I don't have many good things to say about it other than you create a business domain work email easily and at a reasonable price. Another good thing I liked was that we could forward all the emails to another email address as well.
The user Interface isn't very good. The features are fundamental and limited. The response time of the web pages is also pretty slow. UI/UX needs to be improved so that it can become user-friendly.
I personally used it for creating a business/work email for one of my business domains to deliver my customers with an exceptional CX. And I was able to respond to the customers' queries promptly.
GoDaddy Email and office is amazing I discovered that I could not only email but inside of my email tools I had the ability the use my calendar and employee chat system which was all inside of the software to stay on top of things and task without having to move into another Software or system.
Usually I have several dislikes but I can truly say that I have none thus far with this service.
Having a system with everything within gives me and my employees the peace of mind that we need because we are able to take care of task easier

Pouco intuitivo, muito complicado e tudo bagunçado, para leigos é uma loucura, para experts, ainda tem cuidados a tomar, é uma Bazooka para matar mosca, para quem só quer um email.
Se eu quero um email com muito espaço de armazenamento para nunca olhar quanto já ustikizei e nunca fazer backup, legal, vai fucnionar muito bem pois tem espaço de sobra e o email sempre estará lá, funcionando.
The cost is low compared to other business email providers.
The look is not appealing and there are very limited options to customize.
We needed email server for our agents and chose Go Daddy based on cost.
There is some ease of access in using outlook as the server for email set up.
There seems to be some disconnect with how I as a user can manage the accounts of the office I manage. The server disconnects often and we have gone whole weekends without email missing valuable leads.

The fact that I can login to my email from anywhere including mobile devices and not have to download an app or having to obtain a webmail client.
The mailbox only allows for 20 mb of storage unless you pay extra to upgrade.
I am a small business owner and starting out I do not have the budget to purchase an office suite with email or internet for mybusiness.
I like that my entire staff can have a work email that matches the website domain.
The email runs slow, it often glitches. When you call them they say there's nothing they can do. Also, it doesn't come with cloud storage which I really need.
My inbox isn't spammed with requests anymore. Most business is handled by my staff in their inboxes.
You can access your email easily from anywhere when GoDaddy is working properly
GoDaddy has changed its web email to Outlook, which is not very user-friendly. When you look up emails, they are hard to find because they are not in date order, or it will bypass the email you are trying to search for even when you put in the exact email address. Also setting things up, it's hard to find specific settings. There are a lot of other bugs that need to be worked out before making this switch the only option. Also when we called to ask for help on how to navigate we were told by the CS rep to go find another platform to use because they couldn't help.
It's good since all our employees can have similar email address and we can all log into each other's if needed.
I enjoy that the platform can be easily accessed through other computers. It also connects to Microsoft outlook so you can have it on your desktop if you’re using a non-Mac computer.
Using Godaddy webmail with Outlook is slightly frustrating as it does not update in real-time as something like Gmail would. So you constantly have to refresh to make sure you don’t receive something late. Also if you read something on Outlook but then go to the webmail account through a server it won’t register that you have already seen the email.
Obviously some sort of email service is crucial for work settings. It’s solving the problem of constant communication and sending files that are large.
Here's what I like best about GoDaddy email services: They're easy to set up and organize. They integrate with a lot of different type of mail programs. You can easily log in remotely to view emails. And the search options are pretty good.
It seems like there are consistent syncing issues between Outlook and my GoDaddy account. Also, the interface when you log in through a browser is very outdated and not mobile responsive if you navigate to it from a browser on your smartphone.
We use GoDaddy for our office's email accounts. It's helpful that we are all in the same space, and that we can all log in remotely to our emails. That's probably the greatest benefit.
