I had to end my membership because of budget reason, but I loved them so much. I hope I can return once my business has taken off. Easy to use, many features to help you, also customer support is always kind and very helpful.
The only thing is it would be so much useful if they implement italian language. That's all!
Automation of emails, newsletters
Everything ! Mailerlite is a super tool ! I use mailerlite features everyday for my business. The support service is great. Very good reactivity.
We are limited in the choice of templates
I lost all my unsuscribers. And the support (David) service help me to recover them.
Easy to use; moving from another platform was a smooth experience. Very responsive customer service team, that helps out with troubleshooting issues. Shout out to Joseph who helped me understand discrepancies in reporting.
So far, I have not encountered any issues.
MailerLite makes it easy to collect emails for marketing purposes and their email builder is easy to use.
The number of features MailerLite includes in its free plan is crazy. And it just gets better with the paid tiers! All of that is great, of course, but what I really like most is its ease of use. I'm a digital business manager for coaches and counselors and I have had clients move off of other "bigger" platforms to MailerLite and they are thrilled! I also love how well it integrates with other products/platforms. Crucial in my work. Customer support is great. Implementation (even most parts of migrating from the old MailerLite to the New) is smooth. Between my own emails and client ones, I probably am in there 20-30 times per week -- heavy user!
I honestly haven't found a down side -- especially once you get into the paid plans.
It helps my to stay in touch with my clients and followers and it helps me to help my clients do the same with *their* clients and followers.
Mailerlite has all the features we need for our email marketing.
Dislike - I cannot think of anything we dislike about mailerlite at this time.

Don't know Oh... maybe that it is not possible to send mails with videos as Mp4 (that it has to be Vimeo or Youtube)

I've been using MailerLite for a few years now, and switched from Classic to the New interface, which I love as it seems to be a lot more simple to use. However, when I have had issues, the help from customer service is top notch, and Mailerlite go above and beyond, in my experience to help you fix the issue, or how to use a feature. I especially love the ease of setting up automations.
The only thing I dislike, is the pricing structure, I wish there was more levels, as it's a big jump in numbers of subscribers and the amount you pay. But I am happy with Mailerlite overall.
I needed to set up systems to warm up and old, cold list of subscribers, using automation and landing pages, and it was confusing with the new system which I'm not as familiar with, and the CS agent went above and beyond to helping me work through and get everything right!
The application itself, ease of use, help articles, innovations, ... But most of all - customer support! They care about you.
If anything is near perfect, that's MailerLite. No dislikes.
Avoiding extra expenses for dedicated server in order to send bulk emails. In connection to that, junk mailing problem is solved. .
MailerLite is affordable and easy, and customer support is great!
There isn't anything I dislike about Mailerlite.
Mailerlite is solving the problem to communicate with my customers and to generate new leads.
It's simple to use and has many great features, and the price is great.
The interface can have a slightly better interface and make it easier to copy campaigns and make a new one.
Setting up a campaign is easy, almost like drag and drop. It is easy to set the schedule, make a group of subscribers and create separate campaigns for each group.
