Honestly, I can't think of anything. The hardest part was still super easy to do. I just had to send an email to support for company verification. They answered super fast and I was ready to roll.
We are a small team and rely on automation a lot. We don't have to be tied down with the small task. We can focus on sales, interviews and marketing. We have seen a huge increase in productivity.

Zoho helps us in application tracking as we deal with candidates at every level. It also help us in expanding our network and sharing about our services.
I find the most helpful is the ability to have a career portal to house all available jobs. Also, searching for an ATS is why I came over to Zoho. I didn't expect it to be a whole suite.
I would like to be able to customize the link for the career site that i created. I would like for it to be more personal to my business name. Hopefully this is something that can be changed once i reach out to someone.
Its giving me a whole platform to keep as many systems that i need. i need to have continued organization for my company and job processes. feeling like i am able to do exactly that now.

Our business is already making use of various Zoho services, but I'm a big fan of the Zoho Recruit Portal – distributing jobs over multiple job boards is a breeze. Zoho recruits makes life so much easier for any recruitment or stagging agency (we have tested a few similar services).
Not much to dislike here about Zoho recruit, although the interface might appear daunting initially. Once you start utilizing it though, you'll become accustomed to it quickly. Apart from that, I have no other issues.
My business has benefited from Zoho Recruit by streamlining multiple tools which used to not be integrated. It provides a first-rate Applicant Tracking System, the ability to post job openings, a customized Candidate Portal, and other great features.
