I like Zoho People because the interaction I get through this software is amazing. It enables me to be in charge of all employee-things related, especially the management of reports, schedules, and time-offs. It's a very colorful program and I can use it to ensure stable communication with every team, and use different forms of communication that Zoho people has in availability, along with searching for tasks easily. It's a software that works quickly.
In my opinion, I think that the interface is every clogged up, and made things difficult to navigate, as well as setting everything up for the first time. I think that they keep adding too much features but it would be beneficial for me and my team if they polished and improved the ones that are already on the software.
Zoho People has helped me take care of every little detail that could go missing, and it has helped me create an effective and responsible environment in my workplace. It's very automatic and helps me with time management too. I have also seen improvement in the distribution of projects to employees too.
Zoho's biggest selling point for me, and a big reason for its charm, is how simplistic and user friendly its user interface is. Coming from a wide range of over complicated, harder to use applications, this is a breath of fresh air. And it achieves this without sacrificing features. This in turn makes Zoho People a far more inviting application that users of it actually rely on. And all of this is made even better by the splendid, native mobile applications it supports.
It's hard to complain about Zoho, but if I was forced to, it would be that the mobile application has some kind of bug as it occasionally logs me out without warning and I have to log back into the application.
Zoho People solves the standard problems of HR management. However, Zoho has the unexpected benefit that by being so easy to use, we found its users have used it a lot more than they used previous alternatives.
It has met and exceeded expectations because it is a cloud solution that covers our human resources needs from start to finish, I liked how intuitive it is to use, no training was needed for new employees to start using it. Since with your arrival at the company it is now better to make data sheets, personal data storage, assistance, compensation, complex details of each menu, complete control for the administrator to change and configure the desired settings, I can say that Zoho is working Hard and delivering positive results.
The mobile application can be a bit defective sometimes, they repair it a lot, but the geo location function is a bit complicated since they have made improvements because in the past you could falsify the location by falsifying the GPS coordinates, but now you cannot do it since It works a bit with IP addresses to triangulate where they are, but sometimes you get the location of the ISP and not where you are from, so sometimes you will have trouble registering.
Save a lot of valuable time to feel the time sheets in spreadsheets, this application is ideal for companies that do not have a clock input and output system, a file repository for each employee for human resources documents and a calendar of the company with events or things that will be done in the company by employee. It is a valuable resource as it also provides geo location limits so you can verify where your employees are entering and leaving and securely host important documents such as tax forms for your employees. You can also use it to tabulate the hours of work that an employee has done during the week or month and export it for use with any payroll program.
Intuitive UI, User Friendly Device, Lots of Customization options.
Payroll System could have been integrated
Better Organization of Employees, On Time Project Delivery
Because I use other Zoho apps, the user interface is very familiar and easy to use. Connecting it with zoho mail and zoho invoice is so easy and by far the most working human resource app I have ever tested.
Some of the unused features such Approvals is not necessarily important for small business. No app for this for Windows.
Managing payroll, and keep track on my company size versus its efficiency
It honestly saves me a lot of stress with the Leave Request and Approval workflows. It also serves as a great director for my company.
Well, I think I had some issues navigating around the application, the user interface can be made simpler.
Employee Management Leave Management
-Time management -Hours tracking -Internal communication -Supportive customer care
-Lags sometimes -A lot of things -takes time to get used to it
-Management of the employee hours -Tracking of jobs/projects -Attendance record -
What I really love about Zoho People software is the centralized employee information, everything in one place. I love the real-time collaboration and their customization as well.
They need to work on many issues, such as: mobile app, their attendance management and employee self-service.
The system is all in one, so the software is great and very useful.
Self-check-in using mobile. Attendance management.
Mobile app needs more facilities and to be more user-friendly
Attendance management is solved. Feedback system is very useful to document feedbacks also instant appreciations.
I love the Analytics features which helps to provide insight for management on staff and organizational process. Also the Performance Appraisal system is go great.
The portal has simple drop down but the sub module has too much information that makes it not tot ease to use
HR Automation
Zoho people is great for tracking different types of time off, logging hours in the office, and keeping track of employee information.
I wish there were more functions available on the mobile app.
I work in an all-volunteer office, and Zoho People's function for clocking in and out has been really helpful for creating accountability for when staff members are in and when they're taking time off.
There are a lot of good features but one that I love personally as an employee is Performance Management which helps you set specific goals regarding your career, You also get feedback from the management on that which sets the more transparent evaluation. Other good features are - Leave management, Attendance tracking
So far I haven't encountered any problem, as per my observation for some people the learning curve of the product is slightly more.
The biggest challenge Zoho People solves is that it provides all the essential processes at one platform only so, as a user you don't have to integrate or even use the multiple platforms. So as an example - It has an onboarding process and a centralized HR management system. As an employee, you can easily manage your attendance, leave tracking, and performance appraisals.
It allows an Offshore team to fulfil their HR-related roles and responsibilities.
Nothing specific to dislike in the product.
It helps in addressing the problems like Allocating leaves to the different team members as per their geographical location. It also helps in segregating the roles for each employee and identifying them on an organizational level. It helps in the expense management as well especially using it through the phone app.
You can save different kind of information and documents
It has kind of complicated tools and filters and spaces where you can lose information
Compliance of candidates information
I have seen the integration of Zoho People in my organization when we switched from GreytHR. So, comparatively it is lot easier to use and lots of customization can be done. Best feature I feel is the Integration if Check In and Checkout and we use it on a daily basis in our organization.
I have not found any downside as far as usage is concerned. I am not sure of the backend implementation or support.
Zoho people mainly focuses on the issues related to HR and workforce management. and almost all the things from OnBoarding to Resignation is handled now on Zoho people. Few of the benifits that it is solving is: - Time Tracking. - Project Management. - Data Redundancy. - Central place for all the relevant records of an employee.
I can't live without ZOHO PEOPLE, I manage the org through that app. Every time my manager asks anything about a colleague, I just go to the app and that's it.
The reporting is not that good and the support team is bad.
I have everything in one place. I don't have to have multiple word or excel files to get some info.
User-friendly interface, Integration with other Zoho products, customization options
Integrating with non-Zoho products is challenging
People help streamline various HR processes such as attendance tracking, leave management, performance evaluations, and more. This reduces administrative overhead and improves overall efficiency
It is a great tool to have. We can manage multiple things in one place like leaves, attendance, holidays, regularization, and more. One of the best things is that it is very easy to use so one won't get confused. We can also see announcements made by admin on the tool regarding holidays, compensatory leave notices, and more. We use it on a daily basis to log in, log out, and mention breaks. It is integrated with other tools required and we get emails on Outlook as well.
I haven't come across anything major yet that proves to be a major drawback for it.
It is one platform to manage multiple things. We can apply, and manage leaves, attendance, and more on the platform. It saves a lot of time.
It's very easy and intuitive to use with clear options and markings for different tools and sections for different uses
The options sometimes are so overwhelming that users can get confused especially in the expenses and reimbursement section.
It helps to track and manage employees in my company and helps with attendance, leave tracking, file sharing, organisation management, and expense management to name a few
A lot of good features to talk about. Dashboards that include team members' anniversaries, leave reports, Upcoming holidays, new hires etc
Nothing major. Just that sometimes it lags during check-ins or checking out.
Firstly it helps us to keep track of employees' work time, Employee's PMS, etc. It keeps a record of the scores and helps us in rating a TM score quarterly and annually.
