The price is right compared to constant contact. I also notice that Zoho keeps the email database much cleaner, probably because Constant Contacts pricing model is based on email addresses and they never pull bounces out as ZOHO does.

The more features I use, the more frustrated I get. The product architecture terrible, clunky and inefficient. The template editor is so bad that I have to use a different tool (BEE) and import HTML. All the features feel like after-thoughts - I have to set campaigns to be either "Regular" or "Advanced" - why not have A/B testing as standard for all types of campaigns? The integration with the rest of the Zoho Suite is clunky at best. The webforms are a pain. The automation is not intuitive and very clunky, cannot make changes after publishing! Avoid if possible!
