I recently signed up for Zoho mail, which was only $1 a month. No other company can beat such a sweet deal like that. Their design is so easy for anyone to use as well!!
Nothing. It's perfect and straightforward to use for any user. Their design is easy for anyone to use, and it's only $1 a month. I couldn't find any other company with that ease of use beating that price!
I signed up to get a professional company email. I was shocked 'pleasently' to find out they only charge $1 a month! I thought it would be too good to be true but it is true. Their user interface is even easier than I expected.
Zoho offers a great solution for both business and personal email hosting. Integrating our domain name within Zoho was fast and easy and their customer support was responsive. We found the performance and email deliverability to be excellent. Their user interface is organized and easy to understand. I think it's a great solution for business owners looking for secure email hosting. I've recommended them to other business owners.
There's not any downsides to them I can think of. They offer a strong suite of of products for business owners and ZohoMail has been one of my favorite to use. I've used them for over 12 years!
ZohoMail has been excellent for both my business and personal email hosting needs. They've allowed me to reliably keep in touch with customers and friends. They are secure and very good at filtering out spam emails.
I love it because I can sync it with my calendar, my zoho campaigns and zoho CRM and the most helpful thing is that you can put your own domain in here if you come from another email account
One of the disadvantages that zoho mail has is the layout of the email, the fonts and letters and I also can't configurate eith SMTP if you are using the free version
As I mentioned I use it for my own domain here and I'm way more productive brcause all my emails arrive right away and I can sync it with the zoho CRM and also my calendar
I love how easily you can organize incoming emails with filters and labels. The interface is relatively fast; it doesn't take long to load. There is a view of multimedia files, which is very good.
Every time they implement improvements. I haven't come across anything I don't like so far.
It has been a great help in saving costs on additional software because this email manager is as complete as the most popular ones.
It makes my work easy to maintain my sales pipelines, Lead generated, calculate committed orders and job confirmed along with its value. Helps me to maintain then contacts on the go to access from everywhere.
Nothing particular as it is a very useful and friendly CRM.
Helps to make my work easy.
As a user of Zoho Mail, I can say that the application offers an exceptionally intuitive and user-friendly experience, making it accessible to users of all levels. In addition, I love the wide range of features it offers, such as email integration, calendar, tasks, notes, and more, all in one application, which makes it easier and more efficient to manage my email and calendar from one place. Furthermore, Zoho Mail cares about security and offers advanced security features such as two-factor authentication, SSL encryption, and spam filtering. As a user, this gives me peace of mind knowing that my data is protected and secure at all times. Overall, I would recommend Zoho Mail to anyone looking for a solid and secure email application with a wide range of features and an intuitive user interface.
It is worth noting that some of the advanced features of Zoho Mail can be complicated for less experienced users. Additionally, while Zoho Mail can be used independently, it works best when integrated with other Zoho products such as Zoho CRM or Zoho Books. On the other hand, it's important to be aware that Zoho Mail's customer support can be slow at times, which may make it difficult to obtain quick and efficient assistance.
Zoho Mail is my preferred option for my professional email as it offers advanced features and high-level security. I can access my email from my mobile phone or any other device, and I use it in conjunction with other Zoho applications I already use, such as Zoho Books, Zoho Calendar, Zoho CRM, and others. Not only do I use Zoho Mail, but I also use other Zoho tools, all of which are located in the cloud.
Ease of use and the pricing. A sweet combination loved by startups. Zoho even offer free setups for a limited set of users through which orgs can check the quality and then decide on deployment.
No end-to-end encryption. The data is encrypted at rest and in transit enabling Zoho to access the contents of mail if prompted by authorities or similar situations.
mail management is a key work for any enterprise, Zoho mail is easy to setup along with generous free tier options. This has helped in deploying before purchase and the pricing is also reasonable enabling easy scale across org.
Of course, it's comprehensive features and, on top of it, the easy-to-use interface.
No disliked it till now. Probably, one of the most amazing tools used so far.
As explained earlier, helping in keeping track of the entire sales team regarding the activities performed against each account along with a focus on MRR.
The incredible thing is that it meets all your requirements regarding Sales, Account receivables, Zoho books, etc.
I have nothing in my list that discloses any disliking about this platform.
Identification of the areas of improvement as far as the sales team is concerned. Tremendous progress in the MRR using the previous analytics. Things are more standardized now.
Of course, the interface and, on top of it, the features, including the facility of creating comprehensive dashboards along with reports.
I could not find anything missing in the platform regarding my utilization.
In my opinion, it is a one-stop solution for any organization which has to keep track of its sales, forecasting, customer feedback, employee engagement etc.
