Very intuitive platform. Onboarding with customer success team was fabulous
I can't think of anything other than our customer success representative got promoted and we were given a new person that is learning the system.

Administration is very simple. Support is responsive enough. Did not have any issues at all.
I did not find any of these. It would be nice to have a person per country and not a general email address with a ticketing system.
Employees can work in any country under any employment type. Employment and Taxation laws are all adhered to.
Oyster HRs are very responsive, and the dashboard is very friendly to use.

They are now in charge of filing my taxes and government contributions which will make the life of outsourced employees easy.
As an employee it was very easy to setup. All the information stands in the platform and you have easy access to everything
