The most helpful about Zoho people is that we can check teammates' attendance and quickly regularize the attendance if my teammates miss the Check-in or Check-out.
The most dislike about Zoho people is too much information on the home page, and we can't mark bulk regularize; maybe it is controlled by HR. Other than this, I don't see any dislike.
Zoho people, it is solving my team attendance tracking, Organisation birthday wishes, Organisation employees, Appraisal letter, Promotion letters etc. We can easily find out what file is available in which folder.
Simplicity. The process is clearly defined for managing the legal and employment compliance. In spite of having complex HR process in our organisation implementation was smooth. No hiccups since 14 months.
Navigation pages could be better. Little difficult to search for items. Specially the navigation from Zoho people to payroll. Flash cards are nice but redundant.
The HR and leave processing and payroll processing is leaner better and without any errors. We had issues for 3 years using other tools. Zoho brought down issues in a month.

It provides all the primary tools and features an enterprise requires to manage its People, LMS, Payroll, CRM, etc.
Nothing as such. I have been using this product for the last two years and have no issues with it.
As a small organization, we don't need to develop software for our employees to manage payroll, LMS, etc. This allows us to focus on what we specialize in.
There is everything you need in it and it allows native integration between its modules.
Too many settings to complete before going live
It's a great CRM tool which also solves many other needs such as HR processes, conducting webinars and sending marketing mails.
The UI of Zoho One is the thing which I like the most. A very simple, interactive and eye pleasing with so many colors! Apart from that, the easy accessibility of resources from one place, simply increases the productivity. Its affordability and all-in-one nature make it a desirable option for small and medium-sized businesses looking for an all-in-one software solution.
Nothing observed so far, which I disliked about Zoho One.

Employee report-wise, it was good. Onboarding was excellent and easy.
Customer support was not up to mark if we struck somewhere, we had to wait for more than three 0r four days.
Attendance Timesheet Leave management. It was time-saving.
Easy to use and all the recruitment stages are well defined and well organized. The AI tools for screening is one of the best algorithms.
Nothing, just need to be familiar. There are weel verse training available. The organization who owns this platform need to be organized all their processes.
