Dropbox has been a steadfast friend for many years. It holds backups and a catalog of my work, and I can share content with customers. It's easy to add content and easy to use with other programs.
I've never found a downside to Dropbox. I use it every day.
It's a central place to store my catalog of work and also where I can link items to share.
Dropbox shareing is very simple. Knowing what I sync up to my Dropbox will be there within seconds or minutes is reassuring and helpful for my small business. The storage size is very decent.
I don't think anyone likes price increases; the price has gone up slightly but is tolerable. As long as it doesn't go up too much I'll keep using Dropbox. Lastly, I'm not keen on AI integration; I don't know if I'll be using that.
Sharing files larger than gmail will allow.
File sharing system with others. I also find drop is way faster than other storage companies.
I would suggest providing more free space than the current 2GB.
I can share my files with my lab members easily.
It has selective sync so I don't clog all my devices and only have what I need where it is required.
Its free data is to little ... want at least more of it.
It helps me keep all my documents in one place and organized.
Dropbox is a tool that you need to have. It's extremely simple to use, to install, to share! You can have all your life in there without worrying if something will get lost, because you can have backups, access trash cans, etc. I use it everyday for my personal projects, my postgraduate projects and for my work life!
The only thing that I would say is that the plans are a little bit limited. I have tried to get more friends on Dropbox but they don't need such a big storage.
I don't have to worry about carrying hard disks with me all the time. I can have and access everything either on my laptop, cellphone or on a browser!
I love that I can access my files from anywhere and from multile devices. It's very easy and convenient.
I don't have any downsides to using dropbox. It does everything I need it to do!
With Dropbox I can keep my files in one location where I can access them from anywhere and from multiple devices. It's great!
Love the fact that I can share folders and be able to submit documents/videos/pictures
Nothing at this moment that I can think of
Being able to quickly share content with people in different locations and not worrying about time zone differences.
saving space, sharing files and easy to aceess
nothing bad about it everything is good.
ease to access files from anywhere
The best thing about Dropbox is that it's just there. It's easy to set up, and always running in the background. You can just save a file in a shared folder on your computer and reliably expect it to be available to other users. It has been vital to me as a freelancer working with a variety of clients and teams over the years. Speaking of clients: since you can create sharing links for folders as well, it's great for delivering projects, sharing portfolio pieces, etc.
The only thing I dislike about Dropbox is its mobile UI. It feels difficult to navigate and I often end up uploading things to the wrong folder if I don't double check where I am. The automatic photo upload option for mobile also could use some more verification or details about what has been uploaded.
Dropbox helps me share files without having to think about it. It's like having an internal network for each client that I work with. I can just hit CTRL + S in the application I'm using and the update is available almost immediately to my client or team. It's also a great file transfer service for deliverables.
The clarity of the filing system, the easy way to access and download images and videos on any device.
Not everyone uses it and when I am sent something else I curse
It is helping me archive and share images and videos.
It looks like another drive in a windows or mac pc/laptop
Eats a bit of RAM memory, thats much of it.
Storage, I have little space in my hard disk so my normal files stays here and its easy for me to access them. Also, its easier for the team to use this.
Simple. Easy to share. Don't need a password. Works great with slack.
Hard to figure out menu on paper and other apps

Dropbox has truly revolutionized the way I manage and share my files. The seamless integration across devices and the user-friendly interface make it an absolute game-changer.
While Dropbox has its merits, it's not without its drawbacks. One of the significant downsides is the limited free storage space provided. As our digital lives become increasingly data-intensive, the free tier's storage limit can feel quite restricting, pushing users towards paid plans.
The collaborative features have transformed the way my team works together. Real-time syncing ensures that everyone is on the same page, and the ability to share large files effortlessly has saved us countless hours.
You can easily create and save folders and files
One too many steps in creating folders, especially on my phone. But it has improved over the years.
Ease of creating folders
it's quite easy to use, files can be shared seamlessly and the auto-backup feature is top-notch
the free plan has a very limited storage space
it made it all so easy to collaborate and share files on the cloud where we are and no matter from which device we're connecting
I've using Dropbox since its inception it's a wonderful solution I have all my files there I can access from anywhere securely the additional perks like signing and now editing pdf are very useful, I use it daily to share files with m clients. Thank you!

N need to attach big files save space for collaborators especially on chat apps.
I have 2 laptops and a smartphone. It has happened several times that one of them has failed and needed repairs. As I always put my vital data, both personal and work on my Dropbox, I always have it with me at all times. As a software developer it is important not to have any downtime and this Dropbox setup has saved me several times. It is fast and secure and never let me down. I can use it as a code-sepository, important documents-storage, photos and much more. The best part is that I can safely share specific areas with friends or co-workers. The installation-procedure on a new device when a laptop has failed me, has been as click-and-go.
A good and reliable cloud-service comes with a price, but it is worth it. I just wish that there was a long-term customer bonus or discount program.
Dropbox solves the problem of - fearing that important documents and data might get lost if the device breaks down or is stolen. - easily share files with specific people for important occasions. Both privately and professionally. - signing documents electronically was a saviour during the Corona epidemic. It opened a new world for me
I like that you can upload anything and from anywhere, not just Google based apps
Nothing is really bad or not useful, i just dont want to pay for expanded storage because they only give you a certain amount before they make you start paying for it.
Having an over crowded hard drive. It benefits me because I can just move the file (s) to dropbox instead of having to choose what to delete
I like the easy storage and fast uploading
Its a little pricey and could be a litte more cheaper
For my business Dropbox saves the headahce for storage for me and staff
We all need space more and more for capturing all our moments, memories or data handy with us all all the time and easily accessible at one click. Here helps dropbox as a cloud storage application with some basic 5gb free space then paid above.
Ofcourse the subscription plans for more space.
Storage space and organized data collection.
