What do you like best about Personio?

I liked that I didn't have to use multiple HR software for different tools to manage the HR issues. Personio covers all the needs, and this feature-rich software improves my day.

One issue with Personio is with its response time. Sometimes, it isn't easy to access the platform.

What do you like best about Personio?

Expediting HR processes like employment hiring and automating some of the tasks is the best I think about Personio. Regarding the tools navigation, I love that it is easy to navigate and find the tools I want to use.

What do you dislike about Personio?

Everything on Personio's features and tools is helpful, making me have nothing to dislike about Personio.

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an HR controller in my company, Personio has helped with the attendance, holiday management, and approval process. The calendar is integrated with Google Calander, making synchronizing easy.

What do you like best about Personio?

Personio offers HR services at all levels. Very easy to use and requires minimal training. It is also constantly being updated with new features. Also, the support team is very responsive and friendly :)

What do you dislike about Personio?

We did not have any major issues with the platform except the performance issues with the applicant management dashboard. Also, the variety of reports available is not vast.

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you are looking for a one-stop solution to deal with your HR IT needs, Personio is a great option. It helps you stay in compliance with legalities. The support is excellent.

What do you like best about Personio?

The aspects that Personio's user-friendly design and extensive capabilities most appeal to me. It simplifies many HR procedures, which helps me do my work faster and better. For handling employee data, attendance, leave requests, and performance reviews, the platform provides a smooth user experience. I can efficiently manage and evaluate HR indicators thanks to the customized dashboards and reporting features. The recruiting process is also made simpler with Personio's integrated recruitment module, from posting job positions to maintaining candidate profiles.

What do you dislike about Personio?

The system occasionally has a tendency to run slowly, especially when processing big volumes of data or creating intricate reports. When I'm rushing to do work, this can be frustrating. Second, I wish the program could perform more sophisticated analytics and reporting. While it provides the most fundamental reporting capabilities, it falls short in terms of producing insightful insights and visualizations.

Our HR operations are streamlined and centralized, making spreadsheets and laborious documentation unnecessary. Time is saved, and the possibility of mistakes is decreased. Second, Personio streamlines our operations and boosts productivity by automating processes like employee onboarding, leave administration, and performance reviews. It also gives us a comprehensive picture of our employees, enabling us to handle employee information, attendance, and calendars successfully.

"Improve your HR Process with Personio"
What do you like best about Personio?

Personio has been an essential tool for our team, enabling us to design highly efficient and convenient HR processes at our organisation. We really like its compatibility across devices, I’ve personally used it in Android, iPhone, and laptop/web environments, and it always works seamlessly. HR Processes look polished with persionio and suitable for our employees. As an all-in-one HR system, Personio comes with talent management systems, attendance management, time tracking, payroll and many other features. But it can also integrate with other popular platforms using integration marketplace and Zapier. Personio works really well for the Europe-based organisation as they help you manage compliances well.

What do you dislike about Personio?

They do have developer API and documentation, but I think it can improved little more to have a better clarity for the developers.

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since using Personio, our HR team has been able to manage the organisation more easily and quickly. Instead going through multiple tools, using an all inane tool has helped our team to save a lot time. Overall, Personio has made a positive impact on our organization.

I think Personio has a lot of features that are really helpful for our HR management requirements. The flexible platform and user-friendly UI are my favorite aspects of Personio. It enables me to handle all HR-related duties in a one location, including hiring, onboarding, time tracking, and performance monitoring. The platform's reporting features also offer insightful information on the success of our team, which helps us make defensible decisions. Furthermore, Personio's top-notch customer service staff is always accessible to help with any problems or inquiries we might have. Overall, Personio has streamlined our HR procedures and made them easier to use, making it a vital tool.

What do you dislike about Personio?

There aren't many aspects of Personio that I despise. If I were to single out one thing, it would be the absence of integrations with other third-party programs. Even though Personio has a wide range of features and functions, it would be helpful if it could work with other HR management programs, such payroll or time tracking software. This will lessen the requirement for manual data entry and further streamline our HR procedures. While Personio's customer service is outstanding, I would like to see additional lessons and self-help materials for educating team members. Overall, these are minor concerns that have little to no influence on Personio's effectiveness as a platform for HR administration.

Numerous issues pertaining to our HR administration requirements have been resolved by Personio. Streamlining our hiring process is one of the biggest issues Personio has resolved. We can publish job postings on the platform, track applicants, and more easily find and employ the best people. Additionally, we have been able to evaluate staff productivity and pinpoint areas for improvement thanks to Personio's time monitoring and performance management features. Our team's efficiency and production have grown as a result of this. Overall, Personio's service has helped us by giving us a single location to handle all HR-related operations, minimizing manual procedures, and giving us useful information about the performance of our staff. Additionally, it has allowed us to spend less time on HR-related chores and more time on our main business operations.

What do you like best about Personio?

What I loved best about Personio was its basic design, which made it easy to browse and get the information we were looking for. I particularly like how it streamlines HR processes and procedures, such as organizing our records for simple access and allowing me to verify the most recent records we have. And my favorite feature is being able to file for leave without any back-and-forth since Personio already has an absence system in place.

What do you dislike about Personio?

The one thing I dislike about Personio is its limited customization choices; some of my colleagues have expressed a need for more alternatives for personalizing the platform to the specific needs of our the company.
