Bullhorn is user friendly and has great attributes-reports, database, parsing, etc. that makes it easy for a company to align their candidates and needs.

Hiring candidates to our BI Practice. Benefits include being able to align the right people with our roles. Additionally, being able to track candidates in our process and document.
I have used three different types of recruiting applications during my time as a technical recruiter and Bullhorn is by far the best. It is extremely robust and easy to use. What I like best about it is that it is great for both recruiters and Sales Reps alike. One function isn't better then the other.
I hate when Bullhorn does go down. This happens time to time.

I like that Bullhorn can be accessed by all branches at a company, so recruiters can all be on the same page if they are working with the same candidate. I like that Bullhorn works with Textus, so all corrospondance with candidates is recorded in one place.
The downside is that Bullhorn constantly crashes, and the email links don't open in the web app. This is a huge pain, and the only way to solve it is to constantly log in and out of Bullhorn.
Bullhorn helps us solve the issue of miscommunication over candidates. Having a system that all recruiters and admins can access across different company branches is very helpful and prevents confusion!
I can create tasks and view account activity. It is easy to view the candidate's profile and get the information I need!
I wish I could mass email and create tasks for people from the task page. Currently, it's only allowed on the candidate list.

Daily, I can monitor job postings and connect with candidates. Our database is vast and allows the sourcing of candidates along with the ability to contact them and using extensions for the ease of scheduling interviews with candidates.
While I was working for a recruiting agency, Bullhorn was very adaptable and easy to use to keep track of clients and open roles.
It could be a little daunting for someone who is new to ATS & CRMs, but tutorial videos are helpful.

Easy to find candidates and information; you have everything in one place and are able to locate all of the person's information quite easily and fast. Use the phone number and find who you are looking for
I wish it were possible to find people on something other than their email and phone number; maybe the social security number would help as some people change their number quite often
Finding information and maintaining records is quite convenient as you can store a lot of information under the person's name. I love that you can leave notes under their file

BullHorn is a nice CRM for keep trace of all pipeline and workflow
Bullhorn offers an almost entirely customizable solution for any recruiting workflow. I use it strictly for Perm Recruiting and have the Enterprise solution, which allows you to ultimately build out and customize your workflows, adding steps and requirements when needed to ensure all recruiters are doing the same process. We leverage it for sales and recruiting efforts and have a similar lead tracking, conversion, and response process built out.
The dashboards are helpful but could be better; you can customize the reports and dashboards, but the backend is not intuitive. We had to work with a Bullhorn consultant to build out our reporting capabilities. Some of the lead tracking is a bit clunky; for example, when you go to a client record, you can add a contact and the many fields auto-populate, but you cannot do this for a lead, you have to add all the information manually. There is also no 'note record tracking for leads, so once you convert them all the note actions are blank.
We use Bullhorn CRM for every facet of our business; it is essential to running out day-to-day operations and how we find success as an organization. We leverage it for sales, recruiting and account management. We track our NPS score with a bullhorn and use it to send email campaigns when needed. We track placements and other job analytics but do not use it for commission tracking.
Bullhorn ATS has a very robust integration of the job sites where you can access all the job sites except for indeed in the same platform. That make things much easier for the user.
The Bullhorn CRM is very expensive than its counterpart service providers. I hope they reduce the price so that they can add more users. Also small companies would love to get into it and enjoy the Bullhorn ATS and CRM.
We are using ATS for Recruitments and CRM for Sales. Both the features are good, and we can easily migrate the information to the ATS and CRM without hassle to the users.
