Deel is the SIMPLEST platform for pay, taxes, invoicing and more. As a contractor, I use Deel every month for a variety of functions. It makes it easy and seamless to communicate with my team and get things done.

How easy everything is. Also really fast.

I would add more crypto option to withdraw my fonds. Different kind of wallets and not just Coinbase. Another thing, I know Deel is not a bank or a wallet, but it would be more convenient for me if I just leave my money on deal and withdraw when I want. Or would be great to be able to create a bank account in the States and put my funds there. (note that I am from Argentina and is not so easy to just transfer my funds to a local bank)

So i am a contractor so my employeer pays my salary through Deel. Which I'm greatful because is easier and cheaper than Payoneer.

Many things, including the fact I can get a banking card. I have flexibility when deciding how to transfer my money since I can also choose crypto.
