Paying me as a W-2 employee of my business

Gives me all the information I need and I always have access to my check stubs.

My check stub is only available the day I get paid.

I'm not sure what they are solving but maybe the check stubs would be a start.

My child could use this app. It's so easy and so convenient! I can easily keep track of all my hours, my pay, my paystubs, EVERYTHING! There is even a notes section.

Before gusto we were using time sheets. It was a total headache. Gusto has freed up so much time and taken a load off of me!

By automating calculations, withholdings and deposits, I have streamlined the payroll process. Gusto's support is always available and responds to users within seconds.

So far, so good, I have been able to learn useful information about time benefits and payroll from my company.

The company uses it for payroll and human resources. It helps with time worked tracking and benefits administration, among other important HR tasks. It provides the resources needed to comply with regulations and keep the company running smoothly. Its well-designed user interface makes it very easy to use.

I don't have to do a thing. Our payroll is on autopilot, works flawlessly.I can't think of a single thing I don't like.

Absolutely nothing that I dislike. Never had any issues.

I don't have to worry about any quarterly payments or reports. All handled automatically.

I can go in and be done in less the 5 mins. The customer service is easy and fast you get an answer right way. I use this app every week to everyday with no problems at all. Gusto has alot of features as well I cant wait to use more. It was so easy to change to Gusto And intergrate it into our company.

Helps me track hours and payroll for me

Gusto has truly streamlined our payroll process, with its straightforward system making running payroll and making corrections a hassle-free experience. The comprehensive reporting tools are user-friendly and offer a variety of options to access the exact information we need. Moreover, on the rare occasions when we've reached out for support, the team at Gusto has been not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful. Their expertise and prompt assistance is much appreciated, and it's reassuring to know that such reliable support is just a call away.

I'm missing the sweet spot in the pricing tiers. The Simple plan works almost perfectly for us. However, it only includes one PTO Policy. You can track sick but not vacation or you vacation but not sick. My employees get both and I would really like to be able to indepenantly track them both with their payroll. In order to track both through Gusto, I would need to move to the higher package which doubles the price. There are a lot of really nice features with the Plus Plan that would benefit most typical businesses. Unfortunately, my industry isn't typical so most of the added features either don't apply or are redundant when matched with our industry-specific scheduling software. I want one more feature but don't want to double my cost.

Gusto's payroll functions are easy to administer - easy to see, to understand, to enter. Our employees love the app. I have yet to find an employee who could not access the app and handle their own banking, W-2, etc. (I can't say that about the other guy.) In almost 10 years, I have never had an employee not get their paycheck directly deposited into their bank account.

Gusto's exceptional customer service is the main reason I love them, but of course their offerings are important. They offer and execute with excellence on everything my business needs. Even during my leave of absence, I maintained my subscription, confident in their ability to handle everything seamlessly. Upon return, the service team's kindness and expertise reinforced my decision, making me feel supported every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend Gusto for their top-notch support and give them a solid 5-star rating. They've earned my trust and recommendation - I tell all my colleagues and business associates to use Gusto. I have used multiple other companies/competitors in the past and none of them are even close to as good as Gusto! It was easy to implement, has a lot of features that many different size businesses will need and doesn't require a lot of work/loggin in on our end.

I honestly haven't found one yet, and this is the third company/vendor that we have used like this. My other two experiences were mediocre and terrible. I've had zero issues with Gusto, it is easy to use and the customer service is phenomenal.

Gusto makes it super easy to onboard a new hire, stay complaint, get payroll run quickly as well as accurately, manage any state payments that need to go out without me having to calculate or think about any of it and keeps us compliant - what's not to love? It has solved many headaches for me and I never plan to leave - I recommend Gusto to everyone who asks about payroll or is setting up a new business.

I love all the information that it gives me. It's not just about my pay. It breaks everything down and I can review it.

Gusto is simple to use. It was easy to get started onboarding employees and contractors. Anytime I had a question, customer suppport was easy to contact. We use Gusto multiple times a week to make payments. In addition, it is simple to run the reports I need when I submit grant paperwork.

I haven't found any downsides to using Gusto.

We don't have to hire a payroll company, which saves us lots of money.

Most helpful thing about gusto is just how easily their customer navigation portal is and just how I can just get all my documents and all the information that I need off of the website without having to ask for an email or just being forwarded to another website.

Right now it's just been solving the ability for me to be able to access all of my hours and all of my PTO in due time.

Everything about the platform is great. We manage over 150 employees across multiple entities with ease.

Would love to see them add travel management and booking to go along with their expense management solution.

Its an all in one platform that enables us to offer a great experience for our team members.

There is nothing I dislike about Gusto. They are worth the try.

I am able to track my employees clocking in and out via the app. This gives me freedom to be on the move while working in and out of the office.

