The accessibility and ease of navigation. Being able to do multiple things at once is awesome and very helpful on the recruiting end. It saves time, and saving time saves money
It can be interrupted a lot. Not sure because of the updates constantly happening or what. Also, the mobile application lags sometimes.
Tracking my candidates, running my reports and searching for new leads. Those benefits have helped me become more organized, make more placements and make more money ! Thank you BH !
I enjoy the ease of use for searching candidates.
I do not like the setup on how you can track a candidate. Way too many steps.
The ability to search and save candidates and resumes.
I like that they are consistently updating it and it is very user friendly. I also like that there are many functions that allow you to search quickly for candidate information.
I dislike that it is not customize-able down to the client level like other CRM systems.
We keep everything organized and keep notes on all clients.
This may sound cliche, but I love the layout of the home page, i also love the colorful icons that allow you to easily navigate the site. Between search functionality and reporting this sleek layout is a gem for the staffing industry. I needed something that would organize my candidates but also allow me to contact masses if needed.
Sometimes the amount of tabs that spread for searches can be overwhelming. And if you don’t save your most common searches as favorites, it can be time consuming to get exactly what your looking for and narrow down a search.
The overall organization of our candidate base. Including applications, payment info, personal info etc. everything is a one stop shop with bullhorn canvas. I realized how many different programs I was using separately before our company made the switch.
I love how user friendly this software is and the fact that there are minimal errors
I do not really have any dislikes so far in the 2 years I have used it

Bullhorn helps us find candidates we have used in the past as well as new candidates in certain areas.
I cannot think of anything I dislike at this time.
We are using it to keep track of our candidates with their information, also emailing them for jobs. We keep track of our jobs, placements and submissions with Bullhorn.
