You will need to periodicially update your content library to ensure ongoing relevance - not so much of a downside, as it is simply part of using a tool like this.

It's allowed me to continuously post content to my socials without spending hours each day setting it up manually.

I have been using Social Bee for years now and never once thought about leaving. The ease to create and manage your social media is by far the best out there and they are constantly adding new social media networks and features which help businesses grow. The support team are always on hand and helpful in answering any questions I might have.

SocialBee has been great for me as a solo person running my business, it can be time consuming to use and post on mulitple platforms in order to reach and engage my audiance as well as understanding how my content is performing. I find the ease of use for this platform to be very user friendly and it includes a ton of built in features that make creating images, graphics, hashgtags and more directly in the platform simple and efficient. I share it with people every opportunity I have.

I don't have any major dislikes about the platform. The continue to grow and improve to meet the needs of their customers.

Tthe platform is easy to use, support is excellent and the development of the platform to meet market demands is great too.

There is nothing to dislike. I get all I need at the stage of my business I'm in now. Later I'd more likely need to link my account to more than 5 social media platforms.

The platform is constantly updating features and developing new ones to meet market demands.

I love the recurring posts feature. It gave me TONS of traffic to my blog. I'd simply share links to my top blogs with catchy captions and SocialBee would keep driving traffic month after month.

The mobile app needs improvement. It doesn't have many of the features present in the desktop version.

Content Categories, RSS Feed integration and Chat support. The RSS feed integration is an amazing feature. Hashtag collection saves time. This product is value for money and we saved hundreds of hours. I love it.

The lack of feature to duplicate a category. Some of my posts appear in different categories. Every time I create a new category, I need to manually move the posts which is cumbersome and since I have a lot of posts, it's time-consuming.

I tried a competitor before discovering Social Bee, I was amazed at how all social bees processed were logical and linked. I really liked that they let you set up a schedule with RSS feeds on one day, and grabbing other peoples articles on another day "All on Auto" . The fact that i could re0use the same hard earned material , and simple rewrite the title etc all in the same spae of creation was awesome. I basically spent about 14 days creating all the materials, videos post, etc for 30 days .. Then I spend 4-5 days getting 5 types of post in 5 different SM platforms, and then set them up to change after tiel etc. for the next month post, and choose the option that once the 90 days cycle was done to stat over.. Basically I created and placed a years worth of work in 20 or so days and its posting on auto-pilot. amazing system. amd good training for the seprate subject matters

Althought the individual modules for learning the function were good, i found no video that described the necessaary steps in the best order to do what i did. There was a noticable lack of direction and best order to do things in for best results and logical process. if it was there , then i must a missed it. Would definitely reccomend it.

The fact that you can categorize your posts in folders makes it so easy to edit them as links, etc. change. Since you can schedule and re-schedule posts it makes it simple to get your social media set up and if you have to ignore it for a few days, it's not a big deal. I preloaded hundreds of evergreen posts and so now other than adding fresh content, I know my SM is covered. I have used several different companies for this in the past and Socialbee has been by far the most versatile and user friendly. I would have a panic attack if they ever went out of business.

The only bad part about Socialbee is not their fault, it's that Instagram demands you post from the phone. So it's not always seamless to post reels. But Socialbee tries as hard as they can to help you make these posts from your phone via their app.

It makes it easy to have one person managing social media 24/7

Pretty easy to use... has a few quraks like many of these programs but it was one that seemed to have the least and worked better than all others. Also gave a wide varity of social media options to have in your account. Posting is easy and works pretty well. And support staff is there too.

It for sure has some odd quarls that happen but as you use it you learn work aorunds. I do have a little trouble adding tags in FB sometimes but other times it is easy as can be. that is my biggest disappointment so far but I am rural and have very weak interent so I think that might be my reason for the issue sometimes. Will takea bit to learn the ins and outs but again was the best of all programs I tested and the vlaue was there for sure.

We have more than 20 social media accounts acorss our organization. SociaBee allowed us to actually populate them all easily. We have dominated the social media since having SocialBee and we can have the team all help in posting and cueing future posts and even approvals...

