I like the fact that it is easier to filter candidates based on several criteria and pre-defined specification
well so far so good, I am liking every aspect of it, I dont think I have any suggestion on improvement
Zoho recruit helps reduce the work load of looking through all candidates resume
I like the ability to integrate different apps without having to exit the system.
I think that the system could be a bit more user-friendly in terms of usability.
I am able to run my recruiting efforts in one area as compared to multiple apps.
Created a page with wordpress and used zoho forms to connect my web form to the zoho recruit ATS and its works just fine, currently looking into the parsing of resumes to get organized as well as pull all resumes from job ads on portals etc to populate the ATS. Zoho recruits also has a mini integrate CRM for client contacts. The Only thing I would recommend is to have whatsapp integrated with the ATS cause I use that alot, and also more instructional videos, seems to be tough to get around figuring it out to start, but once done then it all seems quite logical and easy enough.
missing whatsapp integration on zoho recruits and maybe a couple instructional videos to help for first timers on trying to setup forms with ats
organizing my resumes and ofcourse integrating forms with my web page, its to early to make any sort of assesment except to comment on the process of setting everything up, I have yet to start making use of the product.
I love it. Highly customisable, can set up your own workflows, email templates, job board website integration, Voip Integration etc. It can bring in data from CRM system and I use it through Zoho One, so I get all the other amazing features that Zoho offers. Customer service is incredible, 24/7 phone support. Tickets are responded to within the hour normally, and you get the feeling that Zoho work incredibly hard in the background to assist with any issues or assist with customising the platform. I have used, JobScience(Salesforce), Bullhorn and Adapt in the past, and Zoho Recruit coupled with Zoho Recruit is in my opinion the best system in the world at the moment, and it can only get better.
They don't advertise Zoho Recruit as much as they should. Wish I had it years ago!
Agency Recruitment has been transformed, offer the full 360 coverage, from sales calls to placements and CV database.
it is User friendly, very intuitive and let you organize your candidates, change their status and keep the flow of multiple processes.
cost, unlike other zoho products I think the entry price for packages is a little too high.
Organizing my recruits
Every workflow and business process can be detailed customised into your needs of how you want to work with your candidates and the data. And you have access to an open API on all plans, so you don't have to sign up for the most pricey plan to integrate with other software.
It takes time ... You have to be willing to spend some hours figuring out the system as you have quite some options to make it perfect for your needs. And there is a lot of apps you can add within all your business areas - it's just to figure out what is included and which apps are separate subscriptions.
With Zoho Recruit-Agency I'm hoping to solve my problem with not having all my data in one place and for my data to be easily searchable - Zoho is not just a human resource ATS, it's a whole workplace that can handle everything from HR, sales, marketing and finance.
I think it is extremely intuitive, it is genuinely a brilliant service and allows you to grow your recruitment business.
I think sometimes it is possible that there are too many buttons on the screen
Having all my work in one place and being able to link roles and people!
I like the way candidate progress works from registering them to getting the hired
currently, I don't have any dislikes at the moment
am able to update my candidates status daily and am enjoying the benefits of being more organised and saving time
I love the ease of use, and the Zoho app integrations make this product easier to use.
I was not too fond of the resolution timeline for support to resolve my issue. However, it is my understanding that once you enter into the paid version, you have the option to adjust your support package, which can reduce your resolution time.
I am organizing my recruits and new hires more efficiently these days. I can also onboard my new hires much faster now with automation and the client portal.
