UI for mobile need optimization. I can share screenshots of the UI being broken on mobile. Its was better than it used to be 2 years back in 2020 but still needs lot more polishing to be able to lure customers to use it on mobile. Me personally never open it on mobile.

The people in Remote really cared about my particular case and were supportive all the time; they looked into my case and found a solution that was not in the original case.
Sometimes the communication took too long and was slow, but the CRM they used helped us to keep track of my progress among different service agents of Remote and other agencies they work with.
They help you to work for companies that do not actively have subsidiaries in a particular country and even help you with the visa process and other minor problems that the person might find when moving countries.
I love the clean user experience. The love the ability of being hired by a US company in Canada easily. The customer support was really fast in helping understand the legal matters.

I had an issue with EPF, and name correction, it was handled very nicely. A couple of more issue which was resolved quickly and clearly like, Mediclaim and tax declaration, etc.
Fairly easy to get started. Some problems setting up payment methods but they were resolved quickly. Now it just works. It is very easy to manage as the employer, and employees seem to get everything they need in most cases directly from the Remote interface.
There were a few steps that required contact with Remote support. Would have been nice if they were in the application and didn't take so much back and forth. But those were one-time steps.

Customer service is fantastic. Any additional legal or regulatory questions are always answered quickly. The process for onboarding employees is quick, and I have also found that Remote of the best-priced options for employers of record on the market.
It would be great if Remote could supply us with the employees 'estimated costs' living in the country in question so that we can have a broad overview of how much they should be paid.
We are finally able to hire wherever we would like, with ease. We have also started using the platform to pay contractors, which so far has been a quick and easy process.

When I was onboarding the company, I never received a call from remote.com to help me get onboard. However, I should say that I received a lot of emails and stuff to read that was equally helpful. That being said, a call would have been nice.
As an employee is really beneficial, it allows us to work for foreign companies as an actual employees instead of having to do annoying stuff like being a contractor.

I had a problem with my payslip address which was updated promptly and smoothly. I liked that the staff did not let the issue go dormant and kept chasing, ensuring that all was fixed well from their end.
