This may be more of a decision made by our CFO, but our Bamboo instance does not contain data about paychecks. We have to use a separate software to get information about our paycheck, see pay stubs, and get W-2s. It would be convenient if this was all in one place- namely Bamboo. But for whatever reason, that is not the case for my organization.

I like that I can onboard new employees so easily! I love that all of my onboarding forms are digital. I also like that when a new employee come onboard, it's announced to their team. I also like the permissions that I can set up for certain managers. I have managers that i only want to be able to access notes, I have some managers that can access almost everything except for the CEO and CFO job info. It makes my life as the HR director so much easier and cuts most of my tasks in half.
There's nothing I dislike. The software is super user-friendly. THe only thing I have tried to do that was not available for me is that I have a reimbursement form that employees can complete to get reimbursements. This form goes to the employee and then their manager. I"d like to have this form available at all times to the employee so he can access it whenever a reimbursement is needed. Currently, I have to send it to them for signature.
We have solved the problem of being able to go just about paperless. I can onboard my new employees as well as send them digital forms to sign for benefits. It also keeps employees from coming to me with tons of questions all the time. They can easily login to bamboo to look up how much they are getting paid, their start date, benefit rates, other employees contact info, etc.
What we like most about bambooHR are its time tracking and goals tools. It is very easy to create and monitor individual goals, and it is also easy to create detailed reports for payments. The storage of bambooHR documents is very broad
We do not like your application tracking system (called ATS). It is difficult to precisely identify qualified candidates with it, and its mobile application for Hiring is slow and complicated to use, or at least, this in the Android version
