It helps me manage my payroll and expenses within the organization. I am yet to explore other functionalities. Zoho representatives calling up constantly is really annoyiny. They keep disturbing in my business activities.
I like that it's an all in one tool. It has everything an employer would ever need. HR, accounts, team management, IT, it has a tool for every department.
Given the budget, it does show its issues at times. Sometimes it lags, if you leave the system open the messenger app in Zoho one will not refresh.
I can check which team member has logged in or not and how much time people are spending on which project. I can make channels, which we connect with zoho one CRM to keep a record of all information related to one project in one place.

There are many features that I love about Zoho People. 1. The layout is very user-friendly and non-cluttered. 2. The dashboard & login features are just right. 3. It has features that can display the organisation view. It's a great way to understand the organisation's hierarchy and who reports to who. Their employee details and so forth. Very handy for big corporates. 4. It has an excellent leave application system that can be customized by the management.
It works very slowly on low bandwidth and mobile data and it bears a heavy data load.
My company has resolved login/logout issues, which before was done mainly through biometric systems which were not very reliable. Leave applications and time trackers have been better managed with this tool. I've realized it is a much-needed tool if you're looking for a neat and organized HRM.
The leave tracker, timesheet, and attendance are all automated. Single interface for all HR operations. Very useful for small organizations to automated their HR operations.
It would have been helpful to include all training and qualification modules within the tool to make it more useful. This critical aspect is missing.

The best feature is that you can find all of your company's resources there. Having there contact informations and reporting managers. Graphics and charts are quite simple too.
Attendance logging; once logged in it automatically logs you out after 12 hours of cycle. Also to continue after 12 hours you have to press login again.
I can at any time see all of the company Employee ins and outs. Adding leaves and travel requests have become very easy.
You will find all most all the options related to team management and the good thing about zoho that it will give you the options to customize the application based upon your requirement
Its hanging to much in time tracking when you will switch between two month its taking some time to navigate
