Having joined my employer post personio implementation. I was initially very impressed with the amount of customisation and bespoke tools we were able to utilise to help support our people and engagement strategies. The feedback from our teams are overwhelmingly positive and we are still working on areas of utilisation,earning the opportunities for further improvements are incredibly exciting
The support we receive from our account manager, the user interface and the ability to report quickly and easily are game changers for our team.
Personio's ability to integrate with other tools has been life changing for our people team. Whether reducing onboarding times, helping engage new starters or allowing our people to self manage holidays and give them the ability to own their personal details and self serve deliver excellent time and cost savings.
After researching multiple HR software vendors, we found that only Personio's suite of tools, which includes eSigning, Recruiting, and Automation, fully met our needs.
The price of Personio may seem high for a company of its stature. Still, it's reasonable when you consider all its services.
Our system has improved efficiency, saved time, and streamlined the employee life cycle. Recruitment managers engage at appropriate times, simplifying the process and reducing time requirements after deploying Personio.

- Calendar integrations for Office aren't great, it would help to have more functionality. - Would love to have functions developed by Personio itself, instead of integrations with other platforms. For example, questionnaire forms, etc.

Nothing really. Used the software for nearly 2 years and never had an issue.
As a small company, you need to adhere to regulatory circumstances. Personio made it really easy to set up a fully function HR system in a very short time.
The UX/UI experience and the possibility to integrate it with other platforms not as usual as Azure. The rest of things are great and it´s a company improving its product all time.
Coming from the comment before, the integration with Azure is useful but it would be nice if the connection could offer other advantages as a sync with the calendar.
Until the moment, we used to do the big part of HR tasks manually or in .excel sheets. With this, we have all the information in one place and taking all the parts we need to analyze easily.
Simple and intuitive usage - our employees can work with the tool without much training. Focus on self-service - but with release guidelines. Versatile integration with other systems such as Microsoft365 and many more thanks to API.
Amount of paid add-ons. Sometimes I only need a small function, but again it is bundled in a paid add-on with many more functions. Sometimes the cost / benefit ratio does not fit.
Central HR, self-service for vacation and other absences. Synchronization with other systems. Posting of jobs. Management of applications.
What I value the most about the Personio implementation process is the support and follow-up provided by María Laura Arauco, who at all times has been able to answer questions and guide us in account adjustments. He has also shown a lot of interest in everything going perfect. On the other hand, I have also been very satisfied that two reviews of the account have been carried out, the first by María Laura and the other by the technical service team.

Personio allows you to centralize information in a single tool and streamline human resources processes as well as communication with employees. In adicction one of the features is to be able to sign documents through the platform
I am very happy with the great support of the Personio support team and the Personio community. Both is very helpful, friendly and fast in answering my questions. They can give you links to best practises and are always answering very personal and individual. The support team is not outsourced. The team seems to be very thankful for critics, ideas and the report of faults/bugs in their program. The whole program is easy to use and easy to adjust if it is needed. I knew Datev before and that is all very complicated to administrate and to adjust. Personio is much more handy, open to use it for new ideas and it looks modern. Many features are self-explanatory and it is not an obstacle to make them more accessible to our users. The calender with its possibility to organise all the absences of work with individual processes is what i use the most in addition to the digital personnel files and the documentation of the individual personnel development (onboarding, appraisal interviews, performance). Frequent news concerning updates, changes, new tools and others and many ways to receive them (homepage, newsletter, community, online-meetings, asking the support).
Since our implemetation Personio changed their price model once, but the price is still ok for the benefit. With the growing of the company and the inclusion of new features / programms I am always a little bit worried about the next increase in price. I do not use the forms (recruiting, onboarding) because they were not that easy to build and make them work properly, i found. Maybe they changed it, i am not sure because I never tried it again. I think that the recording and the presentation of the salaries is not the best. It is not very flexible to adjust to my wishes. For that we are still using and Excel sheet.
