The best thing I liked about Zoho products is their simplicity and user interface. Very easy to use.
The thing I dislike is they dont have dedicated customer support team.
Its helping us with HRMS and also CRM, wherein our HR team and Sales team are using this and helped us in automation.
Ease of implementing the various zoho product and the ease of customization of it.
I have not encountered something that is to be disliked, but recently the zoho creator chat support is really not helpful.
It is solving the problems of lot businesses mainly the cost parameter.

Zoho people is a platform or application where you can find everything under a single application for example tracking attendance of your employees, tracking payroll.
Zoho people take longer than usual time to give notifications or updates to the candidates, hiring managers, team leads. Also, Zoho people notify you on your email way too late.
Zoho people is giving you everything under a single umbrella, where we don't have to maintain multiple excel files and everything things is trackable and we don't have to maintain everything details about candidates.

The Support team take too long to reply, I have a few cases pending for as long as a month now.

Hi Team, I am sharing my review for Zoho People. I have been using this tool for leave management and performance management, it has a customized dashboard. there are some modules related to performance management like KRA, skills, goals etc.
I have been using it for a few months, no problem so far, just an amazing tool with a customized dashboard, and liked it since I am using this tool, will share it later if will face any problems.

It is a user-friendly tool, we can play around with it very easily. Overall a good product under the budget and give notifications for changes as and when we need to do.

Zoho people is one of the most seamless software's with an employee every essential day to day activities in one place. From attendance and leave management to check in and check out Zoho people does it all in one place. It also helps in with user or employee information and essentially helps in the review process as well.
While being efficient in all attributes it does not have payroll and referral features, unlike other platforms. Although there are separate other tools by Zoho it is definitely more convenient if everything is in one place.
HRMS in regards to attendance, leave, review, probation tracking, appraisal cycles and more. It also helps in checking the working status of the remote employees and instantly contacting them as well through the proper business channels.
