I like how it does the things I previously wished other platforms offered: AI generated caption AND images, ability to edit a post separately for each platform (easily), and the categories help me make sure I'm hitting all types of communication.
I'm still learning all the bells and whistles. I'm giving myself time to become more efficient.
Time efficiency
It's been very easy to figure out. This is going to save me a lot of time and a lot of money because I won't have to hire someone to post for me now.
I can't think of anything right now. I was disappointed that as soon as I signed up that Facebook changed and no long allows posting to groups. But that's not a problem With SocialBee

SocialBee lets you organize your social posts into categories that you create however you like and then you can create a calendar based on when you want to post from each category. This is super helpful to me as I can easily switch what topics get more attention at any given time from the calendar and don't need to check post by post, day by day like some other scheduling apps.
I think the UI could look better but that is more of an aesthetic issue. I'd also like to be able to create different calendars and switch them out as needed.
SocialBee helps me organize content by themes and categories, which makes way more sense to me than organizing by date. I can quickly and clearly see what types of content by category/theme is getting posted and how often. If I want to change the calendar to focus on different content types I can easily do it in a few clicks. Way quicker than others social scheduling. Particularly useful with clients who depend on a lot of evergreen content that goes up multiple times through a quarter.

Social Bee has literally saved my business over the last couple of years. It has given me the freedom to either go on holidays (and no one knows!) and to work ON my business, rather than IN it all the time. Scheduling social media is so time consuming. But with Social Bee, I have it set up so it is "set and forget"and its scheduled for infinity. Like literally for infinity. I cant love it more.

The dashboard is well-organized, making navigating between different accounts and features easy. I manage multiple Facebook business pages, my personal profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn, and an "X" (i.e., Twitter) account. SocialBee's interface allows me to move between accounts easily and efficiently. Content Categorization and Scheduling: The software's content categorization system is a major advantage. Being able to sort posts into different categories and schedule them accordingly allows me to manage a diverse range of content. I primarily use RSS feeds from various websites to feed content into my social media accounts. SocialBee's scheduling feature allows me to plan those posts in advance and in an automated fashion, giving me a consistent online presence without needing daily manual inputs. It's almost embarrassing how much of the heavy lifting SocialBee does for me, freeing up my time considerably. Hmm, while SocialBee has been a crucial part of my social media management strategy, I suppose there might be a few areas where improvements could be made. However, I consider these suggestions very specific to my personal experience using the tool: Limited Customization Options: One limitation I've noticed is the customization of posts for different platforms. On those few occasions when I've wanted to compose a post manually, I found it a challenge to get the post to look the way I wanted, but to be fair, this was for Facebook and might have been a restriction imposed by Facebook and not so much the fault of SocialBee. Integration Limitations: There were a couple of instances where integration with Pocket was not as seamless as I hoped. I did eventually have success with bringing in content from several of my Pocket accounts, so it's not like I hit a wall. I just had a little trouble getting things set up and working (both from the SocialBee and Pocket sides). However, my overall experience with SocialBee has been very positive. It's a great tool for social media management, and I plan to continue using it.
As a one-man shop, SocialBee enables me to manage half-a-dozen accounts in an efficient and time-saving way.

I love how involved the creators are, how they keep the software updated, respond to requests and questions, etc. They are committed to an excellent customer experience and as a result, SocialBee keeps getting better with time.
There's a bit of a learning curve to get all the accounts set up, but that's to be expected. It's not really something I dislike, but rather just a reality of any new software platform. SocialBee offers great tutorials and they have great customer support to help get you set up.

SocialBee has always been a full step ahead of their competitors. The software is super easy to use, has a ton of great features. It took very little time to get up and running and their support team promptly replies to every request. Honestly, I couldn't recommend this product more.
Honestly, there isn't anything that comes to mind. If anything, SocialBee is more progressive than the platforms in terms of development. That's not something I dislike about them. It's actually something they should be very proud of.
I was having a hard time keeping up with multiple platform posting. With SocialBee I can pick the platforms I want to target and schedule accordingly. It's literally like having a personal social media assistant.
It's easy to jump in and start using right away. And they also have enough features for me to accomplish what I want to do. They also have regular webinars that help users understand their platform and associated knowledge, like how to plan for content. All in all a great app to work with!
Some functions can be confusing. I was confused over setting the timing of the post. But got the explanations from their support, so it's all good.

Can't tag on Facebook, Instagram feels has no analytics for video impressions, sometimes it's not clear enough that a post isn't optimised for posting and it just won't go out with no warnings.

The Concierge services can get a little pricey for a small business owner, but there are tiered levels to the services one can receive. They are still, in my opinion, reasonably priced in comparison to other small business services out there.
