parsing is really good. It take just few clicks to upload the profile.
Navigation is very difficult. Report generation is also difficult
Duplication is being avoided Tracking the candidates and looking back the comments
I love how easy the workflow is. Also having a personal page is great giving a professional look
That the free trial is so short. Could be 30 days vs 14 days
Hiring is a breeze with Zoho Recruit, I can easily track potential employees and efficient workflow
Zoho Recruit it's the most powerful ATS that I have seen, the large number of features and the huge flexibility is also amazing.
Maybe the API documentation for developers can be improved.

synced emails, dashboard, candidate tracking. great to have everything in one place so that i dont have to open 2 tabs. i have used many paid platforms before, and this one is by far the easiest and most smooth

Truth be told I like everything about Zoho Recruit
We just started using Zoho Recruit and I haven't come across a downside as yet
We can now quite easily match the best candidates for the job. Zoho integrates with our assessment software and that makes it even better.
The system is very easy to operate, as soon as you finish completing the job description you are reay to publish everywhere! and you can coordinate all communication, even the virtual interviews, in the same system
That I have still to find more features available in the system and I never seem to find the time.
You prepare one post and it goes to every site... no re-work It is time and effort efficient. It helps me create a database of candidates for futrue recruitment needs

Different columns & rows to feed sourced resumes & their statuses. Very easy to track the resumes submitted by multiple vendors for different organisation functions.
Doesn't track all the rejected profiles at one place. Hangs sometimes with multiple functions. A little complex to use when you deal with stakeholders. Interview scheduling needs to be improves because we deal with multiple business heads.
Active Sourcing - Scheduling - Maintaining resumes for different engineering verticals. Zoho is a great help in maintaining the active & passive pipelines of candidates sourced for organisational departments. Automated tracker for talent mapping & deadline setting. Great & super easy for channels.

Zoho has so may modules that will satisfy every need you may have when running a business. I was pleasantly surprised at all the different options it has. I am new to the recruiting industry and my experience with Zoho has been great. Easy to navigate dashboard and intuitive modules. Very happy.
So far, there are no dislikes. The programs are very intuitive even for a newbie like me.
In the recruiting industry, you can very quickly be overwhelmed with and inundated with paperwork. Zoho recruit helps me accomplish all organization of paperwork, interviews, resume parsing, and many other tasks in a flawless manner.
Its easy to manage job postings, recruitments and so on.
Navigation is a bit harder in Zoho Recruit.

I don't think any dislike for ZOHO as it's far better than any other ATS in market.

It is different than what I was using previously, so it's taking a while to find all of the functions. I haven't found the tutorial yet! Otherwise I like it.
I need to visually see where I am in the process of recruiting. This helps so much.
I like the fact the product is cloud based which allows me maximum flexibility to access anywhere and anytime. I also have the app on my phone which allows me to use while out and about. The product has all the features you need and I especially like the CV parsing which was easy to set up and very effective. The technical support was excellent and any questions I had were answered via email very quickly and sorted out my query whenever I had a question.
I haven't found anything I don't like , it just does the job and meets the need of everything I need

Keeping track of candidate life cycle and progress through various stages 4. Role and candidate matching - I like the option where the tool automatically matches CV's against current active roles
