Oyster's account managers are knowledgeable and provid timely and relevant feedback. Their interface is user friendly.
I would appreciate a mobile App for OysterHR otherwise their web interface works just fine.

This is my first contract engaged with Oyster and I must say that everything went so smooth during the onboarding process. The help desk is always reactiv and the Oyster team is really here to make your life easier. I got no issue so far within this first year and I can only recommand this plateform.
Well, since I got no issue with Oyster I can't really say that I did not like something. As an improvement vision, I would like to see a business company credit card to allow employees to benefit from these advantages when the job position allows it of course.
Oyster allows me to be able to work from my country of residence without having to worry about the requirements of the HR system that the company I work for is requesting. I keep the local environment and laws for the contract.

There is really nothing to dislike about Oyster, the only one thing that could be improved is the response time when support is needed, although if everything is done within their suggested notice period that is not an issue at all
We had our existing employees permanently moving to the countries where we don't have entities and Oyster had a solution for it that has served and supported us very well

I am completely satisfied with my experience with Oyster. I just have one improvement suggestion: Streamlined Onboarding Process. Continuously review and streamline the onboarding process to reduce any potential bottlenecks and enhance the experience for new hires. A seamless onboarding process sets the right tone for an employee's journey with the company.

Sometimes oyster takes two weeks to send money, but the contract says it takes 3 to 5 days
It mainly solves the person's invoice if the person sends the correct details to oyster

Nothing related to Oyster here. There are some partners in certain countries where the onboarding experience is a little bit more complex, but Oyster is always there to help.
