Help center should be based on what is available to you. I found an article about a time-off feature but found out that it is currently not available for me.
One stop shop where you can view and find what benefits you have and how to take advantage of them, a place where you can find your documents, time off and payslip information.
The auto invoicing feature with Oyster is super helpful for Contractors/Remote employess and we don't have to worry about sending manual invoices on time.
A Contract pushed via Oyster is not editable (contract date renewal) and getting this done by Oyster Support is a time consuming process. Having this in-platform would help.
Creating and tracking historic invoices is so much easier compared to the manual process.
Whatever the topic, the support is super reactive and keeps me updated even if there is no significant updates. So I know the resolution is in progress and I can trust them completely.
