Easy to use, can amend sections and options, regular updates to system
Nothing specific so far, that may change over time.
Keep records of contacts and clients, track updates, interviews and placements. Can also send mass emails and campaigns
It's a very intuitive easy to use the system for the price. A lot of systems out there do exactly what Zoho recruit does but cost a lot more. I have been testing several systems and will likely go with Zoho based on the price and ease of use.
Can't seem to seamlessly integrate with Google business email. Other than that, it seems to be fine.
The ability to track everything in a seamless dashboard.
It really seems to do everything we need it to do at fraction of the cost of the big name ATS software companies. The price is good. We are creating our customized company career pages now with it. Also, like that it integrates with Google Calendar which we use, saving time with re-entering interview data in the calendar. The free version is very basic, and didn't do enough for us, but the $25 monthly plan seem robust enough for our needs. Good value. If you have used Zoho CRM, this will be a cinch for you to convert over to using for your recruiting. Now have been using for several months and plan on continuing use.
It claims to post jobs on job boards, but those are sites that no one ever goes too. So that feature is useless. The learning curve was longer than I would of wanted, and support is there both through phone and email. But email is about a 24 hour response, and phone is in India. So the hours are tricky for live support. I would like to have a implementation specialist to assist in setting up and getting the software customized. And yes, there is a lot of customization that can be done with the software, but it's a bit of trial and error getting it dialed in the way you want it.
Basic ATS system for tracking incoming candidate resumes for multiple office location recruitment and hiring purposes. Using to have one dashboard for all candidates flowing through, and parsing resumes. Easy to track candidates through to the end.
it is supporting Recruitment Agencies to simplify the process of recruitment
not sure, I got all what I am looking from
a customized recruitment process
I like how with every module there are a plethora of ways to customize and adjust them to your liking.
Although the system can be intuitive and easy to move around, some features like cross-module data imports require custom functions which can be daunting and hard to learn - though there is the benefit of having it done for you by Zoho's technical team which is nice.
It automates and organizes workflows. Moving to this from Excel-based databases would make our lives a lot easier when we all have real-time access to everything we need.
I liked that it was easy to set up and we were able to go live almost immediately. The fact that it can easily connect to their CRM was really great for us, especially since we just moved from Salesforce to Zoho CRM.
We did not receive as much support as we had hoped. We got a lot of emails and follow ups, but no one ever responded to us on those emails - to date.
It's helped us manage our candidates better and link them to our CRM easily. It has helped us give candidates an option to log in and update their information on their own.
The fact that Zoho has multiple tags to specify the search to the last detail
The fact that it has such a short free trial period
Recruitment business. The benefit of adding multiple tags so that it becomes easier for the in-house team to search for candidates
Easy to use interface Customisable career website Lots of features to customise modules Ability to get reminders and notifications for scheduled tasks and interviews Resume parser to auto-extract candidate information
Limited customisation of career website. A new and fresh look for career website is required. The color theme on android app cannot be changed and is set as default yellow color
Steamline internal recruitment process. In the process of understanding how to use the software, we have realised a lot about the processes we should set for our hiring needs.
Being able to manage several job boards from one location helps improve our productivity.
Still trying to find that drawback since we have not used other platforms before.
We are new to recruiting and the platform makes it look so simple.
I like the user interface. It's easy to maneuver around
I wish there was a simple way to find out the definition of fields
We are a new recruiting firm and we are just starting the development processes. I like the tracking and uploading features
The Zoho Recruit platform is straightforward and very easy to use. I can track applicants information in a manner that is useful to me.
Looking to run more reports on keyword searches.
We do a lot of recruiting at job fairs and receive a ton of paper resumes. This allows us to parse the information and track potential candidates based on what is important to us.
Very easy to customize and add categories needed.
Needs to have more sync options with other programs
Would solve HRIS needs and Recruiting needs.
That the recruitment process is handled smoothly and we can deal with candidates with professional and serious manner.
That is not trasnslated in my language yet
The automation of the whole process and the easyness to retrieve info whenever and wherever needed
What I like about Zoho recruit is the number of possibilities and the pricing.
I cant think of anything I dont like yet..
A nice workflow
Still learning how to use the software, but looks like it may work for my company.
some challenges, and having to go outside of site to learn how to use it. The instructions are thorough on video, but the demonstrator speaks so fast I couldn't understand the instructions.
Recruitment
We already tried Zoho Recruit. Found that this program is quite matched with our requirement that we need. First of all, the interface is user friendly a lot. The program is well designed and coding. We can easily input the information among candidate, client, contact, vacancy. It is really easy to use for non-technical IT geek. The speed of the software is fast. Really like this software.
Frankly speaking, we don't have any negative point on this software. Only concern, it is customization module. It needs some technical IT support to help create customization e.g. candidate, contact, client, job opening form. But I think it is not difficult. And it should provide free space on cloud space also. So, we don't have to pay rental fee for cloud space per month.
Recruitment operation. Speed, tracking and searching talent and client.
I like the fact that I was able to test out the app before purchasing. It wasn't just a generic quick trial, but it actually gave me insight as to what it is actually like.
Nothing so far. I have been able to do exactly what I've needed without any problems!
I am using applicant tracking, and I have realized that I don't have to spend hundreds of dollars per month.
Intuitive interface, excellent resume parsing, can be integrated with other platforms
I have not spent enough time with the system yet, but my biggest concern is integrating with our existing email platform. some of the best new ATS solutions seamlessly integrate with Gsuite
We are using ZohoRecruit for faculty resource planning in a high-volume, enrollment driven environment. The resume scraping technology is much more robust than our current ATS solutions and this adds tremendous benefits when attempting to locate appropriate candidates from our internal database
I love the integrations for Indeed and LinkedIn, along with the features of parsing CV content, when uploading from a file. Adding jobs and posting to multiple boards in one click function is a huge time saver! I love the fact that I can run email marketing campaigns from Zoho Recruit too. The social media integration is a great feature too. Easy to use, fully customisable, smart recruitment software.
It hasn't learned to do my work by itself!
Keeping our database organized
I like the low cost and easy of use to customize for a startup or small agency
I don't think there is anything I dislike. if I had to choose something, a mobile app would be nice
I was looking for something inexpensive that can track candidates to start off with and eventually able to scale if needed