Gusto is a real "set it and forget it" business tool. I always feel confident that Gusto is taking care of monitoring and executing our payroll & benefits, as well as all related compliance. They check in only when needed, and always with efficiency and friendliness. All downstream integrations also run smoothly.

Email correspondence is often requesting an optional action. I would suggest better use of the subject line to tag things so we can quickly move on instead of opening them.

Being able to outsource our payroll and benefits and feel confident that the whole package will run seamlessly is invaluable.

It is super easy to run payroll and to onboard new employees. It has really a good help to run our business. The customer support has been really helpful when whenever we have had questions or issues. The ease of integration and the ease of implementation were great with the help of the customer support team. For the number of features that Gusto has we have only scratched the surface. As out business grows we will add more features. Our Frequency of use right now is entering time sheets and running payroll.

There was is no intigration with the crm that we use for time sheets. Yardbook is that crm.

Running payroll and payroll taxes.

It reminds me when I'm getting paid. The app is super easy to use. I can't say enough great things about Gusto. It's exceeded my expectations compared to ADP.

Gusto helps me create payroll for my employees and it makes it easy for me to pay some employees once a months and others bi-weekly. I set everything up and Gusto takes care of the rest.

Extremely supportive, helpful and hands-on staff at Gusto that made the whole payroll transition smooth. The customer service is the best thing about Gusto I would recommend anyone to. Not to mention the user-friendly platform of Gusto.

Whenever there is a payroll block due to missing State tax information, it's not always very convenient to call Gusto to request to extend the block until tax information is received. There can be a better way to have the block extended with a click of a button perhaps.

The whole payroll process from A-Z, Benefit integration without a hassle, no extra paper work with state or federal taxes, hence time is consumed less in doing payroll, compared to manual or processing payroll with other payroll software. Gusto is benefiting I and my clients in having to not worry about documentation of employees when hiring, termination, and everything with State and Federal taxes

What I love about Gusto is its easy of use and the availablility of all of your important documents. As someone who has filed taxes late before SOLELY because I lost my tax forms and had to wait for my employer to mail them to me, having everything at my fingertips is such a gift. I also really like that you can easily see your pay breakdown and change your direct deposits. Having other jobs where you have to go to HR to make the smallest adjustment is such a headache and I love how Gusto does that. Lastly, I really appreciate that the website and app are not overwhelming visually. It's just wicked easy to find what you're looking for.

I don't really have any downsides as I've only found it to be useful for me as an employee. I obviously can't speak to what it's like from the employer side or pricing, but as an employee it is nothing but helpful.

Gusto keeps all of your important documents at your fingertips. It is solving that employees have to go to HR or a manager to get vital information or change banking info.

Gusto is by far my favorite administrative tool I've used to date. Their platform is extremely user-friendly, but best of all their customer support is as good as it gets.

I love that Gusto has all the information I need to get at easily and quickly available. I don't have to hunt around for things. The friendly, relaxed vibe of their color scheme and hand drawn graphic style makes everything feel nice to use. I enjoy getting the "you're getting paid today!" email s. The one time I needed to use customer support, they were super helpful and took care of me. I am so glad my employer switched to Gusto, I don't need to contact HR anymore for routine things like paystubs or W-4 changes.

I honestly can't think of something I dislike about using Gusto. Whenever I have a problem or somethign I need to find that's on Gusto, I am happy to be logging in there. As a regular employee, it does everything I want it to.

Gusto lets me check my pay history, edit my witholdings, and configure where my paycheck goes all without having to ask HR for the change. It saves me time!

Super easy to use. Autopay option, so no need to worry about PR deadlines. Good customer service, chat, email, and call all three options and available.

It's pretty good PRS, but the only thing I would point is the callback option which is not working these days not sure why. I'm not getting any callbacks as I use to have it.

If you have gusto you don't need huge staff to manage your payroll. Gusto is amazing tool, easy and cost effective.

I like that you can login very easily. Also if you need help they are just a phone call away.

I have found Gusto to be incredibly easy to use as a small business of 5 employees. I've used gusto to also set up health insurance and a 401k, which would have otherwise been a headache for me. I've only occasionally had to reach out to customer support, but when I have they have addressed the issues fully

Time spent on payroll and administration

Gusto makes running my companies payroll easy and fast. Gusto helps us keep out business compliant with the state and federal government by keeping us posted on due dates for various reports and filings. Initially setting up Gusto I was worried I wouldn't be able to navigate the setup process, but the website made it easy to complete and in the couple of areas I had questions customer support was great to work with. There are several features that we currently do not utilize but it is good to know that there are those options as we continue to grow our company.

It would be nice if Gusto integrated with my CRM.

Gusto has allowed us to grow and take on employees by making the employee onboarding process smooth for both parties (the company and the new employee).
