The UX/UI experience and the possibility to integrate it with other platforms not as usual as Azure. The rest of things are great and it´s a company improving its product all time.
Coming from the comment before, the integration with Azure is useful but it would be nice if the connection could offer other advantages as a sync with the calendar.
Until the moment, we used to do the big part of HR tasks manually or in .excel sheets. With this, we have all the information in one place and taking all the parts we need to analyze easily.

Personio is mainly very easy to use. Everything is made by logic. I find very useful the report menu which I use the most. Also, absence management is very helpful.
It would be great if there is a survey management tool connected to the data, which will give good analytics to the result also. Also a little adjustment on the P&D module which I believe to will be done soon.
We finally found a good product for employee management and got rid of a lot of excel files. We are tracking employees' contract status, and absence status, extracting a lot of reports and the most important is that we have all data in one place.

Simple and intuitive usage - our employees can work with the tool without much training. Focus on self-service - but with release guidelines. Versatile integration with other systems such as Microsoft365 and many more thanks to API.
Amount of paid add-ons. Sometimes I only need a small function, but again it is bundled in a paid add-on with many more functions. Sometimes the cost / benefit ratio does not fit.

Centralizes all HR processes in one system. From digital personnel database, to recruiting, the workflow hub and time management. A big plus is the integration of 3rd party systems as ATOSS into Personio.
The only downside of Personio is from our perspective that it is available only as a cloud solution and not on-premise. In our case that was key factor in reconsidering implementation of Personio.
Personio is solving the problem of to many excel lists. Finally we can centralize all HR data in one system. An upside to Personio is its flexbility and possibility to interlink other systems for time management or travel expenses.
Personio is very user-friendly. As Admin, you can change everything, from attendance to absenteeism. And if something is not working, the team reacts to your tickets very fast and solves your issue (in my experience of more than 50 Tickets) in less than 2 days.
Sometimes some updates change the tool's view, making the employees doubt how they should use the tool or even if there is a bug within the tool. With the latest update, it was difficult for me to know where do get support from the team. After a charming video call with my key account manager from Personio, all my questions were solved.
Not only the daily admin HR topics as attendance and absenteeism. Personio has a report tool, which makes very easy for me to get reports for FTE, worked hours, etc.
Personio allows to minimize manual administrative work so you can manage them more efficiently and spent more time with them.
Personio offers many features and might be a bit too much at first. The documentation is really good so you get a hang of it really fast.
It combines employee records, vacation requests, statistics, payroll accounting and so much more in one place. It helps me find stuff in no time.

It's limited options to choose colors tags, and that files cant be upload in bulks by the name the user wants to give the document

There is nothing you can "dislike". But one feature could be more interactive, its the way of organizing a comperny Holliday wich is only possible by import an excel.
Personio is such an interactiv, easy to handle tool. We all love to work with it; in that way, it makes it much easyer to manage all workflows for leading People and care for them!

super clear and easy: all options can be found quickly and easily. You'll be up and running within a day and even if you still have questions, there's a great FAQ area including video instructions. Monthly webinars, which always keep you up to date on innovations in the program, are also great. Additionally, Personio offers a great support team and webinars to the topics you're struggling eith.
some menus / settings are too general. Some adjustment screws would have to be subdivided further. There should also be more options that take away the bureaucracy, e.g. no checking / confirmation by admins for entries made by employees
we have created our entire personnel administration processes including recruiting in Personio. The best thing about it is that you can find all the important information clearly in one portal, including the upload of documents, contracts, etc.

I really enjoyed the ease of implementation and the structured approach and guidance to help HR professionals think through how the product can work for their needs.
So far, I don't have strong complaints. I think an area for improvement would be the ability to continue through payroll and have that process be easy for the Philippine context.

Personio is software that centralizes employee information. Moreover, it does all this work automatically and efficiently without additional effort. I can assign tasks from a dashboard, know the information about attendance and absences, progress on different projects, contact information, etc. Also, Personio allows an advanced degree of customization. Thanks to this, each company can develop an optimal system.
There is nothing that bothers me about Personio. However, the navigation could be better. For example, it takes a lot of steps to get to some screens, even if they are related functions. It's a design with a good foundation that should be refined.
I use Personio to obtain all the information about employees and their progress. From this information gathering, I generate reports quite frequently. They help make decisions, such as redistributing tasks if necessary. Personio is also the perfect tool to apply performance tests and obtain objective results. In addition, this system is ideal for detecting weaknesses and creating reinforcement strategies.