I've been using SocialBee for several years since purchasing an intro bundle on AppSumo. SocialBee is awesome for managing my social media - a job I hate. I can create queues of various types of content. Memes, Engagement questions, my content. I can segregate my content by topic - Summer vs Christmas so I'm not sharing out of season. It is easy to set a pattern to post the Memes at 8p every day, the questions at 11a, Content group A at 9am, Content Group B at 2p. It takes about two hours to adjust my schedule for the week, and add content to the queue. Most of that is finding the memes and questions for the week! The addition of AI for generating captions - or engagement questions is great.

I wish I could set a post to move to draft at a certain date. I can set it to expire, but that deletes it. With setting to draft, it will be there and ready to turn on again next year. The queue ordering for a category with a mix of new content and saved content is hard to control. Sometimes I want to do two new posts, then a specific older piece of content. Alternatively, being able to set that I want post X to be the one shared for category Y on date Z would be helpful. The AI for images can still use work - but that is fairly typical of AI generated images.

Provides one stop location to schedule my posts to Facebook & Instagram. The use of queues is much better than manually scheduling content for each day.

I have been using SocialBee since it started and have found they are always adding more value on a monthly basis. From their new AI integrations for creating content to their robust integrations with other tools you will find this platform amazing if you are doing social media management for clients. I have even used their Conceirge services as well in the past and those are definetly valuable for new clients who don't have content and you want to get some things started with.

There really isn't a lot I dislike about the service other than that you have to re-connect accounts every so often, but i think this comes down more to the social channel credentials and limits they have for integrators.

SocialBee provides a great platform overall with amazing features for agencies looking to manage their client work in a great platform.

I love that I can plug in all these timeless posts that engage and inform my audience - and then set up a cycle so that they continue to be posted - no matter what else I'm busy with that day. It's also great that you can set up multiple sequences - that rotate - so that it's easy to avoid sharing the same content too close together. Brilliant system.

As a soloprenuer, I don't have time to keep coming back to Facebook and creating quality posts. SocialBee makes it so much easier to plan ahead. Also when I spent a lot of this year (and last year) in the hospital, this meant my social posts still went through even when I was incapacitated.

The auto scheduling of posts and AI features embedded within SocialBee make it easy to use, and integrate into my monthly social media planning.

Automatically scheduling posts for multiple social media accounts has been solved. The AI capabilites are excellent. It generates post ideas as well as rewrites my ideas if various styles. It generates AI images, and has Canva built in so I can generate more engaging posts. I have been using it for about 4 weeks and have since a sharp increase in social media engagement and a significant increase in sales. I never seemed to find the time to create social posts, so clearly taking a little time and using SocialBee has been hugely beneficial. I would recommend it to anyone!

Like the way we can post and schedule to many different platforms including IG Stories and TikTok. Social Bee also does a great job continuing to build new features and integrate in AI, connecting to 3rd party accounts/apps, that make managing our platforms with multiple people much easier. They have always provided exceptions support when we needed help or something to wok differently.

I don't love the push to the mobile app for posting stories, but we can work around it pretty easily. I wish we could schedule them as a set it and forget it, but that's more of an IG thing than a Social Bee thing.

SocialBee has been a great way for my company to consistently share quality content on social media.

Some of the connections - i.e. LinkedIn have been tricky to maintain. This has more to do with that platform than SocialBee however.

Prior to finding SocialBee, I spend hours creating content and scheduling it. With SocialBee and their Concierge services, this is done without much effort on my part, targeted to the audience I want, and using qualtiy content.

Easy to understand and use. Great customer support and easy integrartion.

Easy peasy way to post to all of my social media accounts.

Social Bee has literally saved my business over the last couple of years. It has given me the freedom to either go on holidays (and no one knows!) and to work ON my business, rather than IN it all the time. Scheduling social media is so time consuming. But with Social Bee, I have it set up so it is "set and forget"and its scheduled for infinity. Like literally for infinity. I cant love it more.

Sometimes its hard to tag other pages which is annoying.

It's very intuitive and easy to navigate the system, a lot of features for a very reasonable investment.

Nothing really. The only thing that happens is that it can disconnect, but all the applications do that.
