Everything is at one place! I have recently joined a company that uses zoho people and I am very impressed already! Attendance tracker/Leave/Time tracker are my favourites because the UI is absolutely beautiful and it's very easy to use. From upcoming holidays to daily announcements, from leave reports to work/anniversaries and birthdays, the home page is loaded with all the features and the best thing is the time tracker so you can stay updated throughout the day. Payslip feature is also pretty good!
UI for notifications could see some improvements otherwise everything is upto the mark!
Zoho people is packed with all the necessary features which are crucial for an employee so we don't have to use multiple applications/portals for different use which is awesome as it gets very frustrating going through multiple applications throughout the day.
It's simplicity, the UI is slick. Easy to access everything on the go and is on cloud infrastructure
It should have many features pertaining to HRMS system which is still missing a bit
It is solving the problem of HRMS system and useful as end user to track timesheet, leave and absence.
I Love that is easy to use , I use it every day , easy to use, checking into my work is easy just with a click
A little complicated to Log In, sometimes you can't open the app with more than 2 dispositives

I've used a few management tools and our company has been using Zoho People—it has been efficient to use. I like how it provides a centralized database for employees to access general files. Not to mention that their leave, attendance, and timesheet make employee management convenient and reliable.
I like all the features Zoho People provides. It's everything a human resource management system needs. If there's one thing to improve, I'd say to modernize their interfaces. But it doesn't hinder them from delivering top features.
The time-tracking feature has been the most beneficial of all. It helps me track all activities I do, review my billable and non-billable contributions, and evaluate the overall performance I do every week. It helps me improve my time allocations well.
Easy to use. I can check in from anywhere now, even from cellphone.
The leave system is a bit messy. One cannot easily learn their way around it.
It is really helping our businesses keep a track of employees and made it easier for employees to check-in from remote places.
It's great and easy to use and also easy to implement, their are number of features like time in and out, candidate dtabse and payroll
Sometimes it's stuck and very delay of customer support

It is an amazing tool with one single source for all the data needed within the organization. Right from the organization charts to holidays and the company policies, all of it is available there. Plus it has a very friendly UI.
Toggling between the menu and returning back to other pages and home page is bit tricky.
It helps in setting up the goals of my team and also tracks their performance. It enables a smooth process for annual performance reviews. In addition, it also helps us to provide all the information on one single channel.
Its easy to communicate and share documents
there are so many tabs, sometimes it will appears persons you dont even know or have had talk to

It is very userfriendly and easy to use and understand. It has all the necessary tools to get the information needed and more.
It might have some glitches and you don't notice until you review the weekly check-ins that a day is missing. Hope it let you know in the moment.
Tracking the working time to the second. Helps track productivity.
So easy to use and it has a lot of information that is very helpful. Also it is very safe and that is important for our organization. I would def recommend it.
Sometimes the 2 factor login safety featuer will not send the codes immediately so when you are logged out and require to login immediately it sometimes causes issues.
Checking people in and out of their shift. It helps me know at what time I logged in and from where. I think it is a good and helpful tool. Would recommend. This is my first time using it and I really like it.
