Zoho recruit is a software where you can track all the candidate activity under one umbrella since the candidate has applied for the position till the the candidate is onboarded its all under one umbrella so it is very hustle free
Least helpful about zoho recruit is that it sone error that sometime it takes longer time to show the information about the candidate so it gets delayed in the process
Zoho recruit is solving the problem for HR department and talent acquisition team from helping them to provide a software where everything is easily trackable and accessible anytime whenever needed

I am being picky but the reporting could be simpler. You can make all the reports you could possibly need but it could be more straightforward

User-friendly and common sense interface that features all the fields, tools and automation a Recruiter would need. Zoho Recruit has been fundamental in my recruitment start-up as it gives me a central place to safely store, communicate, co-ordinate and manage my candidates and clients- who are the bread and butter to my business.
Have had an issue with using one of the features, however Customer Services have been interested in liaising with me to resolve/talk me through it. May need to upgrade my subscription to get more comprehensive access to Customer Services.
As above in regards to problems. However the benefits are immense for my business. Have been looking for an affordable yet powerful ATS, and I have found that in Zoho Recruit.
Very intuitive and highly customisable ATS. One of the best available in the market. Cost effective. The parsing feature is really good and works well. Overall, a very powerful and effective tool. Highly recommended.
Nothing in particular as such during initial usage. May have some feedback once we are more into it. Takes a little bit of time to start of with but once you are in, it's a breeze.
The most important being application tracking and progress. Been using Google Sheets all this while and after a point in time it becomes cumbersome. With Zoho Recruit, it's a one stop shop.
I love the integration into job search platforms and the customizable hiring flow. Matching talent to departments is also easy. User permission levels make it simple for me to bring in recruiters.
The user interface is a little bit bland in my opinion. But I'm not sure how it could get better. There are sooo many features to work with that it could be overwhelming for some.

We were initially using google sheets for candidates' information which become very much cumbersome when the hiring increased exponentially. Business performance has increased by many folds as it helps in organizing every aspect of the recruitment process starting from submitting to the joining of the candidate.
Easy to tack the candidate journey and it is a great tool to track everything from the candidate's entry as an applicant to their selection or their addition to the pipeline, also the various integrations like an SMS gateway, click to call everything make the life of a recruiter easier.
Just the time taken by the support team to respond is quite high if this can be reduced it will improve the overall experience.
Tracking every candidate's journey into the system the easy of automating the document collection and offer issuance has made life very easy the process structured and time-saving.
The analytics is the best in the world! The platform is very easy to use, and the modules are very customizable to the user! Really Zoho is the best ATS!
