Able to post jobs quick and easy, the knockout questions can be formatted base don the requirements you have keyed in for the job already. you also have the opportunity to disqualify a candidate based on the answers to your knock out questions. We used Workable and another tracking system and always pulled awesome candidates from Workable over the other system. We would also have positions that would be open again and Workable saved all job positions as archived so it made posting the position as available that much easier.
Some of the navigation through the website was a little hard to get the hang of at first. But nothing that kept me or anyone else on my team from using it to post jobs.
It allowed us to quickly move through candidates based on the knockout questions and allowed us to manage and track candidates more efficiently! I loved using Workable
Recruitment is a numbers game to a greater degree. Workable manages numbers and find candidates.
The app is a little clunky and mostly feezes
Recruitment process and funnel of good candidates.
This is literally the best system I have ever used. So simple to set up and start straight away. You can track recruits easily through the process. The system is adaptable to meet your individual needs and can be tailored to reflect the individual needs of your company. The on line support is rapid and on the ball!
It is costly and not as many advertising outlets for jobs in the UK
Solves the entire recruitment process!
Easy to navigate and use to conduct interviews
Issues integrating with our HRIS (but this should hopefully be resolved soon!)
Interviewing, sending offer letters
Using workable has made our recruitment process very easy. It has been very helpful in managing multiple job posts together and also shortlisting good candidates. It has also been helpful in scheduling calls with the candidates. Overall a good experience.
There is no such downside of using workable. Only if one thing would be added, it could make the overall experience very smooth - that is onboarding candidate.
It has made the recruitment process very easy. We can manage multiple job posts together in one application. Easy to manage and shortlist hundreds of candidates together.
It helps me save time with my HR-related work.
I want a reaction function to the comments section. I would also add more options to the candidates' evaluation (not just like/dislike).
It's an end-to-end solution to talent acquisition for any SME.
Workable posts my job ads on the top job portals, so I receive good traction and responses from talented candidates.
I dislike that I cannot customize the Talent Pool. I work on several roles and would have liked to be more specific with the candidates I place in the Talent Pool, since I keep them for my pipeline.
Workable benefits me in my search for awesome Talent. I really need to just place 1 ad and workable will give me candidates from other job boards.
You don't have to press many buttons to get to what you want. I liked the platform and the way the process is put together. I made our life really easier. Also the support team is really helpful.
Some features were still in the making that we could use right away, but I was happy to hear they are developing something new and exciting for me to use. At the end we were a bit confused to see that we had to pay for another year if we want to cancle the contract.
Workable is solving the problem of pipeline visibility. It is very clear which candidate is in which stage and what we have to do with him/her to proceed. I really like the templates feature both for messages and for scorecards.
Easy to track the candidates through the hiring process.
The back-end setup is a bit more complex.
Allows me to quickly decide which candidates are most appropriate for the job.
Notifications are very helpful, I get emails when i'm tagged on candidates which helps keep me up to date on what I need to review. I like that I can figure out most things without asking for help because the user experience is very intuitive.
Sometimes when the information is transalated from a CV into the fields within workable it can be inaccurate plus it would be super helpful to be able to use these fields to filter candidates.
With so many candidates applying for various roles we're looking to hire for, workable is helping save us time organising profiles and arranging interviews - which ultimately helps us hire rapidly and grow as a business.
Really helpful flows: Each step of the process is clear and intuitive.
I can't pinpoint any particular issue or blocker to my needs.
I need an intuitive and clear way to manage my hiring process. Workable is solving this in a great way!
Features, ease of use and collaboration.
I would like there to be more customization available with regard to the hiring process steps and with the evaluation options.
The ability to have the entire hiring team evaluate and comment on applicants without having to email everyone back and forth and having a place to store all of our hiring process emails, notes, etc.
Workable cuts away all of the superfluous needs of a traditional CMS; their builder was super easy to use and quite intuitive. Quick to implement and build within.
No dislikes at this time; we didn't run into anything we couldn't address on our own without the help of any additional support.
Multiple languages, job postings, a single unified 'careers' page.
Very clean platform and very easy to use. Easy for first time users as well. Keeps candidates organized and the interface is very pleasing for recruiters to keep track of candidates.
It's not too well known of a platform and I believe it's newer so it could use a few improvements. The good thing is that they're a smaller company so they actually listen to your feedback.
Helps to keep track of candidates. Very easy to see where your candidates are in the interview process. Helps so that you can have touchpoints with candidates by setting reminders.
It is user friendly and easy to navigate through
It is challenging to filter applicants per location
Able to attract a good pool of candidates and make the shortlisting process easier.
The display of the candidate's application stages. The organized job availabilities and the grouping of all candidate information.
I generally love the website, I dont have many complaints, I would however prefer page numbers when looking through the applicants. As sometimes I find when I see the same applicants over and over again. It would helo if i knew that i stopped reviewing applicants on page 6 for example so i know where to pick up from.
Currently my company uses it to look for applicants to fill positions we need in our company. The benfits of it is that is easily allows us to organize applicants according to who needs to have live interviews, who has been sent a competency test etc.
With a 15-minute induction from HR, I was able to handle all my tasks and see the progress of the candidate pipeline very easily. Comments, evaluations, and moving candidates to the next stage were very straightforward, and the tool presents the history of actions and comments very clearly.
The statistics part gave some odd metrics. It seems to have something to do with the rejection of candidates at different stages, but overall the stats weren't that useful. Fortunately, they are not that relevant to me as a recruiting manager.
It's helping me get a grasp of a massive amount of applications and applicants. It also ensures that each candidate is treated with respect. For instance, sending rejection messages is easy and well connected to the rejection of candidates in the tool.
It saves me time when referring candidate's and for applicants as well
The upload resume button can get abit clunky when uploading some résumés
Bad experiences vented out by applicants, tedious referal process, management of a ready pool of talent with efficiency and in a cost effective way
Ease of use. Continual upgrades and addition of partner integrations. Decent reporting.
Some of the search tools could be more robust. I haven't found an easy way to search through archived job postings.
Put this in place 5 years ago to replace an entirely manual process (resumes came to an e-mail address, no way to track, sort, report, etc)
Workable's platform is intuitive and easy to launch for new hiring manager team members without detailed training.
I think there can be improvements to the interface with the interview guides. That part is not logical as to how you attach it to the job.
Workable has enabled us to navigate away from painful spreadsheets and collaborate as a distributed team in a more functional way.
