from being shown as visitor. Visit-time is no accurate. Both are showing "Visitors on your site at the moment" that aren't there. If you try to contact one it still will not recognize that the visitor is gone since minutes or longer.
