Flexibility and number of functionalities.
User interface is not bad, but the design should be improved and modernized.
Recruiting platform to gather students and hiring companies.
Customization - It's easy and simple, able to link with third-party applications for automation
you cant use zoho mail under your domain unless you happy to move all emails to Zoho
Candidate profiles and ATS
Straight forward to use and very easy to tailour to suit individual needs
Not really any downsides so far.........
Having used Jobadder software previously, this offers similar benefits for a cheaper price
Easy to use, great features and benefits
Not enough features for a recruiting company Parsing resume is sometimes challenging Not great for client management
GreatCRM for managing candidates
Our team has been impressed with the customization features of the entire tool. It is easy to add or remove unnecessary fields. Also, the dashboard is helpful to me as it allows me to see, in a snap shot, the status of each of the company's job orders.
It requires a lot of self teaching and watching of videos to get comfortable moving around and utilizing the large array of features and functions.
It has streamlined each team members recruiting efforts and allows all of us to work remotely, but still see the progress and status of each candidate and work order. We also like the fact that we can link our "Top Jobs" page on our own website to the careers page of Zoho Recruit.
Generating reports are very easy, speed up the process
What is least helpful about Zoho Recruit? What are the downsides of using Zoho Recruit?
Zoho helps in maintaining database.
ease of use and easy to move to from other platforms, integration with other tools
it would be nice to have didicated support rep
great product well priced
pipeline reports, the indeed link and general way its put together
could do with bolder colours on the skin as it can be hard to see
Easier to manage your workload
Incredible experience using the tool. In just one week I managed to make two hires in a positive way.
The only situation I had in that period was in relation to learning to use the platform, it took me about a day to perfect myself, watching videos and the site guides. But they all helped me to master the tool.
In a short time, I was able to find candidates with the requirements of my vacancies. Great
I have been using their software for two weeks now. They thought about everything upfront. It has al the functions you may think of in a recruiting software. The dashboards are easy to follow and the tool is very customizable so you can change to suit your needs. It is feature rich, and I would like to start testing their job site plugins and advertising feature set next. So far it is by far the best tool for the price that I have tested.
Customer service and online chat should be improved for sure.
having an easy way to store, parse and select resumes against job openings that I have.
UI is very user friendly and easy to access
as of nothing as such to dislike. May be in future I can say that
We are solving the reporting and metric problem when we showcase to the top management with the clear information. Working with Excel was more challenging.
I love the additional functionalities available without the large price tags. Zoho has all the integrations of the other recruitment software but they don't charge per integration and there is no need to download additional products - it can all be done within Zoho. The implementation was very straight forward and took minimal time. The customizable dashboard is great too because you can have the layout the best way it suits you.
I haven't found any downsides yet after using it for a few months
I have realized that you can have everything you need under one umbrella without having to pay for numerous add ons which end up costing as with the other systems we have used. A lot of the software we looked at charged per integration and per-user which worked out costly and Zoho does it all for a fraction of the cost.
Really easy to track the hiring process, keep on top on the recruitment pipeline and manage lots of candidates and roles. There are lots of customisations which make it a flexible solution
Some of the modules can't be completely customised i.e. there are certain elements you can't completely remove, so there are more fields than I need Cost per user means it's not as easy to roll out across a larger team - would be great to have a cheap solution for Managers who just need notifications and don't need to see the ins and outs of the process
A complete hiring pipeline, which we've been recording manually up until now
Takes into account the specific needs of staffing agencies together with all features you might want to have in a great ATS, including interview scheduling, historic notes, etc. A huge plus of Zoho is that it is highly customizable, and can easily adapt to your company / business needs
Doesn't have full integration with Linkedin yet
Zoho is a very comprehensive tool to help structure and keep track of a staffing agency activity in a sustainable and professional way
The customization builder is highly intuitive and flexible.
Minor bugs and errors in making custom modules.
Storing structured data for future integrations with tech product. The flexibility in building your own process makes it a good match for us.
Incredibly adaptable and integrates really well with other systems. Easy to organise candidates and lots of automation to reduce the time consuming aspect of this job.
No Issues so far but I'm sure I'll find something as time goes on.
Allows me more time to concentrate on the areas of most importance.
I have been using Zoho Recruit for nearly two years. In this time, it has made tracking candidates for various projects very easy. Our management used other solutions which all fell short before settling on Zoho Recruit.
Zoho Recruit is not as intuitive to use. I'm not sure what can be done to improve the user interface. It seems like there are many options and it takes some time to navigate the interface to implement a change.
Zoho Recruit is the standard for my company. We use it exclusively to track large candidate pools and streamline our recruitment process.
Set up easy to meet my small consulting business needs. great price too. Have tried other systems but keep coming back to Zoho Recruit. Would definitely recommend to other recruiters setting up a new system. Always have someone to contact if I need assistance, which is assuring. Zoho look like they are going well, not just with the Recruit application but others, like the CRM.
Have some issues occasionally with iPhone app but this is not really impacting my sales results and effectiveness. Some of the candidate statuses cannot be removed, which I don't use - but, again, not a real problem affecting functionality or effectiveness.
Building my candidate database easily. Getting to work quickly without too many setup issues. I can get to my target candidates quickly too. Really easy to identify the great candidates over ordinary ones. While I am heading out to a client or to meet a candidate, I can access current information and even resumes, which comes in handy!
Customer Services in Japanese. Although other's UI would be more user friendly, Zoho's customer support is very helpful. Usually they respond on a timely manner and you can expect non-English services such as Japanese.
UI can be more intuitive. Although I like Zoho's customer services a lot better than others, UI is not so intuitive therefore not for very beginners.
It helps to manage our members' profile much more efficiently because it can be connected with LinkedIn and other external providers.
I have been trying this product for a few weeks now and i'm very impressed. The fields and dashboards are highly customisable, easy to import and export and import data and its easy to use. Great product.
I have not identified an dislikes whilst evaluating this software.
Able to easily keep track of candidates and clients.
