The interface is very user friendly wherein you will not have a hard time navigating it. Customer Support team of Oyster is also very responsive and detailed in explaining solutions and next steps.
We would love to continue availing Oyster's services but the admin costs is something a start up company in a developing country would be a hard time maintaining.

Help center should be based on what is available to you. I found an article about a time-off feature but found out that it is currently not available for me.

The auto invoicing feature with Oyster is super helpful for Contractors/Remote employess and we don't have to worry about sending manual invoices on time.
A Contract pushed via Oyster is not editable (contract date renewal) and getting this done by Oyster Support is a time consuming process. Having this in-platform would help.
Creating and tracking historic invoices is so much easier compared to the manual process.
Whatever the topic, the support is super reactive and keeps me updated even if there is no significant updates. So I know the resolution is in progress and I can trust them completely.

I like that I feel I work with people who know what they're doing and have a sense of urgency. I am never left wondering what is going on. I do not have experience with competitors but at present I have no reason to look into them.
The support received before becoming clients does not do justice to the quality they provide after onboarding. It is of course not cheap but more or less at the same level than competitors.
I had to relocate to a Country where my employer did not have any presence; Oyster allowed me to continue doing my job and not having to deal with a lot of legal and tax complications.

Maybe the fact that I have to do things twice (for example when I ask a leave I need to do it on my company platform and Oster platform). And also the fact to fill up timesheet each month whereas my schedule is always the same.

Oyster is not one of the cheapest Remote Hiring platforms in the market, and if you're planning to hire just through Oyster, it can become utterly expensive. That being said, Oyster is still competitive and offers a much better service than other platforms.

Oyster's platform automates many of the tasks involved in hiring, such as creating employment contracts and onboarding employees. This can save me a lot of time and hassle. Expertise in Indian labor laws. Oyster has a team of experts who are familiar with Indian labor laws. This means that I can be confident that my rights are protected when I work with a company that uses Oyster. Overall, I think Oyster People Services is a great option for Indian talents who are looking for jobs globally. It's a fast, easy, and compliant way to find the right job for you.
As an Indian talent, I have a few dislikes about Oyster People Services: The platform does not support all of the Indian labor laws. This can make it difficult for talents to understand their rights and protections when working with a company that uses Oyster. One thing to mention is that Oyster doesn't allow NPS deduction yet in India, which is very important for employees' social security. The customer support team is not always available 24/7. Oyster's customer support team is available during business hours but may not be available if you have a question or issue outside of those hours. Getting a reply from customer support sometimes is delayed. Also, oyster should provide its talents(3rd party) company email id, ID card, and company contact number because these documents are required in India for many financial works.
Oyster helps me to get employed by a foreign employee while residing in my home country, and it takes care of my payroll, benefits and labor laws. Oyster improve previous arrangements by my employer by simplifying the process and automating it.
