It easily integrates with numerous accounting and business tools, as well as collaboration platforms such as Asana and Autobooks. The platform is well known for its exceptional customer support and delivers great insights and reporting.

Gusto is simple to use. It was easy to get started onboarding employees and contractors. Anytime I had a question, customer suppport was easy to contact. We use Gusto multiple times a week to make payments. In addition, it is simple to run the reports I need when I submit grant paperwork.
I haven't found any downsides to using Gusto.
We don't have to hire a payroll company, which saves us lots of money.
Most helpful thing about gusto is just how easily their customer navigation portal is and just how I can just get all my documents and all the information that I need off of the website without having to ask for an email or just being forwarded to another website.
I don't have anything that I dislike about gusto
Right now it's just been solving the ability for me to be able to access all of my hours and all of my PTO in due time.
Everything about the platform is great. We manage over 150 employees across multiple entities with ease.
Would love to see them add travel management and booking to go along with their expense management solution.
Its an all in one platform that enables us to offer a great experience for our team members.

There is nothing I dislike about Gusto. They are worth the try.
I am able to track my employees clocking in and out via the app. This gives me freedom to be on the move while working in and out of the office.
Gusto is a real "set it and forget it" business tool. I always feel confident that Gusto is taking care of monitoring and executing our payroll & benefits, as well as all related compliance. They check in only when needed, and always with efficiency and friendliness. All downstream integrations also run smoothly.
Email correspondence is often requesting an optional action. I would suggest better use of the subject line to tag things so we can quickly move on instead of opening them.
Being able to outsource our payroll and benefits and feel confident that the whole package will run seamlessly is invaluable.

It is super easy to run payroll and to onboard new employees. It has really a good help to run our business. The customer support has been really helpful when whenever we have had questions or issues. The ease of integration and the ease of implementation were great with the help of the customer support team. For the number of features that Gusto has we have only scratched the surface. As out business grows we will add more features. Our Frequency of use right now is entering time sheets and running payroll.
There was is no intigration with the crm that we use for time sheets. Yardbook is that crm.

It reminds me when I'm getting paid. The app is super easy to use. I can't say enough great things about Gusto. It's exceeded my expectations compared to ADP.
No downsides and nothing to dislike. Literally very easy to use and very likeable.
Gusto helps me create payroll for my employees and it makes it easy for me to pay some employees once a months and others bi-weekly. I set everything up and Gusto takes care of the rest.
Extremely supportive, helpful and hands-on staff at Gusto that made the whole payroll transition smooth. The customer service is the best thing about Gusto I would recommend anyone to. Not to mention the user-friendly platform of Gusto.
Whenever there is a payroll block due to missing State tax information, it's not always very convenient to call Gusto to request to extend the block until tax information is received. There can be a better way to have the block extended with a click of a button perhaps.
The whole payroll process from A-Z, Benefit integration without a hassle, no extra paper work with state or federal taxes, hence time is consumed less in doing payroll, compared to manual or processing payroll with other payroll software. Gusto is benefiting I and my clients in having to not worry about documentation of employees when hiring, termination, and everything with State and Federal taxes
What I love about Gusto is its easy of use and the availablility of all of your important documents. As someone who has filed taxes late before SOLELY because I lost my tax forms and had to wait for my employer to mail them to me, having everything at my fingertips is such a gift. I also really like that you can easily see your pay breakdown and change your direct deposits. Having other jobs where you have to go to HR to make the smallest adjustment is such a headache and I love how Gusto does that. Lastly, I really appreciate that the website and app are not overwhelming visually. It's just wicked easy to find what you're looking for.
I don't really have any downsides as I've only found it to be useful for me as an employee. I obviously can't speak to what it's like from the employer side or pricing, but as an employee it is nothing but helpful.
Gusto keeps all of your important documents at your fingertips. It is solving that employees have to go to HR or a manager to get vital information or change banking info.
