Having a dedicated platform for remote job seekers would add an extra level of convenience and streamline the job search process even further. I like how Remote maintains a centralized location for all my payroll needs. Keep track of my PTOs, review and approve reimbursements, and show all my payslips without using multiple platforms.
I just wish they have a landline or phone support. Sometimes, employment verification needs to setup calls to verify. Other than that, the email support is awesome.
My company does not need to directly wire my payroll to me. Remote does that for us! It also files all our statutory requirements which removes extra work on my part as an individual who wants to pay taxes.
I am very happy with the service offered by remote, they explain everything in detail, you have 24/7 support and no question has ever gone unanswered, payment is always on time and I have all my documentation at hand. 100% recommended.
I would like the payrolls to always be available on the same day of the month. Maybe having a planification calendar to assure that we received the payslip on the same time that the payment.
To be able to work for international companies that do not necessarily have an international recruitment procedure.
The app is really helpful for checking paylisps, reimbursment requests, and keeping track of payments date for every period. Also useful to keep all personal information up to date and checking details about your current contract.
The only thing I can think of is by comparing the website version with the app - the feature to download your contract and your hiring documents has not been implemented yet.

- great account executives who answered all my silly very specific questions - always kept me up to date on what was happening - had a recent issue with emails notifications, they got back to me within 12 hours with a quick resolution - feels like they were on your side throughout the whole process even if it's just 1 person i was going to use it for
hard to say as only used it for 1. One that got me a bit confused are the diff user access, the manager of the employee couldn't get notifs regarding holidays or requests (equipment) unless they were admin which i had to do. Again this was OK to do with 1 employee but wouldn't be able to give this access to multiple managers
- we didnt have an entity in Denmark, where we wanted to hire someone asap. Remote was a quick solution!

The whole process with Remote was very easy. The website was simple to navigate. I had no complaints from the employees. As the admin, there was not much I needed to do.
The thing I disliked about Remote was the invoicing process. There would be an invoice at the beginning of the month and also a credit from the previous month.

Being a freelancer in Spain is very painful, as the conditions are deplorable compared to employees. Remote makes it possible to be hired as an Spanish employee without the hassle of setting up a company in Spain.
The integration with external systems could be improved. In my case, I use Build for Teams to report my monthly expenses, but I need to register them twice every time; this should be done automatically.
I don't have to be hired as an external contractor in Spain but as an employee. That makes accounting much simpler for me and improves my unemployment conditions.
