I like that it is easy to use. It is easy to post jobs and also retrieve candidates.
There isn't anything that I dislike. It is easy to use.
Not provided
The ability to go through many different resume in a short time.
At times i will get candidates that are not qualified for the position.

It's easy to use interface, it's very easy to edit current jobs, and have them posted live automatically. I like the amount of people this tool reaches out to, and mostly qualified candidates respond. I do like the thumbs up, thumbs down feature (thumbs to the side too!). It's an easy way of saying yes or no to a candidate.
The way it makes you look through every candidate, and how they don't disappear after you've rejected them, in the view candidate tool. I also don't like that there are work arounds to the mandatory questions you ask. Another suggestion, in the thumbs up, thumbs down, the thumbs down should reject the candidate (and take them off the view candidates area for good). It'd be great if it automatically rejected the candidates too.
We are responsible for helping large organizations find creative, digital, and marketing talent, so more access helps our business and theirs, while helping people find jobs. Zip makes it easy to manage the job posting process.
I like that ZipRecruiter allows me to update my resume information to their website and matches me with jobs that I qualify for.
Its somewhat more challeging to find a job that provides sponsorship for internationals. For example, a site like Handshake filters those jobs.
It bridges the gap between employers and potential employees. With the integration that Zip recruiter has it is much quicker to simlessly browsing and apply to positions as well as connecting with employers/partners.
Best thing is you got lots of responses by recruiters according to your profile.
Most of responses comes for a contract role that's not good as everyone needs a permanent position.
Used it a lot in my past and still getting responses from the consulting firm , but for contract work which i am not interested in.
ZipRecruiter provides several different packages for companies with a variety of recruiting budgets! We were able to select the monthly subscription plan that best fits our current recruiting needs. We also really appreciate that they allow the option to add on ala carte options on top of your subscription if you have a job that you need to get filled fast, allowing you to add on an extra push to the job boards for that specific position. One of the best options is the ability to search resumes and invite potential candidates to apply! These may be great matches that would otherwise possibly not have seen our job posting.
We are newer to using ZipRecruiter, but so far we have not found anything that we do not like. I do wish that there were more options as far as enhancing a job posting that maybe weren't as expensive to help those smaller-size businesses that typically have a lower recruiting budget to work with.
The biggest problem we are solving with ZipRecruiter is our staffing needs! We have realized the benefit of being able to have ZipRecruiter post to several different job boards in order to maximize the number of potential employees that may see our job post and learn about our company.
I think the job postings attract higher quality candidates
The resume database has candidates from 2019 which isn't really feasible
I am screening candidates and have got 2 hired over 8 months
I like that ZR allows you to look through a database of resumes to find candidates who are passively looking. I also like the rating system of thumbs up thumbs down plus neutral to quickly sort through those who are qualified and those who deserve a second look
I don't like that ZR immediately notifies a candidate if you gave them a thumbs down. If they get a no shortly after applying it's discouraging to them and gives a bad impression of the company. I also have noticed that ZR will send out a resume of someone with key words even if they didn't actively apply. This makes my job hard as the recruiter bc I think someone has shown interest and they are confused as to why I'm calling
We are able to sort through resumes quickly to help in finding the right candidates. The benefits are how quick the process can be provided that enough qualified candidates are applying
Ziprecruiter is a handy tool to see open opportunities along with pay and benefits
That I can't go to the website of the company hiring
It's easy to see requirements and responsibilities for each job.
I am able to quickly post a job and find applicants.
I dislike the resume database. It does not use your typical Boolean search.
Many people dislike the fact that Zip does not allow for Boolean search. It can be really hard to find qualified candidates through the resume database, however you do get some solid candidates through job postings.
I have used ZipRecruiter several times to find employees, and overall it has worked out well.
The worst part is getting spammed with potential applicants that aren't qualified, however that falls more on the user than the software.
Overall ZipRecruiter has helped me find several qualified employees for our business.
Several positions daily that you one gets notified of is a plus.
That after all the notifications of jobs and then all the applying done with those jobs, still unemployed. Feels like nothing comes from it. I have not met one person that has said they have gotten hired from a zip recruiter job they applied for, so that is very disheartening and discouraging.
None at this time.
The thing I like the most is the convenience and the ability to network
Nothing to say bad about this site and the way they do things
It's an extremely good place to find employment
It comes to my phone and I can look at the jobs and see if it is something I’m interested in
Haven’t found anything yet as I am a new user and haven’t got the deep into it yet
Easy to use
Constant Job alert and frequent follow up
To meetinh the needs of international job seekers well Eno
Actively job hunting
The constant and diligent automated searching and notifications from the platform. As well the “One Touch Apply” feature , Although it’s not available for every Job posting , it surely saves a lot of time while on the hunt.
When an applicant has applied for a certain job position that may carry the key word “Sales” ... The systems algorithm that uses that job positions key word too one dimensionally. It then sends every single “Sales “ position under the sun to you as a recommendation from Realestate to Used Car sales associate (basically a used car salesman) ..... The key word algorithm needs some tweaking. Possibly pairing one more or several more key words together to make the suggested positions sent to you more accurate.
Problems that are maybe not “solved” but made less of a nuisance, is the ability to quickly scan Job positions to weed out any postings that are not desired. Benefits are (as mentioned earlier) the “One Touch Apply”, The ability to create a Profile, The links to an assortment of proficiency & assessment tests that allow you to post your results to your profile that aid in verification of knowledge or skills.
The most helpful thing or features about ZipRecruiter is that it's quick, it's fairly simple to use and once you set up your profile, you will receive numerous positions that match your skill-set. Next, once you get the various lists/notifications, there is an option to do a 1-click Apply. Who could ask for more?!
This is a tough question, as there's not too much to dislike about ZR, as it seems to find and present a candidate with lots of great job leads yet have found that like CareerBliss and JJ Jobs are also good resources when searching for a new position. My only real complaint, which I just entered on the official ZipRecruiter survey is that they seem, at least in my city or area, to list a lot of companies that are just looking for raw skill people and not those with any particular skill sets or degrees.
Currently, I don't have any problems or issues that I am solving with ZipRecruiter, as I'm still employed with the same company that I started with a year ago but am checking out local labor market ;'). The benefits I have realized with Zip is an incredible sense of competence due to how they tell you how close of a match u are to each position you apply to and, some hope or optimism from the fact that they seem to have 1000's of jobs listed every week!
I love the one click application process
Don't like it when potential jobs reroute me to third party websites
Follow up is great with this site
I like the many offers, but different specialties and places, but most of the jobs close acceptance once I submit them
I do not like your delay in the presentation of jobs
I am sure you do what you can in the job offer
ZipRecruiter often shows me jobs that I have not found with other searches.
ZipRecruiter tends to send more emails and text messages than other sites. Sometimes the jobs are not relevant at all.
ZipRecruiter has shown me jobs that I may not have found otherwise.
