Very easy to set up social accounts. Content is easy to categorize and schedule since it's all visual. Social Bee also has services that are affordable to help you boost your social media presence and engagement.

Sometimes accounts can disconnect or media doesn't get posted to the appropriate channel and it can be time consuming and hard to get that content to go when you want it to go.

Not having a dedicated social media team, social bee has taken the place of that function and allowed us to automate a lot of our social content. In the future, when we need dedicated services we will use their team to implement social media strategies.

As a team we like the option to schedule the content into different categories so that each client can have a different setting and schedule. It is very similar to the bigger social media scheduling platforms in other ways.

There are some bugs in the platform which means that a category or social media platform will show that there are 3 updates scheduled when there are only 1 or 2 - this is frustrating because we can't see at a glance whether the correct content is scheduled.

We are able to schedule all content on all platforms and this is a great time-saver for us. We are much more productive when we are able to schedule in advance and not have to worry about it again.

Social Bee has the most comprehensive feature set I've seen. It enables you to set up social post campaigns that require 0 maintenance during the life of the campaign. It makes ad hoc social posts across many channels easy too.

Not always the most beautiful UI but I don't really find that to be an issue that affects productivity.

The main thing that I like best about SocialBee is how easy it is to use and schedule content across various social media platforms. SocialBee even suggests optimal posting times based on the specific platform on which you are submitting a post to ensure you will reach a broader audience. SocialBee allows you to categorize your posts so that, for example, curated content is posted at a certain time/day while blog posts are posted at a different time/day.

There is nothing I really dislike about SocialBee. It is a new social media management platform that is already robust as is, but it continues to grow with new features and updates being regularly added.

SocialBee saves me time by allowing me to manage all of my social media profiles and postings from one centralized place in an easy and cost-effective way.

- AI generator is very repetitive. If you select Witty, every time you use it the witty 'analogies' are nearly identical.

We do not have the resources to manage our various social media channels closely. Social Bee allows us to easily manage multiple channels and plan posts as far in advance as we want. You can create multiple versions of posts and cycle through them as needed.

i really like the email communication they send out as it is helpful and informative.

I would have liked more platform options for the price paid

It has helped streamline the posting process to the most important social accounts.

It has some unique options, but the best part is that it effectively delivers the core feature: social media scheduling. It's simple yet powerful; it can be used both by solopreneurs and social media teams.

It sometimes seems to be too pushy with additional services, like concierge.

Now I'm not so active on social media, but there was a long period of time when it saved me with social media scheduling. With its advanced options regarding queuing and reusing posts, I was able to save a lot of time.

The scheduling tools are great, easy to use and there is a lot of flexibility. The interface is user frinedly and simple to navigate. The bulk uploading tools and bulk scheduling options work well and save a lot of time. The storage is large enough to maintain large quantities of content and the organizational tools are easy to navigate. The analytic systems are also in depth and provide valuable feedback especially for platforms like X that do not have strong analytic boards.

It is difficult to navigate any issues that arise with the platform. There are only a few support page options and they only cover basic issues. Any larger issues cannot be addressed online and customer support is slow to respond, and are not detailed with their responses. Additionally, I would like to see more flexibility in posting times on different platforms.

I am able to schedule out all of my content for all platforms ahead of time and still have much of the functionallity of posting natively on the platforms.

This service saves me a lot of time from creating my own social media posts. The posts are well written and always include a great graphic.

I wish SocialBee would help more with the engagement on Social Media.

It saves me a alot of time because I don't need to create my own posts. When I request a change my rep is great at making the changes.

Glitches in the system show up often as a result of an update and it takes some time to get them ironed out.

SocialBee offers more types of campaigns than just scheduling posts. There are recurring campaigns that will continue to cycle through posts until you turn them off. It is really easy to turn them on and off as needed.

Should be more clear how many users can access a workspace for each subscription level. I had to go as far as email customer support to get a clear answer on that - when it should be mentioned in no unclear terms in the plan comparison chart. I also think that 3 users per workspace should be a default setting for the simplest plan.

Automating posting social content really removes strain from having to manually do it daily, and releases our time to put effort in other things. It also reduces potential errors from collaborating team when posting content, and streamlines the review process.

I like that I can post to multiple platforms at once and appreciate that I can tag Instagram accounts and pre-schedule videos through SocialBee as well. I also appreciate the analytics!

I'd say my organization does not utilize social media posts more than once very often, so I haven't benefitted as much from the content calendar.

SocialBee is solving loads of automation problems and is really able to reduce inefficiencies with our social media content.

main problem solving is the ability to recycle posts so evergreen content only needs to be created once and can be used several times, meaning less repetitive work

Have to be very clear about what outcome you want, which is fair enough :). So give crystal clear, detailed briefs & expectations, and they will do a great job executing. Otherwise all good.
