It has decent 5GB storage space to save emails and attachments. Specially of you are a buisness owner you can make a free account using your own custom domain at no cost. It even support IMAP/POP3 to access emails on email client like outlook.

It's email forward function has few limitations. It's IMAP/POP3 protocol for email acess in 3rd part email client is not free in it's basic plan and we have to pay extra for it (Not sure present is still paid or they have made is free).

In the initial phaze when we used zoho mail for our corporate email with our company custom domain it was a great solution at quite low price. We were able to send emails internally along employees and to our clients easily using Zoho buisness mail plan.

I love how intuitive it is and the ease with which I can configure and use it. Zoho Mail is reliable and secure and guarantees me the privacy and confidentiality of my information, for example when I want to start a section from another computer, it automatically asks me for a one-time password to start the section that is sent directly to my cell phone number that is associated; which I think is great, Zoho Mail gives me the total confidence I need, it also allows me to keep all my inbox organized, offers a variety of features such as collaboration tools, task management, contact management, real-time chat, among others; Zoho Mail provides an excellent overall experience.
