The tracking of applicant, managing a huge volume of candidates
The ease with which you can post vacancies for recruitment for various roles and be able to track applications all from one platform has made things easier, especially for small firms like ours that would prefer to focus on the quality of the hire rather than get into the details of organizing HR documents and activities.
The widget that can be embedded on your company domain isn't yet fully mobile-friendly and tends to get hidden outside the boundary of the screen and can't be scrolled sideways unless it's in Landscape mode. Hopefully these features are already in the upgrade mode for Zoho. Hopefully some embeds will be more 'mobile-first' widgets in the future.
From job postings, job descriptions, applications handling, offers, mails and much more all being controlled from one place is the beauty of the Zoho Recruit platform. Also being able to store an organized repository database of all the applicants is a major give.

I like using Zoho because it is easier to use than other systems and I have been able to increase the number of apps for each post.

It is almost like integration of bank with Zoho books since all the integration work was half done by Zoho itself as the remaining part can be done by a easy cakewalk.
Nothing much asalmost more than half of the with is done by zoho people as they do most of the work can be done by ourselves so easy thing and nothing much to dislike in here.
Easy selection of candidates for interview and scheduling the interview process typically takes very less time when compared to the others so remaining tables are easy.
the simplicity is the most helpful, I recommend it!!

I haven't come across anything other than the cost per user can become very expensive once my company grows. However, the resources and tools utilized will help generate more revenue, so therefore I am not complaining. :)
Streamlining job postings to multiple websites and also allowing me to easily import candidates online from other lead sources through the Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Edge & Chrome web browser extensions.
Really simple to use, good features that you dont typically see on some systems such as the option to instant message with colleagues and video call. Better than most recruitment systems I've used
